We received terrible service from this company. More than a year ago, we had them come and look at two old trees in our yard. They recommended iron treatments. This company didnt coordinate with us when they would come and did the treatment when we werent home. In the year that followed, the trees got worse and worse. We tried to contact this company for follow up checks, but they didnt respond. We had two independent arborists come look at our trees since the treatment and BOTH said the treatment was done wrong (the ports were in the wrong places, they left big holes in the trees, which made them susceptible to bugs which infested them later). Moreover, the two arborists seemed to think that the trees had too much iron, not too little. In short, we paid this company hundreds of dollars to make our trees worse. They seem to get good reviews from happy customers, but dont let them near your trees. Response to their response: we turned down the injections because the trees were doing much worse after the treatment. Katie tried to reach out several times to figure out what to do, but often got no response. The trees are doing a lot better since we found other arborists. We gave this company chances, but did not get very good treatment. That is not inaccurate.

This is our second year with Organic Solutions. Overall I am pleased with the way our lawn looks. Gage has been our regular applicator and he has been great about answering questions.

Organic Solutions, and Amber in particular, went out of their way to quickly respond and repair a line and wiring cut in our sprinkler system (thanks to my wielding a sharp shovel). They did so even with an already heavy servicing schedule, making the repairs necessary before the system was pressurized. Timing was perfect as the line was pressurized the very next day.

Organic Solutions came to repair a hole in the sprinkler system main line, which was made by another company when they installed an overhang for our backyard deck. We were very concerned about that hole but the 2 guys fixed it quickly and professionally. What a relief!

We use them for our lawn care and just recently we had them do a landscaping project for us. They sent out Pedro and Tony, who worked quickly and diligently! They turned our overgrown side yard into a very sharp gravel and stone path. They also reset and expanded our paving stone firepit area, moved several sprinklers and installed drip lines for our shrubs. We love the results! They were professional and kind, and were always happy to answer my nonstop and likely repetitive questions (thanks guys!) Very impressed with their speed and the quality of their work. I have only used Organic Solutions for about a month for weekly yard mowing and lawn treatment but so far am very happy. They are punctual and the communication is on point. When I initially called to have my daughters sprinklers turned on; it was a Sunday. So, I just left a message. I received a return call first thing on Monday. The gentleman was so kind and soft spoken. He even gave me a few tips. After speaking with him we set up the date and time. My daughter wasnt going to be home; so they said theyd leave the invoice in the garage plus mail one. Which in fact they did leave one in the garage and we misplaced it. Actually; every interaction with them up to this point had been very pleasant. A few weeks go by and I have not received an invoice. So, I called! And called and called. Leaving messages. At this point I am in CA assisting my youngest daughter after back surgery and I couldnt get a hold of them still. It was so frustrating. I finally was able to log in to see my bill. My bill that the invoice said $45. It is now $144. THIS WAS FEELING LIKE A NIGHTMARE. I had one child in Idaho needing to pay her bill and I couldnt get anyone to answer. She also was in a hurry to get a hold of them to let them know of the leak/AKA(broken pipe) ..... They never answered. I drove to the address( yep again my gas and my time) for the business and was surprised to see it is a home and business together. Which could totally work..we perfer to support those places. I walked in and was greeted by the office manager. There were 3 or 4 other males and 2 other women at during that time. We started talking about the situation and she said she had emailed me over and over. Which she had; but I didnt get them. I asked why she didnt call when I hadnt replied back and she said shes been busy. I must say she was trying hard to be professional! I also asked why there was only 1 person for phones and this is what she told me........ I am a one man show. Thats it. Just me. Its our busy season.......she wasnt rude. Its sad to me that a business this big wouldnt have an customer Service Manager and other people answering the phones. Customer service should be the heart of your business. I also did ask her why my bill was so high. She explained they fixed 9 sprinkler heads. I never approved that, nobody ever called me! The only thing the Manager really said is that she was sorry thst this happened and was I ready to pay my bill!!!!!! I have been in Management at different times and I have never heard a response like that. In my mind it told me Hurry pay your bill we are too busy to offer customer service. Hired them to repair sprinklers paid all the bills sent to me. Then magically 7 months later revieved another bill. Called admitted no bill was sent at the time. Seems very fishy that in the middle of winter and business slows down for lawn care bills that were not sent are now due and going to collections. Because of this I would strongly not suggest this company to anyone.

I called to ask about a diagnosis and what it entailed. Aaron gave me a brief run-through of the easy/common issues that they check for first before doing a more in depth investigation into the issue. One of the items he mentioned actually turned out to be the culprit, and I had my sprinklers going in under 10 mins. While this saved the need for the service call/diagnosis, I know who Ill be calling (as well as recommending) if I need professionals in the future! Both Aaron and Amber were polite, professional, and very clear about the process, pricing, and set expectations perfectly via phone and email. I dont know how I came across Organic Solutions but they blew out my sprinklers once. They have called me every year to get me on the schedule with out me having to think about it! This is one thing I have really liked. Last year when they were out to blow out the sprinklers. I had some dirt forming around some rocks. Well the guy said we had a problem. He flagged it and said to call in the spring. Another guy came out and dug a hole and found that the company that installed our sprinklers didnt do a good job. He found the problem quickly and he got it fixed. The photo here is showing that we had a pipe touching but it wasnt clamped properly. They got it fixed. I would have given 5 Stars if they helped me patch the hole. Even if I had to pay for it. No option was given.

We have now used these guys for almost everything they do. They installed a French drain for us and its worked very well and their price was reasonable. We have a contract with them for our fertilizing and other lawn treatments which seem to be working well - our grass is green and lovely. Theyve been here working on our irrigation lines and doing some much needed trimming on an overgrown shrub. They also do our weekly lawn maintenance. Everything has been done well, in a timely fashion and with professionalism. A special shout-out to the lawn care team who has taken care to trim around our in-lawn bulbs and our roses that can droop out over the lawn - no flowers have been harmed! Were amazed at how much better our property looks now. Thanks!

We moved to Nampa Idaho and bought our retirement home here. While having a fence installed by another company, they severed several sprinkler system water lines and cut some sprinkler system wires as well. I called several lawn care companies and because it was so early in the spring I got no response from any of them. When I contacted Organic Solutions they responded immediately to our problem and fixed our sprinkler system for us. I have since contracted with them to due yearly maintenance on our sprinkler system, remove two dead trees, plant some new bushes to replace the dead trees and to spray our yard four times a year. I cant say enough about this company. They do a terrific job. Their employees are professional and knowledgeable. When Arron came out to look at our dead trees, he took the time to walk our yard with me and told me how to trim back our bushes at no charge! Today they removed two dead trees. The two men who came checked with me several times as they placed the new tree and plants to make sure they were right where we wanted them. They adjusted the sprinkler line to make sure the new plants would be properly watered. They found two other problem places in the irrigation line and fixed them for us at no charge. Nick BTW, was friendly and helpful too. It has been a few weeks now and our lawn is looking great! I like the package/options that I purchased. I like the fact that I dont have to worry about this aspect of our lawn care, they will take care of it on a scheduled basis. This company also does comprehensive yard care including tree trimming, which is a service I will need in the future. I wanted to work with a company who is knowledgeable and has concerns about our environment. I feel Organic Solutions takes the time to get to know their customer and their lawn care needs. This is very important to me. My lawn is looking great!

Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Long story short....the owner Mike lied to us, the girl that answers the phone lied to us. They do not communicate with their own techs or us the customer. They over book the 2 guys they have doing sprinklers. They havent been doing sprinklers very long we were told and it shows. Here it is 3 weeks later and my sprinklers still dont work. Called another company Friday and they will be out Monday to fix my sprinklers. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

If only you HAD come out to address our concerns! I was told over the phone that it wouldnt do any good for you to come out to see what I was concerned about. The netting is not a good idea. It surfaced and got caught up in the lawn mower. ************** I have had a problem with Organic Solutions. They laid some sod for us a year ago and immediately the lawn began to turn brown. I called to find out what to do for the lawn, and they told me it was basically my problem and refused to even come out to look. The other problem with the sod was that as the lawn slowly died, plastic netting started surfacing from the soil! When I pulled on the netting, the sod came up with the sod -- a year later! We had to pull it all up and start over. It turns out the bottom side of the sod was lined with the netting and then rolled up. And then not removed before laying it. The final problem was that they sodded over a sprinkler head! Nearby plants were dying, and we couldnt figure out why . . . until we resodded and found the problem..

To the employee whos organic solutions vehicle caught on fire in Nampa today. You maintained yourself, you sought out help in every way possible. You did everything you could! It happens!! The way you handled it was prime. Its not always the services that employees get reviews on, its also the way you handle yourself in a public and extreme situation. We hired Organic solutions in May 2015 to sod our back yard, put in a sand box for our two Great Danes, put down some landscape rock and put in a paver sitting area with fireplace. I cant begin to tell you how pleased we were with their job! The grass and pavers they put down looked amazing and placement of the fire place was just right. They completely transformed our backyard in the best way! They completed the job in a timely manner, the crew was friendly, and we were more than pleased with how Aaron communicated with us and handled our project!!

Aaron sent John to complete the replacement of my main & drain valves. I had also mentioned that I may need a new controller and a few new heads as well. John showed up on time and started right to work and was very thorough. He even laid a tarp down to shovel the dirt onto, so there was none left on the sidewalk or in the grass after the job. He was there for a total of 11hr. and didnt run for the car at 5pm. He was there for the extra hour or two it took to complete the job. By the time he finished, the main and drain valve, controller, and two sprinkler heads were replaced. I felt the price was very competitive, and that the accountability, integrity, and quality of work far superseded my expectations. I cant say enough about how great the service provided was, and I will definitely utilize them again for future work. Definitely recommend Organic Solutions 100%!!!
