Very quick to respond to my call, sprinkler box leaking and 104 degrees out. Told me I needed to replace both (4 stations). Worked about 8 hours, his son did most of the work, broke a pipe and didn’t have one to replace it. Finally got it done but almost left the bricks I had just laying around, I was there so he put them back. I’m sure I was WAY over charged but I’m chalking it up to a bad decision I made in the “heat” of the moment. I’m an older (hate to say that 😱) lady and a retired law enforcement officer, I knew the Thueson name and felt like I would be treated respectfully, not so much.
