Ive never hired a landscape company to upgrade my property before, but Emerald Coast Lawns was recommended to me by the company that installed my pool. All I can say is, WOW. They went above and beyond to communicate clearly with me, to visit the site and walk me through everything, and were very up front about what any costs would be. I felt like everyone that showed up to work on my property was really motivated to make sure that we were thrilled with the results. They installed sod, palm trees, landscape lights, fencing, drainage, sprinklers, and some rock gardens. They even took the time to make sure all the plants were pet-friendly. Our place looks AMAZING. Part 2! If youve made it this far, just stop now and go with Emerald Coast Lawns. We just had a pool put in and didnt hesitate to get Ryan out here to turn a construction zone into an oasis. We needed all new irrigation, final grade, new sod and in addition, asked him to build a double gate for our fence, extend our driveway so we had a place to park the boat, and build a retaining wall around our pool equipment. Simply A+. Ryans family built a company cemented in honesty, integrity, and fairness. The icing on the cake is that they do incredible work. Having that combo is hard to find nowadays. Google needs to make a separate category for exceptional reviews...6 STARS ******!!! Thanks again Ryan! Part 1. I received 3 quotes for an irrigation system. Ryan was the second. He was courteous, honest, professional, and gave an excellent price. After our interaction, my mind was made up (the third quote was just a formality). I had about a 70 x 30 section of cleared land that needed sod, a well tapped, and the irrigation system. Ryan explained everything that they would do and gave a very reasonable timeframe to complete the work. After the well was tapped and prior to the irrigation install, his father, Robert installed the electrical for the pump and timer box. Talk about a stand-up guy. I hadn t known Robert was Ryan s father until I was bragging about Ryan and my experience with him to Robert. With a swelled chest, Robert said, that s my son. These are the kind of people you need to do business with. These are the kind of people who DESERVE your business. My yard looks fantastic, the irrigation system is running smooth, and I know Robert and Ryan wouldn t hesitate to respond should any issues arise. Well, once again Ryan and the Emerald Coast team transformed our backyard, for the second time due to a new pool! Ryan exceeded the vision that we had in our heads. After having Blue Haven Pools on the Gulf build an amazing pool we were left with a lot of dirt and the need for a lot of irrigation repairs. We honestly didnt even get other quotes because of our experience with the company over the years. Ryan s crews work extremely hard and strive for attention to detail at every step. They asked out of concern daily if I was happy and were quick to adjust anything as we went. The crews are careful to cleanup after themselves and leave a photo-ready landscape. Ryan and his family s business is something you just don t see much anymore, extreme attention to detail, a family operations environment, and a customer-first culture. Despite Emerald Coast Lawns growing business you still feel like youre the only customer.

These guys are by far the best crew I have hired as far as contractors! Did all my landscaping around my pool and re did my flower beds in the front with low voltage lights. They do weekly maintenance and do a great job. To add to how awesome they are, the guys always leave a treat for my dog after mowing the lawn. My palm trees have been growing real good and I have been waiting to cut them. I came home from work and noticed the team saw they were ready and trimmed them up for me. We went with Emerald Coast after getting several quotes from different companies. Emerald Coast quote wasn t the cheapest but it made the most sense to us. They broke down the quote by item/service. Ryan was very responsive to emails/texts and also very professional. We were quoted for 3 zones but due to our water supply from the well, Ryan had to increase our zones. This meant the price had to increase significantly but Ryan was very communicative through out the process. We had neighbors that installed irrigation systems and they had sand lines for months in their yard. Emerald Coast did their best to put the sod back and not destroy our grass. They also cleaned up and moved the excess soil/sand. You could barely tell we just had an irrigation system installed. Overall, we would 100% use Emerald Coast again for our landscaping needs.

I can t say enough good things about this company. They did a great job on our project and we are happy with the results! Communication was great! If we had questions both Ryan and John were quick to respond or we felt comfortable talking to the team leads on site. Leading up to the start date, the owner called to ensure the start date was good and to see if we had any questions. The team showed up every day and worked to get the job done. I ve never been so impressed with a landscape company before, their COMMUNICATION was on point along with QUALITY work. They do it all too so we didn t have to coordinate multiple companies. Emerald Coast Lawns has completed two projects for us over the last year! They installed part of an irrigation system last spring and just removed our weeds/grass, graded, and installed some zoysia for us! Despite a few mishaps, Ryan remained professional and accommodating, reimbursing us for a damaged flower pot and coming back to fix a broken pipe. 5/5 would recommend because this team does what is right and does it well.
