I found Jim’s Landscaping through a Google search. I called after hours. An answering service picked up, took my contact information, and said I’d hear back from Jim’s tomorrow. (I’ve heard that statement many times before across all home-services companies. You already know how often that is not true.) The next morning, I woke up to an email from Jim’s. They said they didn’t service my area, but offered a recommendation. Wow, what service. I wish all companies were as well run and efficient as Jim’s. Consider yourself lucky if you live in his service area.
Jim and crew were fantastic in the installation of a new 8ft tree and 4 hollies, as well as a very well done, comprehensive mulching of my yard (both front and back). Jim and crew were diligent, comprehensive and really easy to work with, with beautiful results. I would recommend Jim any day for lawn maintenance, new trees, shrubs, and other yard-related services. Jim is also a really nice guy, easy to work with, and very thoughtful about his work.
The Jim's Landscaping team did an AMAZING job with our yard. From planting new arborvitaes, transplanting rhododendrons, small tree removal, mulching, and irrigation installation! We are thrilled with how everything came out and will be using Jim's landscaping going forward. Cannot recommend them enough!
We've been working with Jim's Landscaping since March of this year for a shared client in Needham. We have been using Jim's Landscaping services for weekly maintenance at our home. It is a very reliable service conducted by a professional team. Jim has been very responsive to all our queries and takes great pride in his teams work. We also used Jim for a plant installation, bed extension and mulch project to breathe some life in to our front yard and the team did a fantastic job. We have received many compliments from our neighbors!
These guys are great! Came out to my place in Needham, MA. Walked the property with me and I described what I was trying to accomplish. Got me a quote quickly and agreed to do the work quickly. The yard has never looked better! They created new beds, weeded, pruned, edged and mowed. They also planted shrubs that I had purchased but could not find time to plant. Finished the job by mulching the new beds. I could not be happier!

I love jims landscaping! Thyre always polite & very responsive to my calls or emails. Their work is very professional-w attn to details. I dont feel like I hv to do any managing whn thyre on my property. Thy know what to do & thy get it done, & because I appreciate wht thy do so much, i try to remember to gv thm smthing cold to drink on those hot summer days; a small gesture for their hard work. We just hired James and his crew to help us with our yard and the guys did a fantastic job. The whole crew was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all the trees and plants in our yard. We ve been using Jim s Landscaping for several years. When James Evans acquired the business a few years ago, we started to see a very dramatic shift in how they operate. The entire crew is hyper-focused around customer service and equally important, very professional. This is something rarely found in the industry. In addition to the ongoing maintenance of our property, Jim and the crew managed a very large project for us over the past 12 months. They performed ABOVE EXPECTATIONS. In all areas, they under-promised and over-delivered. I can t say enough good things about both Jim, Tom and the balance of the crew and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking landscaping and related work.

James is a great guy, very knowledgeable and very fair. His crew installed plantings and loam for an entire back yard and side yard and we couldnt be happier with the job he did. He is responsive to questions before and after the job is done. He promptly delivered some rabbit repellant and rose bush fertilizer after the little critters ate one of my new plants which was very much appreciated. Dont hesitate to call James and use Jims Lamdscaping. Highly recommend.

Jims guys did an excellent job trimming several large bushes at the front of our house. They will be doing a fall cleanup next month. Last year I was very pleased with with their fall cleanup. James was very responsive to our needs and I highly recommend him for all landscaping jobs.

I called around to five or six contractors to take care of my mother in laws yard in Needham. Not only was Jim the most responsive, but his price was the best. My mother in law couldnt be happier with the level of car that Jim and his team has shown in taking care of her yard. The house hasnt looked this good in YEARS! I highly recommend Jim!
