Terrible service don’t go near them, can’t get hold of anyone at all to arrange or rearrange visits that they don’t turn up to anyway, used to be very reliable but not anymore. Don’t respond to the email they give out and there’s no phone service anymore…..Terrible service. I wouldn’t give them 1 star but you have to to be able to post a review

Used to be good, but they now have voicemail switched off and don't respond to emails. Have sent invoices for work not done and when I query they don't reply.

Superb results with my Lawn using Lawn Hopper. Professional service and affordable too. Recommended.

They did not turn up on due date twice on the run and can not get to speak to anyone who can tell me when they are coming next. Going to have to use another company who is reliable.

I have used this company for two years I have noticed eac year my lawn disappearing over the winter months . Each year I have had to apply garden seed. They are never approachable he just wants to spread his fertiliser and go. I know these are unprecedented times but never got a reason why this was. I have since found out off another company what it was. It is leather jacket they don't treat this but we're happy to mistreat lawn burning it at times too. The girl I spoke to on the phone had not even heard of leather jacket . Hence we have parted company . Stay clear just want an easy lawn

After three treatments at 45 quid each and a 125 quid scarification, my lawn had never looked so bad. I'd spoken to David about it, and he arrogantly said, all those weeds are 'new' appearing not to grasp the concept of lawn maintenance service . After Christmas, my lawn was completely black and new moss and weeds were appearing. I sent photos and David just ignored these. He also ignored multiple voicemails. I finally got hold of him and he first told me, 'I though the photo's looked pretty good!' (Pictures were of thick dense fresh moss and decaying black moss). He then told me to go out and rake it and admitted that he'd been ignoring me deliberately as he 'didn't like my tone' and 'Its MY business and I'll decide who I want to deal with!' I asked him if he felt it was acceptable that my lawn was full of weeds and moss. He actually stated that state of my lawn was 'out of my control!' (Again not really grasping the very essence of a lawn treatment service). He then told me that 'If you know so much about it do it yourself' and hung up. I'd previously used GreenThumb for approx 10 years, was entirely happy with their service and never had a single complaint. Lawnhopper have shon utter arrogance and contempt and I would never recommend anyone using their 'service' not in the least because it's entirely ineffective but they have zero understanding of how to treat customers.

Been using for a few years now. Good value and always turn up as promised. Excellent quality of work, why waste money doing it yourself??

If you want a great looking lawn and you are willing to put in the work to get one, the products used to improve the colour, health and vigour are realy very good. The machine work that is on offer is also exelent. All problems with a lawn can be diagnosed. Watering the lawn regularly definitely helps, i don't understand the mentality of people who spend money on products and then don't water the lawn . I would highly recommend lawnhopper to anyone. If you follow instructions properly you will get what you are wanting, a beautiful lawn!.
