Raider Country Lawn Care and Landscaping in Navarre

I originally left this company a negative review based on the fact that they were not willing to perform a certain service. That was wrong of me to do. Business owners have to value their time just as much as anyone else, and the service I was requesting wouldve been extensive. Since that original review, Im updating this to 5 stars! I contacted Raider Country Lawn Care to help me with a broken lawn pump. They were able to quote me over the phone using just a few photos and a description of the problem. My family and I were heading on vacation and they offered to perform the work while we were gone since all the work was outside. I gladly accepted the offer, but was concerned that I wouldnt be around to make payment. They made very simple arrangements on how we could pay while we were gone or even after we got back! They performed the work and just trusted that wed pay them...which says a lot about how they take care of their customers! We took care of our payment with them easily, and the new lawn pump they installed is great. Extremely satisfied with Raider Country Lawn Care, and would do business again. My apologies for the original negative review.

We had a huge job of bush/shrub trimming from the waters edge on East Bay all the way up our hill and around our chain link fence. Colby Sullivan utilized a piece of equipment that took care of all the trimming within two hours. He also removed all the debris onto the back of his trailer and, even finished the job, by blowing our long driveway. My husband and I would never have been able, as average homeowners, to accomplish what Mr. Sullivan did in less than an afternoon. I highly recommend this young man. Our home wasn t lived in for quite a while, they came in and completely turned our backyard from a forest to a useable yard. Super friendly, reliable and quick! Definitely recommend their services!

We have had Colby and his crew do a few projects over the years. They do excellent work. Thorough, professional, and quotes over text using pictures. We have had them trim our shrubs several times. They have also used their ride along machine thing to spread dirt so we could lay sod. So great every time!

Raider Country Lawn Care is an excellent company! We have a property with 8 palm trees. After years of trying to trim the trees on our own, we asked Raider Country to come out and help. They are everything you need in a lawn service. They are always quick to respond whenever I have a question (you can even text him). They were always there on their given day getting the lawn done (unless there was a storm). Definitely worth it to go with these guys! I moved into a new duplex this year and the yard was getting overgrown, so I contacted the owner. He took a look to give me a quote, but then recommended that I ask my landlord whether or not lawn care is included in the rent. It turns out, it was my landlord s responsibility after all. I really appreciate Raider Country Lawn Care treating me as a person and not just a potential job. I can tell this is a nice company that doesn t take advantage of people. I will never forget them!

I hired this company for simple lawn care. The owner looked at my lawn and gave me a quote which I agreed to. About a week goes by I text him for when he planned on starting my service. He gave me a two day window. The days come and go and I understood that the weather had been spotty so I text him to get some information about when he would be out to start my service i was getting a bit impatient as I had started talking to him for almost three weeks but I told him that I understood the weather had been poor and I was looking for transparency on when he would get to me. He apparently took great offense to this and claimed i was calling him dishonest. I got a response from him the next morning at 6:30 on a Saturday. He stated that if I thought he should be coming out in the bad weather that maybe they werent the company for me. That was the final straw for me I told him I didnt need his services anymore. If Im going to be spending over $2000 a year I dont want be treated like Im bugging the person Im paying. Ive seen the lawns they cut and they look good but the customer service is awful.//////////////EDIT/////////// Allow me to be very clear i was not asking him to come out in the poor weather I was asking for information on when he would be able to get to me a im not entirely Sure would have sufficed but instead I got early morning passive aggressive texts. I am not sure if this is the owners regular tactic to make the complainant seem unreasonable but either way its just bad business.

Colby Sullivan and two crew members are incredibly hard workers. In high temperatures and humidity, they worked all day removing , thinning and transplanting tall, out of control, grass (has small orchid looking flowers). They do an excellent job of cleaning up and do not hurry to leave at the end of the long, hot day until they are completely finished. Very impressed with Colbys crew members, Dawn and Jacob as well. I ve used Raider Country twice this year. The first time was to cut overhanging limbs from two adjoining properties. The second job was cutting and removing four huge trees 12-15 in diameter that fell during Hurricane Sally. Not only were they prompt to give an estimate they actually were 50% under another estimate for the same job. I ll be calling them again.
