***UPDATE*** I've changed my star rating since customer service reached out to me. They took my complaint seriously and made the matter right. **************** Original review - Hired them in past years and went ok as far as I know, since I'm a landlord not living at the properties relying on app photos and tenant's word. This year, however, I hired them to mow one of my vacant properties every 2 weeks. They mowed once a month at best. Job was constantly canceled and rebooked and lawn was shabby for much of the year. Neighbors complained about poor mowing standard. I didn't have time to source a new mower for the year, so kept them until late Aug. I then hired them for a one off mow at a different residence where I was present and in attendance. The man who came out was here for only 20 minutes (.56 acre yard that usually takes over 40 mins to mow @ $91 charge for .5 to .75 acres). He mowed half of the lawn only and left half completely untouched. He also missed a section of lawn I specifically requested he doesn't overlook in the app notes. Called to see about a partial refund, since I would need to correct the job myself. They said no refunds are allowed and claim they will have him return to complete the job. Very dissatisfied. So much so, I took time to write a review. Will be shopping for a new service.

They were completely unreliable. I reserved custom service weeks in advance. They never called in advance to discuss the job, never went out to look at the job. The day they were suppose to do the job, they came out looked at the job, left without saying that they were leaving and declined the job. It took 5 days to get the money released for the job that the did not complete. The customer service was equally horrible. Do not use this company unless you want to gamble as to whether the job will be completed.

Damn good service

Absolute dismal service. I scheduled a mow on a Monday for a Wednesday service. AFTER the mowers were supposed to come I got a text saying they didn't have my address. As a business professional I'm not always able to get to my texts right away, in this case it took me 26 minutes to respond. In that short amount of time my order was cancelled but not re-booked. I've followed up ELEVEN times over 48 hours and still do not have an appointment to have my yard serviced. I'm consistently told "one moment, let me look and get back to you" and then never get any follow up! At this point to get a different service out will take almost a week will cost me extra because the grass is going to be overgrown by the time they come. ALL of this and they still have my $70. What a scam. I'll be calling my bank and disputing the charge for an immediate refund. For your own peace of mind; never use this company.

Easy to schedule - very professional. One time and great quality

Would not recommend this company at all, I paid almost 300 dollars for leaf's and lawn maintenance and I did not get neither, the person who did the service pushed the leaf's to the edge of the yard, and did not even mushed them just horrible service for what i paid, i called and send them pictures for them to redo the work that I paid for but they said that they cant come back to do the service and offer me me a 30% refund, I learned a valuable lesson from them , never paid for a service before it gets done, go with anyone outs.

I have been using them for over a year now, the jobs always get done, the landscapers are always professional looking. I have the best yard on the block!

Wonderful app for those times that I am just too busy to worry about my yard work. Also works for when im feeling lazy and just dont feel like it. They also consistently add new services including a custom section for jobs that are not prelisted. Really looking forward to using this more!
