If you re looking for an outstanding company, Integrity is the place to go. Their attention to detail and workmanship is second to none. That s why we ve had them come back for three different projects. The whole team of people are fantastic. Katie, one of the office staff promptly replies back with updates and any questions that arise. Nate, Nick and Harley did a great job designing and executing the project of taking out old railroad ties, building a new wall, removing overgrown debris under old evergreens and trimming them to look presentable. The crew is organized and extremely hard working, arriving at 8am until 6:30pm, sometimes having to work through a misting rain. They laid down sheets of wood to protect the lawn and when they left everything was immaculate. We are so pleased with our new updated yard and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellence. One year later-2024 We have had Integrity before and have been so pleased with the quality and attention to detail that we keep coming back. Nate and Nick listened to what we wanted and gave us great suggestions. The only word I can think of about the crew is phenomenal. They work extremely hard and put sheets of plywood down to protect your lawn. When they left, you would not know they were here. The Office Staff was great in returning calls and getting back to us when changes were made or addendums changed. We highly recommend Integrity and know that you will not be disappointed.

Fast. Quality work.

Ive used this company 3 times in the last 6 years for our projects. Ive consistently received the same great service (pre & post Covid). Project is always done as planned, clean up is excellent, & even my neighbors have noticed how well this crew works to get the job done right every time. Once here working, the crew went beyond the contract & noticed one area we neglected to include in our plans. What a pleasant surprise to come home to.

We ve used Integrity for a few landscape projects and we ve always been happy. They are pleasant to work with and do a great job. In our most recent project we had them install new edging and bury our sump pump discharge line. They did great work.

We recently completed a project with Integrity Landscaping. The service and work quality was beyond excellent. The crew was extremely hard working and professional. In the future, I would only consider Integrity Landscaping - no need for any second estimate.

We used Integrity Landscaping for a re-do of our front and side yard in 2022 and to install a landscape wall. I was a great experience. We did need a few plants replaced after a few weeks and they did so with no cost. We just used them again this year to replace a lilac tree that was damaged beyond repair because of a snowstorm. We would highly recommend using Integrity for all your landscaping needed

Integrity did an exceptional job with our new paver patio and uplighting. Their professionalism, communication, and quality work from the beginning of the project to the end was outstanding. We couldn t be happier with our new patio and outdoor lighting. When getting initial quotes for our project, they weren t the cheapest but we feel that we got what we paid for and will be enjoying our patio for years to come. We were also impressed with how quickly they were able to finish our project- they worked long hours everyday and were able to finish in a few days.

One of the most positive experiences we ve had working with a company. The patio is fantastic but the great communication from start to finish is what I appreciated the most! It sets them apart from other companies.

I have used Integrity Landscape Services for a few years. They have out performed on every project. They have the best office Staff, Nate who does the estimating and especially the crews they send are absolutely fantastic. I cant say enough about how hard these guys work. With young people today not wanting to put in a hard days work it is so refreshing to see these guys do their jobs. The projects we had them do were all very difficult and needed a lot of bull work and the crew they sent was unbelivable. We hired Integrity Landscape Services to do yard grading because water was coming into the basement. They did an excellent job! So far, the rain hasnt come into the basement. In addition, they transformed our yard. It looks wonderful and we also have a new lawn.

In one word, phenomenal. First, Steve worked with me a lot on different ideas I had and the cost difference. The footing for my retaining wall surpassed my expectations. All the employees were fast and professional. My friends and neighbors couldn t believe they were done in only two days. I couldn t be happier.

Project: Retaining wall construction after demolishing existing wall and removing a stump. From their estimation to their ground crew everyone amazed me with their ability to do the job right. Nate came in couple times and look at the property and gave me couple of different estimates after discussing all the ideas I had in my mind. I had at least two estimates from other two landscapers and Integrity was best not just the quote itself but everything they suggested. Work started on schedule as promised. I can t tell you enough what happened after their crew arrives. There were at least 8 members and you know it s like you watching a time-lapse of landscaping work. To me it looks like they have goals for each day and they will make sure they have completed it before leaving for the day no matter what. They clean the work site each day before they leave and in between if need be, for instance to let you use the driveway. They are best in class. I will 100% recommend them for retaining wall construction jobs.

I highly recommend Integrity Landscape. The entire process, from my initial call for a quote to the completed projects (2), went extremely well. Everyone I spoke to on the phone or in person, were very professional, friendly, and answered all of my questions. Most importantly the crew that completed the project seemed highly skilled and experienced. They did an excellent job, including cleanup.

The company redid our backyard patio. Steve who came to provide us a quote, also provided us a design and it worked out well. Steve was very accommodating and treated us well. He was easy to work with. Katie, the office lady, was also very friendly and easy to work with. She was very responsive via email communications. We were very impressed with the crew and Rodrigo - they were extremely hardworking and got the job done right. Rodrigo communicated well and kept us informed, and he kept the crew working on the tight timeline provided. They told us it would be done in 3 days, and it was really done in 3 days. They worked very hard from about 8 am to 6.30 pm for the 3 days. We would highly recommend them.

Exceeded expectations

Wow! This company is amazing! We had a backyard that was unusable because of a huge slope, but now with the HARD WORK of Integrity, some retaining walls, dirt out, stone in, pavers, planting beds, lighting, firpit, engineering...... our backyard is now, not only 100% usable, but is breathtaking as well! I have never dealt with a crew and staff that were so punctual, caring, knowledgeable, hardworking, neat, and fast. The worst part of the job was the last day knowing they werent coming back. Thanks Integrity for treating us so well! Im so grateful to have found such a great bunch of people to work with!!!!!!

I was very impressed by our experience with Integrity Landscape Services, LLC. Our previous French drain system collapsed underground from someone driving on our yard this fall. I was panicking about water potentially not flowing out of our sump pump and backing up in the basement, or the ground freezing before we could get the job fixed. Our previous landscaper recommended Integrity Landscape Services and I am so glad they did! Integrity came out quickly to do a quote and got us on their schedule. The communication with the office was fantastic, they kept on top of everything and followed up after to see how the project went. The crew showed up on time when they said they would, used a FAR better piping system than the collapsed corrugated pipe we had previously, and they cleaned up the site perfectly! A little can go a long way to have a great customer experience. I wont hesitate reaching out to Integrity on our next landscape project and will absolutely recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Thank you Integrity Landscape Services for a job well done! The pre-contract experiences with Nate were very positive. He helped us work through an overall landscaping design we were quite pleased with which fit into the budget we had already set. Katie was super to work with as our landscaping design installation unfolded. In addition, she was eager to assist us when a few minor changes and additions were added to the contract. Integrity Landscape Services has been very supportive after the installation was complete. Nate visited to review the health of a few plants afterwards and will visit again in the spring to make sure everything is still healthy after our first winter. All expectations were met!

I had a great experience with Integrity. They showed up as scheduled. Finished the work in half their estimated time, and both the work itself and the cleanup were immaculate. Would highly recommend. Before and after pictures are below.

They did in 2 days what would have taken me 2 years. They stopped by multiple times to address wifes concerns. Old rotting retaining wall was removed and new drain tile was installed to help with big yard water issues. After a few rainfalls its working out very well. The crew was polite and cleaned up after it was all done and provided documentation on maintenance and upkeep of our new yard. I would recommend very highly for your landscaping needs.

Integrity was able to do what others were not. From multiple visits prior to quoting, to solving all the difficult issues involved with our small project area. They brought up solutions that no one else did and explained the whys and hows the work would be completed. Their outside displays of products and designs at their location were very helpful in our selection decisions. Their work crew was amazing. Integrity transformed an area that was unusable from an earlier home remodel/construction project into a wonderful outdoor usable patio area and, at the same time solved a drainage/runoff issue that was plaguing us for years. We had several quotes. The thing that stood out about Integrity is they listened and took into consideration what we wanted and found ways to save money. They came in with a full crew for our retaining wall and the results are beautiful. Everything was cleaned up and left tidy. Highly recommend.

Every time it rains hard our northside of the basement would have water coming in. We had Integrity install a swale with drains and an outlet to the front to move all the water out towards the street/front yard. Since the installation we have zero water in the basement. Great job!

Pretty pleased with the end result. Did exactly what I asked, although a little more than I wanted to spend, but wanted to get it done right. Worked extremely quick, got it all done in one day. Followed all watering instructions and there are still some spots that didn t grow, the straw matting appeared to be too thick in some spots which seemed to inhibit seed growth in those areas. I will have to reseed those areas when it s not so hot.

What a wonderful company to deal with! From project layout to final day of installation, these people were absolutely fantastic. Integrity Landscape shows their professionalism by offering a quality product, quality advice, excellent workmanship, attention to details - but also in the smaller details such as putting down plywood so our lawn would not be torn up, sweeping the street every night before leaving for the day, leaving a clean worksite. In April 2021 we were told that estimated start date would be mid/late July. They showed up mid July as promised. Crews showed up every day at 8 a.m. and put in long, hot days. Everyone seemed to know what they were suppose to do and got right to it. And they did it with good attitudes. We could not be happier with our new patio and would highly recommend Integrity Landscape to everyone. We will be calling them to renew our landscape beds soon. Integrity Landscape Services performed 2 projects for me over the last 2 years. Met with the Project Manager who discussed solutions to my drainage problems around my home. Both proposals were submitted to me within a few days, costs were comparable with other landscape firms. Drain pipe installation and swale creation were completed and has eliminated all of my drainage problems. Work was started on time and their staff were very professional and courteous. Project site was meticulously clean at completion. I would highly recommend Integrity Landscape Services to solve your drainage problems.

Highly recommend! We had a water pooling issue corrected and privacy hedge installed. Very pleased with the results and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. No more pooling water in our side yard and grass grew back very quick. Went above and beyond to make our privacy hedge perfect and better than I was expecting, even filled in an old sand box area and cant even tell it was there. Good quality products and staff. Nate and Rodrigo were detail oriented and had an amazing crew that got it all done in a day. Reasonably priced compared to another quote I had. Admin staff is also great to work with and helpful. I hired Integrity to completely rebuild a retaining wall in my driveway, and they did an excellent job! The natural stone retaining wall they constructed was built with care, and increases our curb appeal immensely! Thank you so much for your superb craftsmanship, and high end aesthetic!

They weren t the cheapest but prices were fair. They did an awesome job. They came over with a large crew and finished it fast. They also did a quality job. We got a walkway and trees along the deck. One of the trees started to tilt 2 weeks later and they quickly came over to fix. The sales rep (knowledgeable), customer service (responsive)at HQ, and operations staff (professional and to quality work) were top notch. We liked them so much we booked them for more landscaping without shopping around (which I normally always do). Highly recommended. One of the best contractors we have dealt with.

We were extremely happy with our experience with Integrity and would recommend them to anyone. We had a paver patio done with them in Spring 2020 and will likely use them for additional landscaping services in the future. We had estimates/visits from three different companies and Integrity stood out from the beginning. Compared to the other companies, they arrived at our home in their company jackets, were very professional in the information they presented, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The others that came were far more casual and tended to be more general/vague about the information and costs they provided. Integrity had a very competitive cost compared to our other estimates and used the same Unilock brand pavers. Prior to booking Integrity, we went out to their location/showroom to see the pavers in person. I am a very visual person so this was a huge plus and they also gave us a gift card off our project for visiting. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that the employee who came to our home for the initial consult (Ryan), was also the person to show us around the showroom. This was not expected but very nice. Ryan showed us various options outside, helped sketch out a design/layout and continued to help us via email with pictures/drawings to help us narrow down what we wanted. Ryan was also on-site for our project and saw us through from beginning to end which was very appreciated. Due to booking in the off season, we were able to get on the schedule right away in Spring and despite telling us it would be a two day project, they completed the patio on the first day (woot!). They did have to come back a few days later to add the polymeric sand/bonding (since the weather wouldn t allow it to be done the first day). The patio turned out beautiful and I appreciate the care they took in not disturbing the rest of our yard/adding grass seed and mulch to the areas that were affected. In addition to Ryan, we also wanted to thank Danielle, one of the office staff who was fabulous in getting back to us with our many emails about scheduling/various aspects about the project. She was very pleasant and prompt which is so appreciated! OverallI we were very appreciative of Integrity and their professionalism and level of customer service; from the initial consult to the completed project, they exceeded our expectations. *Please note the pics were from before the sand/jointing was added*

I did not have a fancy job with gorgeous after pics, but I bought a house that would get trickles of water in the basement after a lot of rain. I re-routed the sump pump discharge myself, and hired Integrity to remove overgrown shrubs and do proper grading around the whole house. They were very responsive to questions and the quote was extremely detailed. They also split and redistributed some perennials and everything looks great! They finished in 1 day and kept a clean job site--very professional crew that obviously takes pride in their work. I look forward to working with Integrity on more fun jobs to continue the transformation of my property.

I bought a house and hired them to clear a side of our property that had been overgrown with brush,trees,weeds and had them convert it to all grass. I have received many compliments on the amazing job that was done and cannot believe the transformation from what it was..They did an excellent job. We contacted three different companies to come and provide a quote for our backyard. We were looking to have grading done, window wells replaced and all new landscaping. We received three very different quotes. The first was a basic quote that gave general information and a price. The second was a bit more detailed with pricing and the third (from Integrity) was the most detailed. The second two companies spent a lot of time explaining the project to me. The first seemed in more of a hurry. When you are getting quotes for something like landscaping pricing can be all over the place and it is extremely helpful to have such a well written quote that gives a lot of detail. We decided to go with Integrity because they provided information on exactly what was going to be done, how much material was going to be used and the time it would take for the project. Initially it seemed that they may be higher in price but when I reached out to the other companies to understand the amount of material I realized they were bringing way less material and one didnt plan to replace our window wells but Pound them out and spray paint them which is not what we wanted. In the end Integrity ended up being a better deal and I felt comfortable moving forward because they had such in depth communication about the project. I changed things around in the project several times so it was nice that they were willing to work with me as I figured out what I wanted for plants and material. From start to finish the project went great. The guys arrived on time, they were respectful and worked hard the whole time. They made sure to lay down plywood so my lawn was not wrecked and they cleaned up meticulously. We plan to use them again next summer for another project.

Ive hired Integrity twice in the past 3 years to do heavy construction on my hillside, repairing damage after spring rains. Other contractors didnt even want to get involved in the difficult project, but Integritys experts created a reasonable and cost-effective plan for a sturdy and attractive set of retaining walls to secure my land and protect my home. Each day, they arrived on time, worked hard, and then left the area immaculate afterwards. The workers are diligent, and seem to genuinely enjoy the work and working with each other. I recommend them confidently and completely.

Having been in the construction trade many years ago I would like to say how impressed I was with the crews that reshaped my neighbors yard. I watched them for the days that they were working. Everyone of them did an exemplary job paying attention to every little detail. As an old Vet it actually did my heart good to see that there are still some people who take pride in their work. I wish that I would have meet these people 47 years ago when I purchased my house. Maybe my back would be in better shape. We have used Integrity for several years now. They never are a disappointment. The quality of their work is A+++++. The clean up that they do is above and beyond. One of the workers actually walked around the entire yard picking up wood chips out of the grass by hand. I have recommended them to others in the past, and I will continue to do so.

Im absolutely blown away with the quality, and speed, of the work that Integrity Landscaping did at our home. They transformed long-neglected landscaping (the house used to be a rental property) into something Im proud to say is my house. To say they threw themselves into the work would be an understatement - there were 10 works, 7-trucks, three trailers, a Bobcat and two Ditch Witches (and who knows how many wheel barrows!) flying around from morning until well after 7:00pm on the first day and a repeat on the second day when they wrapped up the project at 2:00. Neat. Tidy. Attention to detail. And respectful. Looking for a top-notch landscape services company? You just found it.

Excellent work

We requested a quote last week from Integrity Landscape and was denied service to my home because of my zip code. I live in the beautiful Story Hill neighborhood in Milwaukee. (Adjacent to Wauwatosa) I was told if I lived in the next zip code they could provide service. Lots of customer testimonials from surrounding communities, many much further away from my location. They were highly recommended by another vendor who actually came to my house. No explanation given. Just the wrong zip code. I thought redlining went away decades ago. Very disappointed.

Integrity Landscape Service is amazing. We had them landscape an area of our lot where we had removed old evergreens. As it is adjacent to our patio we were looking for ideas to create an attractive space, both from the patio and the street. We wanted to create some privacy but not a Wall. The design was just what we wanted. Everyone from the office staff to the designers and the landscapers were professional. They did a remarkable job. We reached out to them when some plants were turning brown. Steve came out and diagnosed the problem and told us how to remedy the situation. One of the plants needed to be replaced and they took care of that this spring. Great company!

Weve hired them twice for re-grading projects and were satisfied with both projects. Quality work done efficiently.

We hired Integrity to replace our front and rear walkways, lay down new back steps, a new back patio and an unattached firepit and sitting wall. We also had them gut and replant a green area in our front roundabout. Extensive work for sure. The bidding process was simple. They were the only team we spoke to. Having read their reviews and seen photos of their projects, they were the first and only company we considered. Once we went thru the estimating process, we knew they would be our choice. We knew we could likely find someone cheaper, but we wanted the job done right. And that s what we got. The estimating team was great, offering ideas, suggestions and volunteering efficiencies that would help them work better, and save us money. Work started promptly a few weeks later, and it was quite a sight. We d been told that there would be an army of workers at our home, and that was true. Trucks lined the street, and upwards of 20+ workers were on site at any given time. The crew was very courteous to our neighbors, and mindful of not blocking driveways, gracious to those walking dogs or stopping by to see what was going on. We had several neighbors mention how well the Integrity crew cleaned up the street and worksite every evening for the 5 days they were at our home. I was able to be home thru much of the work, and came away very impressed with the skill and dedication of the team. Watching them engineer the pitch of the patio, steps and walkways to ensure water would drain away from the house, was impressive. They clearly know their craft, and took great care to make sure everything was laid out in an aesthetically pleasing manner, but also correctly engineered. After 5 days of backbreaking work in August heat, our home was transformed. A few minor things popped up after completion (as would be expected from a job of this scale) and Integrity was very quick to swing back by the house and iron out any final wrinkles, even though they d already been paid. That was another reason we chose them, we felt they would stand by their work, and be a company that was still around to honor warranties, etc. That has certainly been the case. If you re looking for someone to do C level work at a discounted price, these guys are probably not for you. For several years I had wanted to redo my back yard. I had ideas but I was never able to conceptualize exactly what it was that I was looking for. I had called several companies prior to Integrity and was frustrated at how quickly they got impatient with me because I did not know exactly what I wanted. When I called Integrity they came to the home to look at the back yard and help me with my ideas. Before they even discussed my ideas, they noticed that we had drainage issues. None of the other companies that came to our home discussed how they were going to keep the water out of our back yard so we could actually enjoy the project, much less notice that we had an issue to begin with! Integrity made suggestions, designs, design changes, more suggestions and more design changes. I have to imagine I was not the easiest customer to work with. Nevertheless, Integrity worked with my husband and I until we had a design that worked. The day the project was to begin, there was an issue outside of our control. We needed our neighbors approval to do a shared swale between the homes to drain the water. Weeks before the project, the design crew spoke to our neighbor and showed him drawings of what the swale would look like. Despite our neighbor okaying the project to the crew, he refused to sign off on it the day of the project. This issue could have postponed the project but instead Integrity was able to rework the design to have the project 100% on our yard. Once the project began we had a crew of men at our home. I mean, there must have been 20 men all working and they were working fast! They were all extremely courteous and neat. At one point they noticed that our neighbor - the one mentioned above - left his windows open. To avoid dust getting into his house, they taped plastic over the outside of his windows to make sure that no dust would get into his house. Extremely consciousness of the neighbors and neighborhood. The Integrity crew works hard and it is apparent that they all take pride in their work. The outcome of the project surpassed any of the visions I had in my head. The quality of the work is top notch. I would highly recommend Integrity to anyone! You should know, they may not be your least expensive option, but you will never regret hiring them. Their work is that good.

Integrity recently did some regrading work around our house. They did a great job. My wife and I would use them again and recommend them. We also used them last fall to replace our patio and glad we did!

Great experience. 500 sq ft paver patio looks way better than anticipated. Came out 4 times before signing to ensure we were comfortable with everything. Communication with office staff was excellent, usually less than 1 hour response if that. You could call and immediately talk to the staff as well. Gave me the date they were going to complete the project about 2 weeks prior to start and hit the date exactly. They brought about 10 people to complete the project who were all very professional and left the entire project area and path to their trucks spotless. Price was in-line with 3 other quotes I received as well. Would highly recommend for a worry-free project.

After torrential rain early this fall, we realized we needed to take action to direct water away from the side of our house, which saw ankle-deep water accumulate along its length. We received a referral to Integrity Landscape Services from the company that had installed new gutters for us a couple years previously. That person said Integrity had done good work for another client. Our experience was entirely positive. The Integrity project manager came to review our property and bid the job. He took time to explain to us some steps we could take to address water issues that were separate from the main problem, which was a poorly pitched side yard relative to the house. He explained the project well and answered our questions clearly, including about some prep work we could do ourselves to bring the cost down a bit from where it would otherwise be. During the quoting process, I came to understand its very important to deal with a really professional, capable organization for a project like this. The swale created along our side yard involved the removal of four truckloads of earth. The Integrity crew carefully and professionally used both mechanical equipment and hand shovels to shape the swale, with laser-sighted height markers in place to ensure the slope was as designed. The project also involved some concrete work, which Integrity handled with excellence and care. This was not an inexpensive project, but we believe we received good value for the dollars we spent. Wed recommend Integrity for drainage projects without reservation.

Integrity Landscape Services, LLC did a phenomenal job installing our homes patio, walkway, new plants and lawn! We could not be more happy with the job that was done and the professionalism of all the staff. From the initial meeting through completion, everyone from the office staff, to the owner, to the on-site foreman, to any of the workers were more than friendly, happy to answer all our questions and worked extremely hard to make our dream yard a reality. Our house was a new construction, so they were installing the yards features from scratch. The builder left a number of items not completed satisfactorily, but Integrity was able to fix all their problems quickly and, sympathetically, did not pass the extra costs on to us. We wanted to make a handful of changes to our designs on the fly after we saw how things were looking. Everyone was more than happy to make those changes to ensure we were happy. I had a great experience with Integrity Landscape Services. Id recommend them to anyone. We had an initial consultation, I received the quote promptly. The sales person Dave came back to my house to review the quote and go over the work. The work was finished ahead of schedule and in ONE DAY! It was an immediate transformation. We had our window wells replaced, old bushes and berms removed, new trim installed, along with 33 plants installed. The workers were clean and professional. We recently hired Integrity Landscaping to correct some drainage issues at our home, as well as to improve the appearance of our home by removing older shrubs and replacing them with new ones. We had 2 paver walkways leading up to our deck as well as landscaping and paver boarders around the deck as well as a new berm of arborvitaes. Integrity worked closely with me from the initial estimate thru revisions and completion of the work. They completed all the work in a single day by using a large crew with plenty of equipment to get the job done.
