In thirty years in my home, and having dozens of contractors for one project or another, Summit stands head and shoulders above every one of them for their professionalism, quality, care for my property, and that of neighbors. They were on site for two weeks for three retaining walls and a large ‘planter.’ They had a vision for it I could not see (but trusted), and a result that was well beyond expectations. I am gladly a reference for them and plan on bringing them back soon.
I want to make a shoutout to the guys over at Summit Landscaping. They did a great job on our outdoor patio. (sorry for the boring pictures and lack of staging!) The team is great to work with, responsive, skilled and flexible. They installed everything, patio, kitchen, countertop, gas fire pit, lights and pergola. They had recommendations, adding to my design ideas. They worked in tandem with my gas contractor for the firepit, and had their own electrician recommended. We are allready making plans for more stone ;D .
Dylan and his team redid our fire pit area for us and created a play area for our kids. From start to finish Summit was meticulous with the work they did. Dylan had great ideas of what would work best for our backyard. We have a big hill and water would run down the hill, leaving our yard a mess. Dylan and his team created an awesome French drain that looks beautiful around the fire pit area. They were on time and would stay later to finish the job if running a little behind so the job was completed by the day they said it would be. My husband and I definitely would recommend Summit to anyone looking for a fun project to completely change the look of your yard. We look forward to having more projects completed in the future by Dylan and his team. They are the best!
To start off with, I just want to say that we had a few companies come out to look at our patio and most of them were well established and have been around for several years. When Dylan came out for an initial consultation, he was so enthusiastic about making our patio look better, and knowledgeable about hardscapes, I just had to use them. I was honestly a little nervous because Summit hasn't been around for long and they don't have many reviews. I'm really glad I decided to use them! These guys did such an awesome job removing our existing raised patio and concrete slabs, and building an incredible new patio. The previous owners of our house built some pretty ugly raised brick patios surrounded by poured concrete slabs. Because the slabs didn't have drainage, during heavy rains we would get a few inches of water pooled at the foundation which caused basement flooding and a crack in the foundation. Other than that, the area was just plain ugly and a tripping hazard with weird transitions between the house and pool deck (not great if you've had a few cocktails). Summit came in and dug everything out to start with a brand new base and add some desperately needed drainage. I was really impressed with how they did all this work in such a tight space in between our house and an in-ground pool! Since the in-ground pool and new patio are at different levels, they came up with some really cool transition/steps to make it all look seamless. They also added the flower beds I suggested so in the spring I can add some greenery where I couldn't before. Really excited to use this area next year!

I recently had Summit and their team handle a drainage project for my driveway after dealing with some serious flooding last fall. Let me just say, their customer service was top-notch every step of the way! From the start, their communication was spot-on and they were super flexible with my schedule. They got the job done quickly and efficiently, just like they promised. I reached out to several other contractors before finding these guys, and many of them followed up or provided the same level of detailed solutions. Summit really stood out in that regard. We havent had heavy rain yet to fully test out the new drainage system, but so far, so good. Im confident that if any issues pop up, theyll be there to support us. Summit Landscaping is renovating our front and backyard. The owner Evan has been incredibly professional, communicative and honest. After our first meeting, Evan provided us with 3D renderings of the property, allowing us to visualize exactly what the end product will be. We just completed phase one of the project - leveled out our yard, expanded our driveway, removed large bushes, installed a playground area and coordinated the installation of the new paving and fence. We are so excited to start phase two this spring with landscaping beautiful flowers and bushes. We can t recommend them enough!

I can t say enough about Summit. These guys did an incredible job on my walkway and front stairs. I wasn t really sure what I was looking for, but they gave me ideas and designs that I could not be happier with. I had complete confidence in them from start to finish! Excellent from beginning to end. I was planning the patio of my dreams and was overwhelmed with options and didn t know where to start. I called Summit and Dylan walked me through everything and designed something better than I could find myself. Evan came over to start the foundation work and I had never met such a pleasant person in my entire life. The level of honesty and integrity was so refreshing in this climate. I had a couple other estimates but the value for the cost from Summit was unmatched. Everyone over there was also prompt and responsive whereas other companies took days to even get back to me. The finished product and warranty were just the icing on the cake! 6/5 stars, I strongly encourage anybody that is considering outdoor work that lasts, call Summit.

Evan did a fantastic job with pouring a large concrete pad for our shed. Despite all the rain weve had this summer, he still managed to get it poured in time for the shed to be delivered on schedule. The slab is perfect, and he went out of his way to bring us more crushed stone to make a ramp in front of the door. Evan is incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive and we recommend him and the Summit team for any project you want done right.
Evan did a great job creating a lovely paver patio between our Charleston, SC home and garage. It was a muddy area; now it s a beautiful, clean party area, including ADA 4 foot wide walkway from our driveway. Anxious to decorate and plant flowers!!

We recently worked with Summit Landscape to put in a retaining wall under our deck to prevent further washouts. They were very responsive and came by to discuss the project. Since I wasn t sure the best way to proceed they were very creative in suggesting a design. They were flexible with our schedule and were on-time once we agreed on a start date. We were very pleased with the final result and would recommend Summit for any landscaping projects they may be needed. We plan to further discuss with them adding a paver walkway in the spring.

I reached out to them for a quote Dylan responded immediately and was out to quote the job within a day. Once I received the quote and gave them the go ahead They got to work immediately. Dylan and the team from Summit took great care of me throughout my project. I was able to describe an idea of the outcome I wanted, and they made my vision a reality, often checking in along the way to completion to make sure my expectations were being met. They installed 2 walkways and a parking space in identical pavers and everything looks great! Ill definitely be calling them for the next project!

Evan and the team over at Summit are all class! I ve known Evan for years and knew him + his crew would be the guys for the job. Thanks to the Summit team we were finally able to get someone out transform our backyard after a full septic rebuild last fall at my grandmothers beach house . She s been dying to have this done for years and was elated with the end result. I was completely blown away by the attention detail and creativity the team brought to the table - we were able to add a custom W made out of old bricks as a legacy to my late grandfather who used to collect them from washed up lobster pots. The whole family was able to properly enjoy the new space at the Labor Day/end of summer cookout reveal. Thanks a million old friend!
Im really pleased with the work Summit did at my home. My new front steps and walkway are beautiful. Billy and team were professional and fantastic about answering questions and explaining the process as they worked, and meticulous in taking care of the details. Dylan connected me with a carpenter who installed new doors and wooden steps for me as well and the team was happy to accommodate when I asked them to rip out an old garden while they were at it. Working with Summit was a breeze and Id hire them again.
I am a Property Manager and have used Summit for many different jobs. From commercial snow plowing to walkway repairs, they have never let us down. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and experts at what they do. I would highly recommend this company. I heard about them from other Property Managers, and boy am I glad I did. Cheers to you guys!
Dylan came by and helped design a beautiful Pavillion, patio, and fire pit. He also added lighting which was an amazing suggestion! They are extremely diligent and efficient. There was complete transparency throughout the entire process and I am delighted with their work! 11/10 would recommend and will rehire for future projects. In fact, I plan on having them back to rebuild a retaining wall I had another contractor build. Also, when they tell you they warranty their work they really mean it! I had them come back for a puddle that kept forming on the patio. No questions asked they were there the next afternoon. It was actually a gutter issue (they gave me a number to help with that), and said it was no problem!

Summit completed a walkway for my grandmothers and it came out beautiful. They showed up on time, charged a reasonable price, and it turned out exactly how she wanted. She says now she likes to open her front door so she can see her pretty walkway. I would definitely recommend them!
Highly recommend Summit Landscape!!! We had a drainage issue with our fire-pit area, where it pooled water/remained stagnant. Dylan and Everton came out for a few consultations and we decided to run with their ideas. Drainage, new retaining wall, leveling out the sunken fire pit land, new custom built fire-pit etc. The entire experience from start to finish was flawless. Not only are they amazing at what they do but they are truly humble but very reliable and extremely efficient. I would highly recommend them for any project! We will certainly have them back for any future dream projects.
We hired Summit to rebuild our basement walkout door and steps and we are extremely happy with the final results. BEST OF THE BEST - Summit Landscaping is the epitome of honesty, great communication, planning, and one of the most trustworthy companies that I have worked with. Their quality of work is by far 2nd to none. The most remarkable thing that sets them far apart from other landscapers is their logistical approach to completing the work. First the planning stage, then utilizing two crews. One crew does the prep which includes much more than people understand (Evan is incredibly knowledgeable) and then the actual laying of pavers. Jonathan was incredibly meticulous and his priority was my satisfaction. The entire crew of Dylan, Evan, Ian, Jonathan, & Trevor were the best. Once done, Evan & Ian returned to loam and seed. Even that was superior with high quality loam. Thank you Dylan for the superior quality of workmanship and putting up with all of my questions.
