Classic Lawns of Collier Inc in Naples

I’m a security guard in Naples and this company is always very very rude when they come to the gate! The driver cussed at me because I asked him for an address of where he was going! Then when I called the office to report him, the office defended his poor behavior! Company is owned by a bunch of brothers that defend each other… Very very bad service and very bad company

1st. Class company.

There are many lawn care companies in Naples. I can not stress enough how horrible my experience was with this company. I highly recommend that you do not use this company for any of your lawn care needs. Firstly, it took months to receive the service. When the crew did finally arrived the crew lead let us know how angry he was that he was even doing the work at our business. He adamantly let us know how he did not want to be there. He screamed so loud and made such a scene about the parking lot that our neighboring business came out to see what all the yelling was about. He threatened to leave the job unfinished multiple times because he cared so little (that he made clear). He was rude, disrespectful, and entitled. He let us know over and over that our small job (of over dozen trees) was too small for him to care about and that the sooner he got his guys out of there the sooner he could go to jobs that mattered. No customer should EVER have to deal with service like this. There is no excuse. Today we paid to be abused by this company. There are professional companies out there, this is NOT one of them.
