Would not recommend. We’ve been using for 6 months. Not only did they always leave our back gate open, which allowed our dog to get out and run away, but they charge you even when they don’t come. Once our car was parked too close to the back gate and instead of asking us to back it up, they just didn’t mow the back yard but still charged us full price. I don’t trust them and won’t be using anymore.

I live in the Green Hills area and I have used Bryan for the past three years. They do several houses on my street and that's how I found them to start with - a customer referral. Their guys who do my lawn maintenance do a great job. They show up every week on time and do a great job. They take direction well if there is anything I need them to do or do differently. Their pricing is reasonable. I would have rated them a '5' but about six weeks ago I sent Marshall Bryan an email describing some landscape work I needed done. Marshall got right back with me and said that Max handles that kind of work and he sent my email on to Max and cc'd me and asked Max to call me. Max called within an hour and said he would get back to me and would come over and look at the job – possibly that same day. I never heard back from Max. I let the Bryan staff know that recently and their explanation was that Max is great with execution - a real artist - but he's not very organized or good at communication. I guess I could have called him back but when you are an existing customer and you're trying to do more business with someone I think the least they could do is follow up and do what they say they're going to do. To sum up - Bryan is very good with lawn care work but (at least for me) not good on communication and organization to do any more than that.
I use Bryan Lawn Care to maintain my rental property lawn. I live out-of-town and have had zero problems with their work and absolutely no complaints from my renters. The company is very reliable, easy to work with, and priced fairly. I’ve had rental properties for over 30 years and highly recommend them.
