The owner used me as a subcontractor for snow removal. He was renting my equipment with a contract. He did not pay on time 3 weeks late, when i cashed the check just to find out he canceled it. The owner is a scammer that prays on the small guy. Do not trust him and do not work for him.

I wanted to support this company as the owner seemed like an up-and-comer in the industry, but unfortunately, the experience left me disappointed. They had to come back to fix obvious issues that should ve been addressed the first time, and they rutted up my lawn but never returned to repair it as promised. The overall fit and finish of the job were poor. I was hoping for a higher standard of quality

I would never use this company after knowing my neighbors across my street had bushes/trees cut (almost a month ago to date), and all of the branches and leaves were placed in front of my home on the street. My husband has since moved the pile of brush and leaves in front of the home that pays this company, and it still has not been picked up or disposed of. The owner of the house confirmed this is the company that did the landscaping and left the debris.

Weve used Schultz Lawn Care for multiple jobs this year: general lawn maintenance, rock and bark mulch installs, paver patio refresh and fall cleanup. All jobs were done well and any issues were corrected quickly. I would recommend to anybody looking to lighten their outdoor chore load. We will continue to hire them as needs arise.

Still waiting for the job to be completed. Understanding where we are in the schedule has been tough making it difficult in notifying neighbors or knowing when to be home.

Very prompt service. They provided me a quote same day and began work the next day. It was a two day project as they took down three large 50 plus year old diseased trees and trimmed another. The tree experts were friendly, hard working, and focused on getting the job done. Allowed us flexibility in terms of offered stump grinding but accepted we would go that later to prioritize our needs and help us budget. Respectful of our property such as took bird feeders out of one tree before they cut it down. With all the work done, only one limb teetered towards our house.

Little guy with a beard and big trailer ran a yield sign on S Oneida and I had to slam on the brakes with my kids in the car. If they hire these kind of idiots I can only imagine how the business runs.

Shultz lawn care did a fantastic job doing hardscaping for our hottub placement next to our deck. They removed an over abundance of landscaping plants we had when we moved in to our new home. They did a great job placing mulch nicely. Their affiliated company, Yosh s, also did a wonderful job power washing our house and removing remnants of vine that had been growing on the house. I am very happy with their work and would highly recommend them!

These guys were actually great. My neighbor and I had deliveries done the same day. They couldn t fit the full load on one truck. So on a Friday night at 5 o clock they went back out to get the rest of the loads. Can t say enough good things about them. Customer service is their priority, all the way through.

Some weeks a team does a real nice job and other weeks the team depending on who is sent does a terrible job with missed mowing spots, grass clippings all over the lawn left there. I have called Danielle several times to get the boundaries corrected , the trimming done better and the lawn cleaned up, but apparantly there is no communication with the different teams. Also, I had set up auto pay done monthly, and its never done unless I call. So they e-mail me late payment notices. I shouldnt have to babysit all of the above. To me, that is not acceptable. Something needs to be done with this company! Cheri

i bought a variegated maple tree from Schmalz Landscaping. After the first year the tree experienced leaf scorching, brown edges. I sent photos and questions to their website requesting advice. They were very prompt with their response, and they offered great professional advice. Great customer service!

Schultz Lawn Care recently transformed and updated 2 of our duplex rental properties. They can do it all...no need to hire several companies! They tackled cutting down huge trees, removing bushes, trimming massive pine trees, and extensive landscaping. They also addressed draining issues on two patios Connor is professional and knowledgeable, we followed his advice and will be using Schultz Lawn Care in the future, and would recommend them.

Schultz did an amazing job on our sod installation, and continued to check in on how it was taking after the job was complete. We would definitely recommend and will use them in the future!

2 day project took 2 weeks, employee relieved himself on my home, hand-built planter boxes are now warped and falling apart (less than a month after install), and high grade dirt in the planter boxes is basically rocks and fill). UPDATE: Connor and his team did come out to remedy the situation and fixed the planter boxes.

Beware of bait and switch They bid the project at a price that was less than bigger groups in the area (like vandehey or lowneys) but then didn t put mulch down on a large berm. When we asked why the berm hadn t been done they indicated the project had been bid incorrectly and made an excuse that customers don t usually mulch under pine trees. They said they would finish the job for an additional $360 which was about 30% more than the initial bid. Additionally, the mulch was thrown down carelessly all over our edging. Go with the pros and don t bother with this unprofessional service.

I used Schultz this spring for aeration and over seeding, but the guy didnt bring seed for the job and said he would come back soon to finish the work. After several weeks of nobody coming to seed I finally called. I was told they would send someone out to do the seeding. I also hired them for fertilizing and spraying of weeds this summer. A crew was here regularly for the fertilizing but nobody seeded. I called a couple more times about the seeding. I wanted to do fall aeration so we settled on doing the seeding at no charge along with fall aeration since the seeding job that I paid for hadnt been done. The guy showed up as scheduled to do the aeration and seeding, the tag on the door indicated both services were performed but my wife and I couldnt find any trace of seed anywhere on the lawn, the sidewalk, or stray seeds on our rock landscaping. I called the number on the door tag, no answer, I texted and got a response that the service was performed. I told them it wasnt. I asked for someone to come back and show me where the seeds were on my lawn and I was told the office was closed. The same guy came back the next day to do the final fertilizing application and again no seeds. I tried calling again, no answer. I texted and got a response that the seeding was performed the day before. I let the person know that I have a video camera and I have video evidence of what services were actually performed. I told them I hope they take future customer concerns more seriously. They said they would pass the concern along to the owner. My concern is that with multiple attempts to have a service performed, it still never was. And then I was told that it was, and it clearly wasnt. I really cant understand why someone would cut corners on something as simple as spreading seeds? When the owner comes to my house and proves that the seeding was in fact done when I was told that it was, I will update this review to reflect that I was completely wrong.

I like that they could fit me into their schedule for only one month. Other services will not even consider a one month contract. They also shoveled my property for a month when I was gone during the winter. They cleared my driveway AND shoveled the sidewalk. I have had another service that would only do the driveway and when they did the driveway, they damaged my lawn. Schultz did a good job and DID NOT damage my lawn.

Thanks for talking care of our yard today. I know it started out a bit awkward since the crew didn t realize they were supposed to bag the front yard, but they returned later with the bagger and did a great job, bagged the entire yard, above and beyond expectations!

We have a challenging yard because it is a large piece of lakeside property with a significant slope. Schultz Lawn Care does a fantastic job of mowing and is especially careful not to leave grass clippings on the yard or to blow grass clippings into the garden beds. Their pricing is very fair and their team is exceptionally responsive.

This company plows for my apartment complex. It s terrible. My whole place has been ice they don t salt. All of our parking spots are terrible. The snow is so hard because they came a plowed once in the past three days. Got a text from management saying they were coming back and to go to park on the road so they could plow our spots. For them not to even come back to do the job. Dissatisfied.

I will not use this company again and encourage you not to either. Due to my recent stage-4 cancer diagnosis, I looked for a company to handle the weeds to take some burden off my wife. They quoted us 3.5 hours of hand weeding; however, they were only here for 45 minutes. We called to clarify, and the individual stated that since that was what was quoted, it does not change due to them finishing early. In addition, they did not hand remove the weeds but only used a weed-eater and claimed that since the soil was soft, it did a better job than hand-pulling them but still charged us for the hand-pulling of weeds.

They did a fantastic job with fall clean up. Cannot wait to book for next summer
