Scheduled within expected time frame. Workers arrived early, checked in with me and got right to work. Moved and replaced items surrounding the tree they were trimming. Cleaned up around work site. There were some twigs on the grass and plant bed that I had to spend some time to pick up but it wasnt too bad. Overall, they did a great job.

Josh stopped by to inspect our river birch tree. He is very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had about caring for my tree. He let me know that it wasnt quite in need of intervention yet as opposed to another tree service that was told me it needed help right away. He also gave me some advice on other bushes and trees in our yard. Very thankful for the insight they have given me and I will definitely be using them in the future for the health and longevity of our trees and bushes

Fox Valley Tree Care was a pleasure to work with. They were great with communication, showed up on time (early even) for the estimate and for the day of service. Josh looked over the trees that I had concerns about and gave me great options that would not only help the tree be healthy but also save some bird habitats along the way. The crew that did the work were amazing. They checked in before they left to make sure everything looked good and left my yard and driveway perfectly clean.

From the first visit with Josh to the end of our dead tree removal was GREAT! The crew was wonderful, always cleaning the debris, and personable. I have already recommended them to friends and family.

A crew of four came out to drop 6 trees. Very professional in how they went about their business. Did a total cleanup on the front yard tree as directed and dropped the 5 other trees in our backyard . In backyard, dropped the five trees and took the time to stack the branches in one pile and stacked the trunks in another. also did a light raking to clean up the area in back . In my opinion, went above and beyond what I expected. Did the entire job in less than 5 hours on a January day. Very satisfied.

The crew all showed up right on time, blocked the street, and setup the crane and other equipment. They told me their plan and Inside of an hour the tree started to come down. The timing of each job and crew member response was perfect and they cleaned the area at each point. Everyone was friendly and knew their job well. Safety was clearly a big focus for the workers and anyone who happened by. I cant imagine the climbing and crane work to have been done any more efficiently. When they finished, they removed debris, swept, and used a blower to clean up. It was almost like they were never here. They arrived and left within 7 hours and had minimal impact on the neighbors. Nathan and his crew removed two very large trees from my yard. Im sure it was no easy job, but they handled it quickly and skillfully. Pricing was fair as well. I would definitely use them again!

Tony and crew did a great job removing high hanging dead branches from our oak tree & pine tree. An 83 lift was used to remove the oak branches hanging over our neighbors roof. We have rolling hills & not easy access so we wanted some true professionals. Also, we had a large white pine with several dead branches hanging over our house. Their very skilled tree climber removed the bad branches with the help of a person from the ground. Truly a professional job. Clean up good.

The Fox Valley Tree Care team did a great job of trimming a large mature maple tree that had been through several severe storms the past years. From job estimate to cleanup their people were very professional, efficient and considerate. The crew was extremely thorough in trimming up damaged limbs but also in dealing with limbs that could be problems in the future. We would highly recommend Fox Valley Tree Care to others.

I called Fox ValleyTree Care to get an arborist. I talked with Josh and he was very friendly and knowledgeable! I was inquiring about my 25 year old river birch trees. He came to our home in just a few days to assess our problem, which turns out to be a few injections to our trees . Josh also looked at some of our other tress and said they to will need some help. Great work done! We had 2 large pine trees close to power lines cut down. After some hassle with a 3rd party to trim near the power lines, fox valley tree came same day after trimming. They did an amazing job and cleaned up up the yard. Almost looks like they were never there. Connie was super friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend these folks for tree work and landscaping needs.

Part of my neighbors large tree had fallen on my truck and crushed it. He hired this company to come take the tree down. A few delays and cancellations by the company. Update 8/26. The business owners response sets my mind at ease somewhat . My initial review was somewhat hasty, but the only information available at the time was was strictly from the neighboring property owner who is indeed the customer and was quite negative about the experience thus far. My concern regarding this tree is well warranted, as it has caused an unbelievable amount of damage, mess, and expense already, and the next section towers over my home which causes additional level of anxiety, especially for my wife who is terrified of this tree since the incident. I understand equipment breakdowns and weather delays happen, but also realize that it is possible that equipment could be broken down or weather not acceptable when the next date arrives and continue on in perpetuity. I appreciate the business owners thorough and professional response and I will update my review each step of the way up to and after project completion. Update 9/5. Company is here cutting the tree. Definitely top notch equipment and very thorough and knowledgeable crew.. Made incredibly quick work of this thing. Cut, ground up and gone within hours. Good job gentlemen.

Josh and his crew did an awesome job in removing one tree I had and trimming another. Then the team work was more than awesome in removing two other trees that were hanging over my garage but belonged to my neighbors on each side of me. The coordination done between Josh and I in regards to dealing with the other property owners was handled well. The team then worked well in dealing with all three properties and where set down and cleanup of branches was being done. I would highly recommend Fox Valley Tree Care and Landscaping!

The crew from Fox Valley Tree Care took out a dying maple tree in our backyard this week. They were efficient and professional. All their equipment and personnel were in place and on the go at the agreed time, and they managed to carefully bring down our large, multi-stemmed tree in less than 2 hours - even taking the time to clean the area up as best they could. The price felt fair, especially given the crew and equipment utilized in the job. We will definitely look to Fox Valley Tree Care for our future needs!

Needed to remove two pines and one ash tree. Jason looked at the job promptly and provided a competitive quote versus two other options. We selected Fox Valley Tree Care because of the pricing and because they use a crane to take the tree down. The process is quick and keeps lawn damage minimum. I also asked Connie to schedule the removal during the winter when the ground was frozen which they happily accommodated. The crew arrived on time and went right to work completing the job in less than 4 hours which included their lunch break. We couldnt be happier as the crew worked safely, efficiently and did a fantastic job cleaning up. We strongly recommend Fox Valley Tree Care.

Fox Valley Tree Care did an outstanding job removing 7 trees for us! This was not an easy tree removal. We had 7 large Ash trees on our property, two of which were very large, in our back yard and quite close to our higher than normal two story house. They had to reach over the top of the house with a crane to remove them. My wife saw the crew when she left for work at 8:00am, I got home from work at 3:00pm to find the trees gone, the yard cleaned up and the crew already gone. All of this with great customer service and a very fair price. Save yourself some time and money on tree services. Dont shop around, use Fox Valley Tree Care!

I had an estimate completed and never heard a thing back. I left messages and once spoke directly to Ron, who did the estimate. I was told that the estimate was on its way. Never heard anything else. So I heard back after a 2 star review! I contacted them with a competitors quote and asked them to reassess. I saw two men from the company return to take another look! Again, nothing! Thankfully, we were able to locate a not for profit company that will not only remove the trees but do what I asked the company to quote me on for half of their original quote. Highly unprofessional and very poor communication! I would recommend seeking another company or not for profit organization!!! The company had numerous 4 and 5 star reviews and yet, must not need my business!

Received, accepted and paid deposit for large tree to be removed from my backyard on 11/2/21. Estimated date of job to be completed 4/2/22. Reached out the end of March 2022 to notify that we were having concrete done as soon as tree was remove and to check on scheduling was told crane was broken would be fixed by April 15th we would be one of the first jobs after that. April 15th came and went called again was told absolutely would be done by May 1. May 1st then turned into getting scheduled May 3 and received a call on May 2 delayed again until May 10. The crew that came did do an excellent job and was told stump would be ground 2 days later on May 12. May 12th no call no show for stump grinding, no answer or call back from the office when reaching out at 4:20 pm leaving voicemail when their hours are listed open till 5. Friday May 13 again had to call the office at approximately 9:30am still no call no show no call back was told oh we didn t know the stump grinder didn t show up . Called customer service Friday May 13th was given every excuse for the delays of the project and how great the stump grinder was even though he no called and no showed. Stump grinding is hired out it is not done by fox valley tree care and our neighbors informed us after he did show up, he just complained about doing our job. Asked to speak to the owner was denied and ultimately told some customers understand scheduling and others don t. We did receive a 10% off tree removal that we never asked for after the third delay. They were promptly paid in full May 13 after stump grinding was complete with no follow up. Some business understand customer service for a 7000$ job and others don t I guess

Fox valley did a large job for us which included removal of 5 large trees (several in excess of 4 in diameter) and stump grinding, clean up etc. The team that worked on our property were awesome. Safe, conscientious, hardworking, professional and a pleasure to deal with describes my experience with Fox Valley Tree Care and Landscape. I will use them again and would recommend this company to anyone.

Signed a contract, gave a downpayment for scheduling, and wasn t scheduled after a month of waiting for a date. Went to cancel after i found someone else to do it and they wouldn t refund the deposit that was specifically to get on their schedule. Would not recommend.

Your company/team removed a storm damage tree from my yard today. It was a difficult procedure because there was a fence. It was my pleasure to watch a team of professionals remove the tree. They did an excellent job cleaning up - you couldnt even tell we had limbs down everywhere. Easy to use, appreciated their on-line quote and invoice process as well.

we had a very big tree that we needed removed from our backyard. When the team got here their bucket unit did not work so they had to do the old fashion way of climbing the tree to saw the chunks, attach to the crane and bring it over the house to dispose. They did an excellent job, were very professional, cleaned everything up very well and were on their way. I would definitely recommend their services.

For the first project, they came out w/ less than 24 hours notice to help evaluate a neighbors tree that partially fell into our yard and the owner of the company diplomatically helped us walk through options to safely remove the tree with our neighbor. Then less than a week later, we had a huge storm that impacted our own trees. We got an estimate within a day and they were onsite to do the work within a week. I wanted to recognize the amazing all-star team of Mike, Mike, Autumn, and their 4th coworker that day (sorry I failed to catch his name). They removed some huge limbs that came down in a storm and were stuck in our trees and also pruned a big ornamental pear tree and a maple. They showed up on time, discussed the project with me in detail, and worked safely and carefully and were considerate of the shape of our trees. They cleaned up every limb and leaf afterwards. The entire team was knowledgeable about what they were doing, answered all of my questions, and Autumn was particularly tolerant of my many requests re the pear tree. I was really impressed by everyones positive attitude and engagement with their team. This company is doing something right!

The Seth Robinson Crew was amazing. We got 5 different quotes in the valley and this was the most fairly priced. The quality did not falter at all and my wife and I were very happy with the result. I also had 2 different neighbors mention to me how great the crew was with the kids running around, how they were always working when here and how much they loved the result. I had a mature walnut tree up against a vinyl fence die last Spring. The crew from Fox Valley Tree Care came equipped to do the job right, minimized the impact of equipment on the lawn, took down the tree with no issues, and were fastidious in cleaning up afterwards, including the neighbors. I had never used Fox Valley Tree Cares services before, but they are at the top of my list for any future work!

Seth and his crew did an outstanding job on our landscaping. They were tasked with removing and cleaning up a massively overgrown 100 berm on the back of our lot. They completely transformed it by clearing it out, grinding stumps, reshaping a portion of the berm, mulching, laying sod, and seeding. They were extremely helpful and communicated with us all along the way. Highly recommend this stellar crew!

We had Fox Valley Tree Care & Landscape remove 2 mature ash trees from our back yard. The trees were near power lines and our house which made removal more difficult. Fox Valley Tree Care coordinated with WE Energies to have the power lines dropped from our house the morning of the project. Cass and her crew were excellent and did an amazing job! They were on time, courteous and cleaned up the work site when they were finished. Our stumps were ground 2 weeks later and the grinder even replaced our landscape bricks when he was finished! We were extremely pleased with the work that was done and would highly recommend Fox Valley Tree Care and Landscape.
