Daley Lawn Care Inc in Naples

This company does our landscapes at Marbella Lakes. We personally have never had better service, or a better looking landscape! I would give them a 10 if we could.

Contacted Daley and set up appointment for an estimate. They never showed up, I called them to ask what's up and was told, oh sorry, Mr Daley is not coming in today. A buisness that is willing to waste your time and money is not a buisness I would use or recommend!

Unfortunately I called them 3 weeks ago- still waiting on a courtesy call back. I called for a quick job to install sod in my backyard & wanted to know the cost. They are already in our neighborhood installing sod in our front yards- it seriously wasn’t hard. We’re talking like 30 pieces of sod. I’ll make sure to not vote for them on our next HOA review.

Their lawn service department is not great, a kid with a push mower on 3 wheels would probably do a better job. They “cut” the grass, but not very well. We have to deal with them in our HOA. The value is good but let’s just say their actual service is way below average. Their main goal is not their reputation or good service, it’s let’s see how fast we can cut a yard, turn to fast and tear up the yard, maybe weed eat and get out super fast. Shame Jeff would let his company get this bad. They where a decent company 2 years ago but they get worse and worse each week.

Driving on 951 heading north when one of your rigs with trailer cut across to Sabal Palm Rd at 2:35pm completely cutting off all lanes of traffic & resulting in everyone slamming on their brakes!!! The guys in the truck didn’t seem to care at all, not looking at all, completely unprofessional and again, we came way to close to hitting them with how they were driving! Never recommending this company! Disgusting behavior. What if they hit us, or someone with kids! Take care of this!

This company takes care of our community. I did not hire them. They routinely have killed my flowers along with the weeds. Now they decided to start taking out my landscape lighting. Neighbors have complained about them and nothing seems to change

I called for simple irrigation repair, even though he does not do landscaping service for me weekly. His office intake Lauren was very on point and quick to take my detailed information on what I was asking for. The owner Jeff called me personally quickly to say he scheduled his irrigation department to come out next day to repair. I would highly recommend Daley Lawncare to anyone. Not only do they maintain your lawn and trees, but they also have a separate irrigation department as well as pesticide care

Unfortunately I have to deal with this company because of my HOA. I've spoke in person with a manager Aj who just tells me what I want to hear. I've called and called the company and I get no return calls im sure the owner Kat has better morals then this but the horrible customer service shines threw her employees. Their favorite thing to say is they have new crews always but I'm here and see the same people all the time, they lie alot. Now they are doing this new thing where they won't cut behind my fence soon we will have to hire a clearing company for this next...... this company is trash and they don't care to fix issues and return calls....
