Yelp/Google/Facebook Review 9/22/2024 As Secretary of a small Condominium Association, it is of utmost importance that we hire professionals who take pride in their work. We hired Ferrari's Home Improvement to do several jobs for us. Our doors were in need of a paint job. Joe Ferrari and his crew did a superb job painting the entry doors, making repairs as needed and using the paint approved by the Association. Having completed this project on time and satisfactorily, we were happy to hire Joe and his crew to make repairs to several decks. This project involved replacing floorboards and spindles, where needed, and replacing several deck stairs and stringers. They replaced the damaged wood, and to finish up, stained the unfinished wood with Association approved stain. In addition, the cleanup was perfect. The work was done within the specified time. Joe was intent on making this a problem free project, he succeeded. Considering the amount of work done, & the hours involved, the cost was very reasonable. All employees are experienced, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. In my opinion, support your local businesses, you will be happy you did. Sue

Ferrari's Landscaping is outstanding! I met Joe last year when I became a 1st time homeowner. He has helped me numerous times inside and outside my home. He is the first one I call when I have any question and he takes care of it. I have his number on speed dial lol.

Let me start by saying that I am a baby boomer that is still working full time, so I am aware of all the issues we are faced with in the world we are living in. I needed to have a huge hedgerow removed on my property line. Time was critical due to the neighbor's house going up for sale. The hedges were on my side of the line and in horrible condition. 12 feet wide by 12 feet high and over 90 feet in length. I needed to have all the hedges (28) removed along with the stumps. There were also eight, 8-foot trees and stumps that needed to be removed as well. Joe showed up on Tuesday to give me an estimate, which I agreed with, and I also discussed needing to hire someone to install a privacy fence when he was done with the removal. He said that he also installed fencing. I'm all about progress so we discussed the entire job and came up with a reasonable price. I gave him a deposit and hoped for the best. Side note...Joe communicated every step of this project, before, during and after. He did not make a decision without running it by me first. When I arrived home from work Thursday every tree/hedge was not only cut down but gone. Half of the stumps were also cut out and removed. By Monday this leg of the project was completed, and I paid the balance owed, so far. Two days later all of the fencing and concrete was on site. Thursday, Joe and his crew were back to set the posts in concrete to begin the fencing project. After a few days the concrete was hard as a rock and the crew came back to install the fence. Joe backfilled the entire area with soil and seeded the lawn. The two men on his crew are very polite and professional. To say that these men all worked their butts off would be an understatement. I would hire Ferrari's back in a second and recommend them to all.

👋 Yes, yes & yes, hire Joe for your home improvements. We found him to be honest, easy to talk with about our needs & not only that, Joe cared about his work & always asked ❔️ questions ❓️while replacing our fence to make sure he was completing what we requested. 👌 Reasonable estimates & if he needed extra hands, he called his experienced professional family who were cordial & respectful of us, too. We plan on hiring him to install a firedoor, repair a floor & underneath work. Lastly, he can fix our cabinets, install a new dishwasher in our kitchen/bathroom needs also. 👍 Oh yeah... when the snow ever shows it's face again, we are going to call on Joe when it's too much for our snow blower. .

Joey and his guy were very professional and went above and beyond our proposed contract. Did more than agreed to and wouldn’t accept extra money. Highly recommended.

Very professional and always on time to the job. They have done snow removal and home improvements around my house. Most recently they installed a new shower in one of my bathrooms and made a few other small upgrades. Overall I would recommend them for any of your landscaping and household needs!
