We started using TLC Lawn Care at our offices for Gamma Tech Services and have been very happy with the level of service we have received. We made a request to change our time of service and they accommodated us which I know is not always a simple request given the workflow of these landscape companies to ensure profitability. The team is always friendly to our team and they overall just do a good job.

Steve Broyles and the entire TLC team do a fantastic job. We first met Steve about a year ago. We wanted to change the landscaping in our backyard area. Steve listened to what we wanted and offered his suggestions. He prepared a detailed landscape plan and worked with us to create a beautiful backyard. We "inherited" Steve and his company from the previous owners of our home in Grey Oaks. We were so impressed with their care and concern for our property, that when it came time for a big update, Steve was our choice. It was an excellent experience. Steve has great ideas, knows what does well and what will struggle and shares that with the customer. But he is also a great collaborator. In other words, he listens. And follows up. Enough about Steve, let's talk about his crews. They are fantastic. The hardest working guys we've ever seen, yet always pleasant, friendly and talented. Nothing was half done. We recommend TLC with complete confidence.
Our experience with Steve and his crew was beyond excellent. Steve designed the perfect landscape for our entire yard along with complicated paths and installation of lighting and irrigation. Excellent landscape company! I have used TLC for more years than I can count. Steve Broyles and his team are incredibly talented, creative, hard working & responsive with fair prices. They have maintained the extensive landscaping at my Pelican Bay home beautifully and I've gotten countless compliments about it over the years. In addition to their regular weekly service, TLC has also taken on multiple huge projects over the years at my home and created landscaping designs that were even better than I could have imagined. I’ve been in the Naples, FL area now for about 7 years. Like most “transplants” to Naples, I didn’t know anyone. I met Steve and Janice of TLC Lawn via a business group I became a part of. TLC completed numerous landscaping projects for several members in this group, and quite a few of their referrals as well. Everyone had such wonderful things to say about their work. I’ve gotten to know both Steve and Janice personally over the years. Absolutely phenomenal people. I highly recommend TLC Lawn for any of your landscaping needs in Naples, FL and the surrounding areas!
Landscaping services are challenging in Naples; TLC presents well but suffers from poor supervision and high staff turnover with little or no oversight. Enthusiastic ownership initially promising doesn't translate to consistent and quality work. Irrigation system maintenance poor, no apparent understanding or oversight on disease control and excuses for bad workmanship. Suspect they short cut on fertilizing and quality of plants they provide, resulting in early death! Even with no limit imposed on them, our property landscaping had deteriorated. There are better options out there!

Contacted Steve to do some extensive landscaping after losing a centerpiece palm tree to the disease Ganoderma. Unfortunately when this disease is present you cannot safely replant any type of palm back in the space as it will remain highly susceptible to the disease. He was very knowledgeable about the disease and came up with a design that allowed the use of Christmas Palms and other plantings in an enlarged area to compensate for the loss of my large Phoenix Palm. Steve provided easy to read drawings, was thorough in his explanations, and most importantly was excellent in keeping appointment times and follow through. While not the lowest price he was competitive and in the end I felt he delivered good value for the money spent. His crews were professional, friendly, and respected my property. All work was done in a timely manner with no surprises. I highly recommend Steve and TLC Landscaping.
TLC has been great for us! They constantly monitor our turf for insects and disease and have always provided us with top notch care. They have never tried to gouge in pricing and are always willing to work with us in finding causes and cures for issues that surface at fair, affordable prices. Our lawn area is exceptionally large with lots of trees and they have been great performers in helping us keep the grass cut and the trees trimmed. Their responses to our concerns are always addressed quickly and efficiently by Steve and all the workers. We do not worry about having problems as they always strive to keep us ahead of any issues they encounter. A Great Company with Great Workers who care about their performance! Hard to find in Florida, but here they are.....

Great dependable service for years. I have used TLC for almost 5 years at 2 houses. They have done the landscape design and complete replacement and the weekly maintenance at both. The owner of the company is personally involve in the daily operations and it shows by the commitment and follow up. I have found their prices to be very reasonable and their service levels good and consistent.
