Spring Green did a great job for us this season. They accommodated our needs for as to the times that they would come out to take care of our lawn..

I am extremely impressed with Doug and his Spring Green crew. Since contracting with Spring Green, my lawn is looking better than it ever had previously. Doug responds quickly to questions or concerns and has immediately rectified any issues with my lawn and pest services. I am totally happy with Spring Green and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality lawn care and excellent customer service.

They do my lawn fertilization, always ready to advise on trouble spots and ready to fix them at a reasonable cost. They also did sprinkler system modifications efficiently and effectively. Both techs and management are friendly, accommodating and pleasant to work with. I feel confident they will do a good job and I am more than happy with the service.

Greg and his team have provided lawn care for us for eight years. They are very professional, respond quickly if new problems pop up, and are very friendly and easy to work with. I recommend them highly.

We've been with Spring Green for three or four years and would not consider switching. They are courteous, "on top of things," and responsive whenever we have a special request or a question. The cost is reasonable, and people often compliment us on our lawn.

If I could give this company a negative number I would. My co-worker recommended them. She lives in Eagle. She got a quote on line and then got a discount for paying all at once. I filled out the same on-line form, I received an auto generated response stating someone from Spring-Green would contact me soon. Well, nearly a week later nothing. I emailed Spring-Green and NOTHING. I finally called and the owner stated my email went into his junk folder. I still decided to give them a chance. I asked him to email me a quote. He did and I agreed to their lawn service. He did not offer me a discount if I paid for the whole season at once. He said he would bill me for each application. WELL, 6 weeks later..NOTHING, NO LAWN CARE SERVICE. I emailed Spring-Green and cancelled their pathetic no service. I called Emerald Lawns and they have me on their schedule to spray my lawn in 2 days!!!!

The first year, the service was great. Trying to pay them to take care of my yard this year (2017) has been an absolute disaster. I sent my pre-paid payment to Mr. Van Order on March 6. 2 weeks later, it still had not cleared. I called to see if he had received my payment and was told that he would get back to me...which never happened. A week later, I called back again asking if payment had been received. Finally figured out that he lost the check that my bank sent out. I then had to spend $25 to cancel the check but was told, in lieu of that, he would do a systemic treatment on my Ash trees at no extra cost. I then asked if I could just give him my debit card and get this taken care of now. He took my card number and I asked when i could expect him to be out to put down the first treatment on my lawn. Tomorrow or the next day was the reply. Well, a week and a half later and I still had not been billed or had a visit from Mr. Spring-Green. I then called to find out if there was an issue with something and to please let me know what the status is/was on my account...no call back. It amazes me on how hard I have had to try to give someone/business my money! My last voice mail that I left may not have been the nicest ( I did suggest to him that if he didn't want my business, then please call me back and tell me to "F" off), but at this point, I felt that I had been more than understanding to the small business owner that it is a busy season and he could be backed up a bit...but i didn't think it should take 1 and 1/2 months to seal the deal. So needless to say, i wasted $25 stopping a check that he lost, never received any communication from him and now have gone to a different company (Weed Man) and will now try their services. Hopefully others will have a better experience with this company/person than I have or will just choose to go with a bit larger company that can provide the prompt service you would expect for spending $300+ dollars on a service.
