They have done my lawn for last year and this year. Great company and will continue to use them. They are quick and efficient. Love their work!!

This company made promises to me that I would not have to chase them down to get my cutting done. Since May they missed 4-5 cuts and I just got an email from the owner telling me I'm harassing him to cut my grass. Problem is some weeks he doesn't come and doesn't tell me when he will come . So he just wrote me to cancel me services with him saying he would refund half season. So ya, here i am mid season and the lawn care company bails on me. Plus instead of using a lawn mover for my backyard, they used a trimmer for the entire back. which meant uneven and burnt grass. No happy with this company nor it's over at all/

We have had West End Lawn Care tend to our front lawn and back yard for a number of years and both Marc and Kayle are competent, efficient and hard workers with pleasant personalities. We would strongly recommend them to anyone wanting dependable lawn care. Joan and Larry L.

I would have to agree with the previous reviews on West End Lawn Care not getting back to requests on estimates. Went with a different company because of the lack of service.

I had high hopes after reading the excellent reviews for this company. I was not expecting to not hear back from them after sending several messages requesting a quote. TO THE OWNER: In response to "I don't know who you are" I sent my first request for a quote through your website in May . Your system generates a message to expect a response 48 hours later. I waited several days and sent my second request for a quote through your website (also in May) . When I didn't hear back a second time , I sent you an email. And again, did not hear back Your response to the review was rude and showed all future potential customers your poor customer service skills .

The owner Mark is great! Came everytime the lawn needed a trim and a few times just to check if it did, even when it didn't. Fantastic service and my lawn looked perfect all season. Highly recommended!

I have used their service for the past 5 years. They provide excellent, and dependable service. The owner is very responsive to your emails, and he also sends text alerts about changes to the schedule (weather related). I would definitely recommend!!

Fantastic company. Mark was hired to take care of my mothers property. I found the customer serivce very direct and quick. My mother was always please with the cut. The team did a great job. We are a return client. Thanks Mark and Westend team.
