I could not be more pleased with these folks. They show up on time and on schedule without me having to say anything. Our grass has gone from full of weeds to almost perfect in under a year. We plan to continue to do business with them for the foreseeable future.

I am not sure what happened with this company, maybe a change of leadership or something? When I first began having them handle the weed control and fertilization of a few of my clients properties they were extremely helpful and professional. It was after stopping one of their technicians that I found them to be a cut above most other companies in this area. The first time there was an issue Nathan Brandon called me and made me feel confident I had put my clients best interest in his hands. Their services fell off last season and I had to call back out on a job or two and then this year I sent them pictures of a property they had serviced twice already for the year. I explained I had complaints from the property owner about the amount of weeds still present in their lawn. I also let them know I had similar complaints from another client across town and advised/encouraged them to personally visit with that client as they had been approached by a competitor already. Thought this would help them solidify their reputation with that client (and me as well). Low and behold they say they re-serviced both properties but were cancelling their business with me. I guess it is easier to just not provide service at all than it is to be held accountable to provide quality service? I tried calling them but no one ever answers the phone, never have, they screen their calls and want you to leave a message. I tried calling back a third time after lunch and got a recording indicating they had blocked my number from calling them at all. What kind of company operates this way? Anyway Ive emailed them and asked them to call me, we will see if they do. Ive got a feeling they wont.

They have done a tremendously good job with my yard over the past year. I ve tried several other companies in Nashville and have been very disappointed. Pure green and the entire team including Sean and Darenso have been fantastic. I can t speak highly enough of them.

Derenso has been so helpful with my flowerbeds! Whenever I have questions he helps me find the answers. I m so grateful!

This company is outstanding. Michael handles the service on my lawn and I have watched him spray my lawn and he walks back and forth covering every part of my lawn. He could easily take a few less passes to cover the lawn but he never does. He really cares about about doing a good job. He s also very friendly and because of his work my neighbors compliment me on my lawn and several have now signed up for their service.

Josiah went above and beyond as always! Shawn was quick to respond to our initial request and emailed us a quote within minutes. We had an overseeding/aeration performed and not only was the price amazing, but Josiahs work was hands down the best!

Can say enough great things about this company. Pure Green LLC is simply the best. Not because of what they do, in all honesty there are numerous companies out there that can get your lawn looking good. With this company its about the people that work there. Hard working everyday people doing the right thing and taking care of their customers. I have worked with Josiah twice, once when he was with another company and I dont have enough room to write all the good things I can say about this extraordinary professional man. He goes above and beyond, truly the best there is. Always professional, kind, punctual, just all around simply the best. His knowledge and expertise far surpass the competition. Truly I am very pleased customer, and I can be picky. Then there is Shawn. This lady in the office is the real deal. The General leading her crew. Wow! She is just Pure Awesome. ***Edit: After my inital review. Pure Green contacted us apologized and resolved our issue. Although Im still disappointed in the condition of my yard, I can genuinely say Pure Green went above and beyond to make the situation right!*** Pure Green does poor work. We have used them for over two years and dispite diligently following their instructions our yard is half dead. We spoke with them about our issues and gave them an opportunity to offer solutions. Unfortunately, instead coming up with a solution we were given a bunch of excuses with zero accountability taken. We chose to discontinued service, both verbally with our service rep. Then with a follow-up call to the main office. Dispite that, they came on our property today (when we werent home) and over seeded our lawn. They trespassed, preformed a service we did not approve, then had the audacity to send us a bill! THIS COMPANY IS DISHONEST. BUYER BEWARE.

We got the fall package from Pure Green and it made a huge difference in our lawn. I was worried about doing chemical treatments on our lawn with our dog but I was happy with the options available from Pure Green. Our lawn is looking so much better already and looking forward to our final treatment this fall.
