Disappointing Experience with New Horizons Landscaper I regret to share my incredibly disappointing experience with New Horizons Landscaper. The owner's rude behavior and the team's negligence have left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Firstly, their team damaged our lawns while plowing snow, causing significant harm to the landscaping. We promptly reached out to New Horizons, expressing our concerns and requesting immediate repairs. Sadly, despite contacting them three times via email and phone, and even discussing the issue in person, they failed to address the damage. The owner's dismissive attitude towards our legitimate concerns was deeply disheartening. The owner, Hully, is just downright RUDE. Their lack of professionalism and failure to take responsibility for their team's actions is unacceptable. As a customer, I believe in fair and honest business practices, which New Horizons clearly lacks. The damage to our lawns remains unresolved, leaving us to seek alternative solutions at our own expense. Such disregard for customer satisfaction is disconcerting and reflects poorly on their reputation. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale to others considering New Horizons Landscaper. I strongly advise seeking reliable and responsible landscaping services elsewhere to avoid the frustration and disappointment we experienced.

We have used them for spring clean up, mulching, and grass cuts. They are regular and professional and the owner takes the time to meet with clients in person to discuss landscaping needs. We've had an excellent experience with them to date.

Owner exchanged texts with my wife about the price. We said we only wanted 5 yards of mulch instead of 6. He installed 6 yards, then when we disputed the bill he was extremely rude to my wife and myself. Said we can't read and that he could care less about us since he has 1,000 clients and has to shut his phone off. I went back and looked at his reviews, most of them are from 2 years ago, all the recent ones are negative. Seems like the company is under new ownership, because I have no idea why someone would work with this owner.

Great company! We have used New Horizon Landscape for years for grass cutting, mulching, fall clean-up, gutters, and they helped to plant new flowers and bushes in our front garden. We have recommended them to numerous neighbors and family .

I have worked with this company for along time. It is hands down, the best lanscaper I have had in the 30 years I have been in Weston. Great for routine work, but where he excels is when you have an emergency like trees down. He responds immediately, and his prices are excellent. He not only does snowplowing in the winter, but also can shovel the snow from your steps and deck, which is a service not easy to find.
