Craig and his crew are top notch! They are professional, courteous, polite, friendly, patient and meticulous. He and his crew (Alberto is the man btw!!) took out all of our existing grass, put in new irrigation (we got a pool installed), leveled the yard and installed new sod. The attention to detail is refreshing to see in this day and age! 10 out of 10 - would recommend 100%!!
10/10!! I was overwhelmed thinking about landscaping my front flower bed. Destiny and Craig are friendly, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to create beautiful landscaping!! We had our front flower bed and lighting completed in front and back yard!! Looks amazing!! we will be using them again in the spring to upgrade the lighting!
Thanks to Craig and his crew! We had them fix our sprinkler system and build us a privacy fence. Prices are right and they do work in a very timely fashion, also answer their phone and get back in a timely fashion. Highly recommend.
Craig was amazing. We needed a fast repair of our sprinkler’s timer, and in only a day and a half, Craig was replacing the unit. He took time to show me ways to put less stress on the system as well and a few other lawn tips. He didn’t have to take the extra few minutes, but he did. From the Ground Up Lawn Care is five stars in my book, and I highly recommend.

You don't see this type of customer service anymore! I had an issue with my lawn pump and called Craig. Due to his busy schedule, he was unable to make the service call. HOWEVER, he did take the time to recommend other services and then realizing they all were just as swamped (as I call most everyone in Navarre), he walked me through some troubleshooting and helped me realize the problem could only be on the intake side or a bad pump. Since it was a brand-new pump and worked for a week before stopping...so I focused on that. Sure enough, with some soapy water, I found the leak. This guy is a STUD!! Thanks again Craig!
I got multiple bids for a landscaping refresh job at my house in Navarre. From the Ground Up was the most reasonable bid. After meeting with Craig, I knew his friendly and professional vibe was right for the job. Craig and his crew went above and beyond and did a fantastic job. 10/10 and will absolutely use them again.
Excellent and timely service! Craig replaced my burnt out sprinkler pump. He went an extra mile by putting together my control timer and cleaning/repositioning my sprinkler heads to ensure my outdoor appliances don’t corrode for no extra cost. All of this service was on day-of request. I will definitely be a returning customer when I decide to update my landscaping.
Edit: We have not used this company, but had an issue with a disrespectful employee parking in our yard while they did work at a neighbors across from us. After I posted an initial review of the employee, the owner took time to personally come to our house to explain and resolve the issue. The owner cares about his company and it shows. He was very genuine and concerned about us encountering the situation. While the actions of the particular employee initially discouraged us from ever using this company, it was all changed by our encounter with the owner.
Great job and would call them again. Cant complain. Wanted someone local in Navarre and made a right choice, you can too!

Craig is the very best lawn professional I have found in Gulf Breeze area. He is plesant, responds quickly and does awesome work. His rates are very competitive and he knows everything about sprinkler systems and how to fix and set them properly which was very helpful.

Had them install a standard privacy fence for the backyard and it turned out fantastic! Couldnt have asked for a better fence. Work was executed timely and promptly. Even brought up the fact that sprinklers would have to be moved slightly to keep them inside the fence line. Also had him replace the check valve in the sprinkler pump since it would occasionally lose prime. Same excellent service and timely work. Would highly recommend for any lawn care!
