Lawn Depot's grassing-cutting service is okay, but in the fall, expect your rate to increase substantially without prior approval. They upgraded my service without my approval and told me it was because of leaf removal. I would have preferred to have been asked if I wanted that service,
I cannot express enough gratitude for Depot Lawn Care. My wife is battling stage 4 stomach cancer, and our days are filled with doctor appointments, making it almost impossible to find time for lawn care. Our yard desperately needed attention to avoid HOA fines, and Depot Lawn Care came to our rescue. I submitted a service request online a little over a week ago. Within a couple of hours, a super friendly staff member named Dominique reached out to gather more details. Dominique’s efficiency and professionalism were evident from the start. She handled everything from quoting the service to scheduling it via email, which made the whole process incredibly convenient for us. Despite our tight schedule, Dominique managed to get us on the roster for the very next week. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor deserves commendation. This morning, two gentlemen arrived to mow the yard. Though I didn't speak to them directly, their professionalism and efficiency were evident. They left our yard looking absolutely amazing, transforming it from an overgrown mess into a neatly manicured space. In a time when good customer service seems rare, Depot Lawn Care has shown that good companies with good people still exist in the yard care business. Their service has been so convenient and stress-free that I am now a loyal customer. I will probably never mow my own yard again, thanks to their exceptional service. Thank you, Depot Lawn Care, for doing such a great job and lessening the stress of having to handle yard work while I support my wife through her battle with stomach cancer. Your help means more than words can express.

Kumar and the Depot Lawn Care team went above and beyond with our flower bed project. We needed a few beds removed and the rest cleaned up, de weeded, and mulched. The scheduling process was very organized. It was refreshing to see that the crew was on time and had clear instruction on what to do. As a side project the crew used extra mulch around one of our trees and it looks great! I highly recommend their work and will be using them again for future projects and lawn care.
We have used the services of Depot Lawncare for many years. The members of the crew are always prompt, they do a careful job and make sure that all debris is removed. Our plants and yard always look great after they have been there.
Kumar and his team are fantastic. They designed and built a raised garden bed and have done a lot to repair and reseed our small lawn. Our grass is looking great! We'll definitely be using Depot Lawn Care in the future.
I’ve been a lawn depot customer for 3 years and have had great success with Kumar and Ross In the home office along with the folks that cut the lawn. They have always been responsive to emails and feedback I have given. They have been very reliable, which is a top priority for us. We only cancelled service with them because we are moving to Texas. Reasonably priced comparatively.
Depot Lawncare did a very good job in grass cutting. They also did leaves removal service in the fall. We have use others services for this work, but by far Depot Lawncare was the best and we recommend there services.
Last year did a great job, this year they dont seem to want my business. Very disappointed. Will let my employer know to not recommend.

We used Depot Lawncare for all of our outdoor needs from 2015 to 2021 when we lived in Forest Hills (in 2021 we moved out of state). Depot did our lawn mowing, additional lawn care, like seeding and weeding, as well as a substantial amount of landscaping. Depot also repaired our old irrigation system. This is a GREAT company, in large part because of the owner Kumar. Kumar is very knowledgable and always has good ideas on how to solve whatever problem you have with your outdoor word. He is also excellent with communication (and via email, which I appreciated). Also, Kumar never tries to oversell work for the sake of making more money. He is very straightforward about what work can be done vs what work *needs* to be done, and he is always looking for ways to do the work at lower cost. Kumars HONESTY is his best quality. He would always send us a detailed accounting of costs for any given project, but we trusted him so much that we never felt we needed to check his math. Kumars work crews were always hard working and professional and friendly. I cant recommend Depot enough!!
Ive relied on Kumar and Depot Lawncare for 5 years or so to take care of my lawn, and I am so grateful for their services. The Depot Lawncare team is reliable; their services are value-priced and communication is very clear!

Excellent work mowing my fathers yard. Probably some of the best I have seen. He has a really big yard and it looks amazing everytime they are done. I highly recommend.
I have used Depot Lawncare for tree removal, leaf pickup, mulching, flower bed cleanup, aeration, reseeding - you name it! They always give you pricing tiers/options in order to work within your budget. They re responsive and do an amazing job at an affordable price highly recommend!

Depot Lawncare were great to work with. They provide excellent services for my lawn care and are great about communicating with me via email and calling me on the phone when necessary. They are very clear about what they can do for me according to my needs and the size of my property. They do excellent work and are great about answering questions I have whenever I communicate with them.
We all know that today the expression the Customer Is Always Right is no longer true, BUT Kumar Gonzalez NEVER believes that the customer is right. I dont understand how Kumar stays in business being so condescending and arrogant. .
I had a patio installed, trees planted, lawn treatment and beds made/planted. Extremely happy with how everything turned out, the pricepoint, and the overall timeline (especially considering that I kept adding things). They really went above and beyond time and again. I had a great experience with every person I worked with. In particular, as Id never done this type of project before, I liked how much information I was given throughout the process and that I never felt pressured to expand the project. Ill definitely be using them again in the future.
Besides dependable lawn care, the crew at Depot Lawncare have been tremendous at helping me out with minor requests around the yard. Honest, reliable, helpful, courteous, and reasonably priced - this team is awesome!
This is a horrible company with poor customer service and actual service. They will up-charge on the price, do not come out in a timely manner, and if they do cut your lawn, it is poorly done. Not to mention the owner is a bit rude. I recommend everyone do themselves a favor and just avoid this company all together. There are much much better lawn care providers out there.
Depot Lawncare performed a great service. They de-weeded my flowerbeds and trimmed my trees and bushes. They worked efficiently and with care for my property. I will definitely use this company for my future lawn needs.

The owner is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. After having repeated issues in their service, I emailed to cancel. In response to my short email indicating my displeasure with their service, I received a lengthy email back essentially trying to blame me for their poor service. His response email back was entirely unprofessional and childish. Do not recommend.
I have been having my lawn cared for by Depot Lawncare and its been a pleasant and convenient experience. No calls needed to constantly make an appointment - I already know im on the schedule! Which I love :) All the crews have also been very polite and I really appreciate it. In full disclosure, I do work at Depot Lawncare but I am a paying customer and am very satisfied with the work that the crews perform. I may be a little bias, but good service is good service. And Im glad im receiving the service I expect.
Depot lawncare helped us SO much this past season with a very difficult yard. They gave it the attention it needed and when a little piece of it got damaged, the technician fixed it and over seeded it without even being asked. I highly recommend them for basic lawn care needs.

Weve been customers of Depot Lawncare for almost two years and couldnt be happier with the service. Last spring one of the mowing crew ran over a stuck sprinkler head. Later that day they came back and replaced it at no cost to me, and Kumar called me to apologize for the inconvenience. Again, great customer service and the crews always do a nice job with our rather large yard.

Depot Lawncare has mowed my lawn every 2 weeks for a few months. Most cuts are pretty good, however, Ive had others that were too tall and ugly tire marks all over the yard. At $40 per visit, they are competitively priced. However, after they discovered yellow jackets in my yard, they offered to clear the nest for $35. They were unable to successfully clear the nest, which required me to pay an exterminator $300 for that service before they would come to mow again. Not only did I still have to pay the $35 fee, they charged me $15 for coming out twice to mow and not being able to. When I explained to Kumar that I was unsatisfied with paying this extra $15 due to his company being able to provide the service he promised, he called me cheap and told me to find someone else to cut the yard. Beware: this outfit will nickel and dime you for every penny they can squeeze out of you. I have since cancelled my service. Edit: Why would ANY sane person pay for services a company promised to provide when they DIDNT provide the service? And contacting the BBB was not a threat; it has been done.
Depot Lawncare does an wonderful job taking care of my lawn from tree trimming, to lawn-mowing, to landscape maintenance. I recommend them often!
