Alex and his team did a great job helping me re do the landscaping in our courtyard after a storm. I so appreciated Alex laying out all the plants before planting so we could fine tune the design. He also made a special trip to get flowers that we decided to add that day so we could finish that day.

Earthcare belongs in small claims court. 1) Planted horrible looking plants and said they don t guarantee. I had to replace myself. 2) planted plants they recommended and charged for added planting soil but died shortly after planting. Hired another company to replace and found the plants were planted in rock with no soil. 3) They planted a tree which immediately lost all leaves and was dying. Earthcare wrapped the base in weed barrier plastic which gets hot and choked the tree. 4) Earthcare doesn t listen to customer requests. Another area was not planted as requested and plants are dying. 5) Beware charges for travel time. They charged double the labor time for travel time because they spread the job out over 5 trips only doing 1-2 hours at a time. No other landscape company I have used does this. Nothing in their agreement stated this. 6) Horrible customer service. Hire at your own risk cuz they won t be there after the job!

Earthcare is our new landscaping company for our complex. Their professionalism, quality of work, and responsiveness has been excellent! I just remodeled my back and side yard and they did an excellent job making it look awesome. They even used all of our old pots to maximize the look and reduce our cost. St. Monica s Episcopal Church has just rehired Earthcare to take care of our church property. Our property was neglected for 2 years due to poor maintenance of our previous landscapers. Kris McGuinness and his crew Isabella and Hector came in for 2 days and transformed our property. It is beautiful and we are delighted to have them back. Great quality for a very reasonable price.

I have had issues with previous landscape companies in Naples.I contacted Earthcare and Kris came out and listen to my thoughts before coming up with his suggestions. Kris was spot on as to what should be done.It was a 4 day project but our yard looks better than it has in the 7 years we have live here. I received a fair quote and excellent service. I would strongly recommended Earthcare.All of their people have a common goal-SERVICE.

We have used Earthcare for the last 6 years and were happy with the service. Then suddenly our invoice increased by an unbelievable 60% for January. After voicing our disbelieve, we were simply told that we should have received an email a few month ago explaining the increase (which we never did receive such email, we have a detailed email log from the e-mail service provider). After responding that we never received that email and stating that this increase seems excessive, the responses was We are not lowering the price, that is what we will be charging this year. If you wish to change companies, then that is completely up to you. Never seen such arrogance before.

I have to give this company the best of best! I have worked with them several times now and they have done an excellent job on every project. They are very service oriented, always on time and have wonderful plants. I m thrilled to have found them and highly recommend them!

Used for 2 years. More concerned with streamlining your yard for simple fast mowing than design or attention to detail. Nice work but have had better yard services for hundreds less.

I put down a $6,000.00 + deposit for Earthcare to install patio pavers and when the board of directors at La Peninsula made up arbitrary and capricious requirements that no other unit owner was required to adhere to, Earthcare decided it wouldn t install our pavers. That s not what I have a problem with. The problem I have is that EC didn t return my entire deposit. Instead, they held back over $700.00 of my hard earned money for their aggravation with dealing with the La Peninsula condominium board of Directors. The problem is they never told me they were going to hijack my money nor did I approve of it. This is no way to run a business and I suggest you go with Bastos Pavers instead. My experience with EC was very disappointing and now I have to file a small claims suit against EC to get my money back. In a word...disgraceful!

Do not waste your time. They dont keep their appointments, have horrible customer service, poor managing of their employees, mediocre design services, lots of waiting and are over priced.
