I have been using Green Pal for several years. My current contractor, Alex, has been doing a great job. When my yard goes dormant because of the drought, he is understanding and will skip the mowing. Alex has also trimmed back some bushes for me at a very reasonable cost.

I have a good lawn guy who s honest, hard working. I m Always pleased with the work he does. If my grass is too short to cut and it s his day to cut my grass, he will reschedule so that he does not take my money and do a half fast job just cause it s his day to mow. I recommend this for anyone who is too busy to mow or is unable to do so.

Within minutes, I had bids from 5-8 different lawn care professionals to choose from. I found one that sounded great, and the website showed me their rates along with what all services they provide. I had a response from Donaldsons patio in less than ten minutes. We exchanged information and he took care of all the scheduling for me. He even explained how the payments worked and reassured me hed take great care of my lawns. He took awesome care of my lawns, and Id highly recommend his services to others!!

I found Victor on Greenpal to manage my rental property in Lombard. He had it done beautifully the very next day at an amazing price which included mowing and edging along the driveway and sidewalk. He even sent me pictures of the completed work. I highly recommend him! Greenpal made it very easy - simple sign in process, immediately (same day) had 5 offers at varying prices and stipulations. This was my first time using GreenPal for a lawn service. The website is very well organized and easy to navigate. I filled the required information and received several offers. I picked up All That Grass and soon after I received a text message from Anthony . He was very kind to consider my schedule, which at the time was packed with other appointments. Anthony and Brenton arrived in the morning and did a great job on the lawn, that was at least one week to 10 days overdue for service. They cut the grass and trimmed the edges, cleaned the driveway and the backyard patio from grass clippings. I am a very happy customer and definitely will book them again. Thanks for providing such a great service!

GreenPal only allows a certain amount of bids in a timeframe. I understand the need for the customers to not be able to constantly rebid to find the lowest price, but I had a situation where 2 services canceled on me and it would not allow for more bids. The only customer service they have is a bot with generic answers, no actual help line. It seems like they have the better interest of the services vs end customer. Very frustrating experience.

GreenPal is a good concept. Unfortunately, Im sharing a bad experience with them. Im on my 3rd or 4th lawn service. The last one with Livelawn&Prosper (Nick) ripped me off, by asking me to pay for the service via cashapp (and I did) then he submitted pictures via GreenPal twice resulting in double billing & payment. So he was paid 3 times. How do you mow the same yard twice on the same day is beyond me!! I contacted GreenPal and THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME MY MONEY. GreenPal is not supposed to charge my credit card on file without a review authorizing payment. THIS DID NOT OCCUR. GreenPal isnt making any effort in attempting to refund me my money or recovering the money from Livelawn&Prosper (Nick). They did manage to kick Livelawn&Prosper out of GreenPal. GreenPal doesnt have consumer protection for those that use this app/service. Most of the companies are unreliable and apparently there are some thieves as well.

Brandon came and did a wonderful clean up on my yard and lawn. We had started it but had allowed the grass to grow too high and our small push mower really struggled to get it down. Brandon came in and really tidied everything it all up. My biggest peeve with mowers is when they leave the grass on the driveway, the lawn and the road. We didn t have that problem. I ll work with him again
