Alien Lawn Care came when they said they would, to blow out my sprinklers when other companies kept putting it off 😎
I would have thought a lawn care business would know it's disrespectful to walk on peoples lawns.
So my wife has used these guys, Chad and Levi, for several years to blow out our system for the winter. They've been amazing with great prices and amazing service around our constantly fluid schedules. Until this week. (Wait, but this is a 5 star review right?) We finally could get our dead zone(of 9) fixed, and these guys came out and not only troubleshot it, bad sprinkler heads, unusual wiring previously installed 24 years ago, but they also gave us up-front what the worst case would be and possible cost to get there. They were honest to a fault, which I appreciate waay more than a good deal. Which they were that as well. I can't recommend them anymore than I can and will. Great guys, great work, great experience and trust built.
They work fast to accomplish the job and have great work ethics. I had a water feature in my yard that was not working when I moved in. They took the time to figure it out and get it running for me. They even took time out of their vacation to do so. Highly recommend them!!
I have been using these guys for years and never had a problem. They have been on time with great prices. They even have refunded me on some work for misunderstandings. They know what there doing and I'll continue to to use them in the future.

Chad and Levi were excellent to work with. The completed my Retro-Sprinklers for my backyard in just a few days from the original quote! Friendly, felt like I had known then for years! Cleaned up their tools and scraps and left my yard as pretty as can be when trenching new sprinklers!
Contacted them to look at me sprinklers for repair and adjustment. Was told they would come by and look at it. They couldn’t give me a time frame on the day they chose to come. When they did come they gave me a quote. They told me they would be back this week on Tuesday or Wednesday. I’ve not heard a word from them. They might do great work, but their customer service/communication sucks. I would look elsewhere.
Prompt, friendly, and fair. Chad and Levi come with a wealth of knowledge and the confidence to back it.

They don t contact you when they say they will, or even show up when they say of course we will . No call, no show.. pointless even contacting them.

Spent more in having the sprinklers repaired, which they broke, than the cost of their service. yeah, well fix it next week, that never happened. Dont waste your time!

Had him come turn my sprinklers off last fall and he did a good job. This spring has been a night mare trying to get him to come out and turn then back on and do some work on them. He tells me he will call me back to schedule an appointment then doesnt, I call him sweet an appointment, he doesnt show. Go to someone else if you actually want the work done.
They did a great job
They quoted me a price for trimming 4 blue tip juniper trees for $80 but after they came and trimmed they said we owed them $40 atree plus $10 a tree more because l wanted more taken off the top which is ridiculous because that is usually part of the total price. They wanted $200 total. They took advantage of a senior couple aged 86 & 82. Not very good business. Im sick about it.

I tried to hire based on good reviews but the guy was EXTREMELY unprofessional and left me hanging two weeks in a row. No call or text either time. When I followed up and asked why he gave me half a dozen random reasons why he didn t show, one of them being that he s had prank calls in the past and didn t think I was real??? I offered to pre-pay so I don t know why he would use that reason. Argued with me over text and told me I needed to find someone else. All in all I never got my lawn mowed and I do not recommend this business.
I have been working with Chad and Levi of Alien Lawn Care since April of 2018. After having worked with two other lawn care services that were not reliable I came across them through Facebook. They were prompt in coming to give me a quote on my rental and then my residence. They have been easy to work with. They have come early when Ive been in a jam. They helped with a complex sprinkler system issue that a Do it yourselfer installed improperly. I feel their prices are more than fair and they always do what they say they will do and back up their work. I couldnt be happier with their service. I highly recommend Alien Lawn Care & Landscape.
This is my second year staying with Levi and Chad with Alien Lawn Care. I recommend them to anyone who ask. Lawn big or small. When I first moved into my subdivision, I was frustrated looking for a place to maintain my yard. Its not a big yard but most places had minimums that did not matter the size. When I called and talked to Levi, he was very professional and conscientious on my schedule. Of course it takes two to hold up an arrangement to meet and work out the details. They gave me a reasonable rate and fit into my schedule to get HOAs off my back. They have been maintaining my yard since. Come fall, I was in a pickle with leaf maintenance and even doggy mess mixed in. They will give you a quote and stick with it. They always remind me when its time to blow out my sprinklers, and schedule a time. Also come time to turn them back on in spring, they are prompt. Anytime something isnt right, they notice, let me know, and if they can fix it, help me out.
Alien Lawncare and landscape has efficient and fun guys who really care about their work! They had me come out and look at the work they did in my front yard to make sure its what I wanted with the bushes. They are AWESOME!
