I was in the process of building a pool. The grading had been completed and I needed to get sod down to move on to the next phase of the project. I called Cueva Lawn Care LLC and I spoke with the owner Chris. He was very prompt on scheduling an appointment with me. He arrived a bit earlier than expected which is great and was very respectful. He was very knowledgeable about his industry and answered absolutely every single question I had about landscaping. I hired him on the spot to maintain my property, and it has never looked better. I highly recommend them and I’m looking forward to doing a couple projects with my property with Chris within the future.

Sprinkler repairs: after there repairs were completed the sprinkle system is not Operating well. Unfortunately there knowledge is not extensive and Im left with system that is less than we started. . Negative Value
I was told for well over a month that they would be out next week, then next week, then next week. That never happened. After several phone calls I finally got them to commit to a date and time. They didnt show so I called and asked if they were coming. He said they were delayed by a couple days. No one called to tell me they were not coming. I changed my schedule to be here when they said. There was profanity used by Chris on the phone and he ended up hanging up on me. No customer deserves to be treated so unprofessionally and with such disrespect.
Very efficient and organized, very clean work
I had bushes die a couple of weeks after they install them they promise to come out to replace them two months ago and as of today they re not here and they promised me last week they d be here on a Monday, so if your bushes burn or they die don t count on Cueva Lawn care coming out to help you

I called Cueva Lawn Care last week and spoke to the owner, Chris. Very nice conversation. He said he would call me the next day at 7:00 am and be at our house at 8:00 am. He never called as he said he would. I finally called him after 8:00 and he said he was running late but would be here. Never showed up and did not call me at all. I tried calling him again but he did not even answer his phone. Very unprofessional and discourteous. After reading other good reviews about his company I was very surprised.

I came across Chris and his team a couple of months ago., they actually have real good man power capability as far as taking care of the lawn services on projects for properties I build and remodel as a GC in Naples. Their estimates have quick turn around times and they are accurate so I don t have to worry about surprise charges. As a contractor I appreciate Chris pristine logistics as far as scheduling, because they are a few companies that show up the dates they say they they are going to show up, and finish when they are supposed to finish!! I plan on keeping them around since all my clients have given me excellent feedback on their quality.. so if the homeowners are happy I m happy .!
Hands down best landscapers I have come across in many years. With so much competition the quality has always been questionable. If you find a company willing to go above and beyond, hold onto them as long as you can! These guys came out to our fairly large property, gave it to me straight and lived up to what they said they d do. Honest, reliable, and like I said they went above and beyond my expectations. Great service! Chris completely transformed a very boring area of our back yard with colourful planting and grasses to really bring it to life. Working with Chris was simple and straightforward, we appreciated his honest approach where he was open about what could be achieved and at what price. I contacted Cueva Lawn Care LLC, after noticing an exquisite job right next to my house. They started doing the lawn about a month prior and i noticed immediate results afterwards. Healthy luscious green grass, and bright vibrant flowers. I contacted them after seeing all this and wanted to transform my property myself, i spoke with Chris the owner he was a very smart young individual with very knowledgeable in his industry. We set up an appointment for the beginning date of the landscape clean up. My property was looking so much better!! I had to hire him to continue to do my lawn so it would not ever die out like it was before. He is absolutely the best Ive ever seen and i lived here in Naples for over 18 years , I would definitely recommend him to all my friends and neighbors .
