Im beginning my 3rd year with Lawn and Pest Solutions and am very satisfied with the service. My mowing time has been cut in half because I only have grass now. Great service and technicians are always able to answer any questions.

We were having our daughter s birthday party outdoors in the middle of June and after they had sprayed for mosquitos I was concern that the spray did not work. They actually came again 4 days later on a Saturday morning before the party to spray again and make sure the mosquitoes were under control. We can t thank them enough, they were so understanding, affortable, and efficient!

Our technician Cole is always great! They let us know when they are coming and show up when they say they will! They are very knowledgeable in yard health and willing to answer any questions. Everyone is so friendly, professional and very responsive.

Good service

Years ago I tried another leading lawn care service and did not get the results I had hoped and was paying for. That led me to the DIY route and I enjoyed doing it especially when I understood the importance of pre-emergent, soil tests and fertilizer. I recently moved to another location where the yard is twice as large as what I had before. I m not getting younger and summers are getting hotter. I still enjoy being in the yard but I came to realize I enjoy cutting and feeding the lawn but not fighting weeds in the new lawn. I wanted a reliable lawn treatment service but was skeptical of them given my previous experiences. I saw that my next door neighbor s lawn newly sodded lawn ( house was new construction) at first looked like it needed help. Then I saw the techs coming to treat their yard. The guys showed up, treated the entire lawn and eventually things started turning around. The yard is weed free and the grass is green and growing and empty spots are filling in. I like what I saw happening with their lawn and I liked that the techs seemed professional and knowledgeable. So I asked her and she told me she used Lawn and Pest Solutions and gave me their card. Called them, Drew came and gave me estimate. For what they do and the size of my yard ( half acre) the price is reasonable. Had my first treatment a few days ago. Drew sent me a text of what applications were made and I see where they applied fertilizer to whole yard and spot treated with post emergent. I m already happy with the people at LPSand am confident that their team will help me achieve what I m after: a weed free, dark green, thick lawn that I can just enjoy cutting. I would highly recommend this company! I woke up one morning and noticed that we possibly had an issue with termites and I called multiple places first and they were all telling me that they could not come until Saturday (I called on a Wednesday). I got a hold of Lawn and Pest Solutions and they were out the same day and the very next day did everything that was needed for our home! If you have any Lawn or pest needs, do not bother calling around, just go ahead and called Lawn and Pest Solutions because I guarantee you ll be taken care of!

Over all great experience. Had some miscommunication on backyard but hopefully will correct itself and weeds will be gone. Make sure if you are talking to pesticide staff that you are not thinking they will get message to weed control staff. However, they are very accommodating and will correct any service you feel is not going well. Very responsive.

Started using this service over a year a go , turned my dying lawn to a of the month.

We have been using this company for about 4 years and they seem to do a great job. My only complaint is that the price keeps going up. It s gone up $20 since we originally signed up and I get prices rise but it would be nice to be locked into a price for a certain period instead of getting a surprise we ve raised our price when it gets charged. (Never received anything about a price increase).

Hayes is very careful. He calls ahead to tell me when he s coming. He noticed that I need aereation. Lawn and Pest has been my service for years. Very dependable and pleasant!

Lawn and Pest Control has cared for my yards for well over 7 years (I say yards because we have moved several times and brought them with us!). They are very informative and efficient with their service. I have never really felt like they were pushy with things to purchase for my yard but they have made gentle suggestions and given me all the pros and cons and let me decide for myself on action. We were not happy with a situation in our yard. Within in a couple of days we received a call from the owner and they came out the next day to take care of it. Problem was solved and a happy customer!

Our lawn was mostly weeds, and it seem like no matter what we tried ourselves, we couldnt get it under control. So, we signed up for Lawn & Pest Solutions and after 9 months of their service - our lawn looks fantastic. They are great with communicating with you and answering any questions you have, and they absolutely know what they are doing. When they first started, Id say at least 50% of our lawn was weeds. Today, theres hardly any weeds at all, and we have a beautiful looking lawn. They are great at answering any questions, and time they service the lawn, they provide details on what they did and instructions for what we should do (i.e. no mowing, watering for X hours after the treatment). They also will let you know if they see something going on that needs additional attention (such as if thatching is too thick). Great company, great service, and awesome results.

Can t overstate how impressed we have been with LPS! We ve always had regular pest control services through a large company here in Memphis, and even with us following recommendations to a T, we were never pest-free. On LPS s first visit to our home, every detail was inspected, down to how well pipes were sealed to keep out pests, how we stored food...things no other company had ever taken time to evaluate or share with us. We keep a tidy home, so these little factors make all the difference! They also sprayed our lawn for mosquitoes, fleas, and ticks. We have a large dog who is inside/outside and two young children who spend many hours in the backyard. The value of being able to enjoy outside without worrying about being inundated with mosquitoes is incredible. Both the initial visit with Dalton and the spraying with Barry have been handled with the utmost professionalism. They are evidently more knowledgeable than most pest control professionals, and they truly care that their work is effective. Pricing is very fair and the service far surpasses the cost. My yard looks great

We have been using Lawn and Pest Solutions for about 15 years. Although they were a little higher we chose to use them because we knew the owners and they did a good job. We began with just weed control and fertilizer treatment but later added home pest services and termite treatment and inspections. However we are going to look for a new service because of a problem encountered recently. We discovered we had army worm infestation and called lawn and pest since they are our regular lawn service. They came and sprayed and we thought took care of the worms. We were charged $180 for the treatment which we thought seems high but we paid it. This was on 7/26/2020 and here on 8/20/2020 we found worms again. We called and were informed the we would have to pay another $180 for another treatment even after being long term customers. This is ridiculous. They are willing to lose a $1600 a year contract over $180. I guess it will be their loss.

I appreciate Lawn and Pest Solutions for responding and acting on my previous review. They came out and we are going to make changes around our house that we hope will improve our treatment. We have decide to continue our services with Lawn and Pest Solutions.
