Stahlman Landscape & Property in Naples

I had called on May 13th to speak with someone about capping and moving our sprinklers. They did our sprinkler system while we had our house built. I figured best to stick with people who already know the lay out and the system they installed. I was told that someone would reach out to me in 24 hrs. I know life and things get busy so I waited about a week before I called back. I called back on May 20 and the person I spoke with said her computer wasn't working and that she'll call me back. She hasn't yet and I don't think she will. I am not going to keep calling a company who obviously doesn't care about it's customers. On to a different company.

I sought plants with color for my front lawn in March 2022. Stalman's manager recommended 6 hibiscus plants. Months went by and no flowers or blossoms. He blamed the snails and recommended I buy snail repellant. No luck. He then recommended I put up a fence to keep the rabbits away. No luck. Finally, he recommends moving them to get more sun. No luck. I spent more than $400 and no color 18 months later. Manager is not responsive.

They are laborers, not landscapers. They cut grass, edge, and make a mess with the blowers. Would not recommend

Only left 1 star because it wouldn't let me leave 0. Also doesn't help to have your own employees leave reviews to boost whatever yall have going on. UNPROFESSIONAL

I live in a neighborhood that has an HOA contract with Stahlman, so they’ve exclusively been doing our landscaping for over 3 years since my house was built. They ruined one of my gutters with no mention of the damage or a replacement from the company. I let that one go. Now over the past 2 years, they repeatedly cut back the privacy hedges around our pool to the point where one of them is about to die and they’re completely transparent - literally negating the entire point of a privacy hedge. Right when they start to grow back, fill in, and look a little healthier, Stahlman trims then to non-existence again. We have made calls to the company on multiple occasions with this complaint. We have been reassured by management on multiple occasions that this would not happen again, that these particular hedges would be left alone completely until they filled in again, a manager came and looked at them multiple times and said they were too thin and poorly trimmed, and yet it continues to happen every few months. This company does subpar work, but they don’t even care enough to fix the issue when they’re given several chances to do so. Unfortunately I’m at the mercy of my HOA’s contract with Stahlman for the time being, but I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Started with Stahlman a few months ago after leaving another vendor who wanted to increase monthly fee by over $100.00. Experience has been nothing but positive so far, they even skim grass clippings out of my pool every week!! I get a great job consistently and they are very responsive to requests. I now use them for tree services as well. Thank you Stahlman!!

Different prices on different packages. Just depends on what works best for you and your budget. That be said, they’re a bit on the expensive side. Rightfully so because they’re attention to detail is unmatched. The quality of their work shines bright like a diamond in the ruble of a newly burned down Walmart.
