Green Edge Lawn & Landscape & Nursery in Nampa

This guy shouldn't be cutting lawns. He should be cutting hair in jail for all the fraudulent services he offered. I would stay away from this company. I don't think he sent me one honest Invoice, and I'm very disappointed with the services provided. They showed up late on multiple occasions, and never even took the time to ask about the sprinklers or blowing them out for the winter. But they would however, increase the charge on my invoices, everytime they would come work on my property for the same job... Use with caution ... and buyer please be aware!!

Not only did these people not finish the job but claim I am a disgruntled employee. I bought their new trucks, saved their home, bought a new skid steer and allowed you to con my children out of $214,500 but hey. That’s neither here nor there. Crooks!

Green Edge came out and winterized my front and back yard. Mick and Nick were great to work with and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them. -B. Linsalato

My wife went to Green Edge Lawn & Landscape Nursery @ 3209 S Happy Valley Rd in Nampa, in the last week of June 2024, and talked to the owner. She asked him if it was possible to get an Envy Apple tree. (We had checked with 8-10 local/online nurseries to no avail, prior to that day) He said he would leave a message for his horticulturist (Maia) to look into it. On 7/5/24, she got a message from Maia, that the Envy Apple Tree was in. My wife told her we were on vacation and wouldn't be able to pick it up for a while. When we returned, we picked up the tree on 7/24/24. There was a faded white tag on it. I asked Maia, if it was an envy apple tree, she assured us that it was and that the tag had faded due to the sun. We took it home and planted it and discoved another pink tag on the base of the trunk, that said "FUJI". We called Maia and told her what we found and she assured us, it was an Envy Apple Tree. I then asked her for a copy of the invoice indicating, that it was indeed, an Envy Apple tree. She sent us an invoice from the Wilson Bros Gardens in Georgia, that showed, 1- 6' envy apple tree dated 6/25/24 delivered to Green Edge Nursery. She then told us, we can return it for store credit!? I called Wilson Bros Garden in GA, to verify that it was an actual Envy Apple tree. The owner of WBG (Spencer) called me and told me that they had no such invoice with that order and they don't sell Envy Apple trees, at all!! He then told me that it was a fradulent invoice that was made to look like a legitimate invoice from his company, (he was Not very happy, to say the least). The owner of Green Edge kept insisting that it was an Envy Apple Tree and can only be ordered once a year. He told us they don't give refunds but will this time, Only if I showed him the texts about it being a fraudulent invoice etc. If you order anything, especially a special order from them, I would suggest seeing a copy of the invoice and calling the Company from which it was ordered to verify its authenticity or just steer clear of this dishonest Company!! Shame on them!!! If I hadn't checked the authenticity of the invoice, we would have had an apple tree that we thought to be an Envy Apple tree. We would have paid for something that we did Not order! I want to make it known, so that this fraudulent "Green Edge company might stop this business practice of trying to deceive the general public! Especially when we depend/trust their horticulture knowledge/experience and professionalism!! Unbelievable, to say the least!!?!

Nick and his team do a great job taking care of all things landscaping and maintenance for my neighborhood. 10/10 recommend. I’ve also been by their nursery and they have great pricing and excellent customer service.

Green Edge sent an estimator to listen to my needs and provide a bid for the work I told him I wanted. In the bid, it just specified "plants." He was told (and so was the crew) that the plants I wanted were like the small evergreen shrubs like the ones right across the street. I didn't want boxwoods as they grow into hedges and require more maintenance. I responded to their estimator only to find that he was no longer with Green Edge. Green Edge didn't have a clue what I initially requested as they had no notes from my estimator. They should either fix it, or credit something to the last payment I'm going to make. Green Edge's hiring mistakes should not be my problem.

Green Edge took my back yard from dirt to gorgeous! They added concrete curbing and even took the time to place all the sprinkler heads in my rocks so they wouldn't get in the way when I mow my lawn. Even after the project was complete, I had questions about how to do something myself, they answered and gave me advice! Their staff is respectful, kind, worked hard and even took a few seconds to give my dog a quick pet.

Customer service is top notch, truly. Crew was respectful, courteous, quick, and friendly. They took great care in securing gates and cleaning sidewalks from debris. They were mindful of my pets and outdoor animals. Invoice/Payment online was slick and easy. Great value. I had Green Edge treat my lawn for weeds and fertilize. They also treated my trees and shrubs. You won’t be disappointed, I highly recommend them. The
