I got a fast response when I called for lawn services, the yard at my new place was awful. I got a quote within the day and we scheduled a date & I was beyond impressed with the results. It was a complete transformation.
The company is insanely fast at getting a quote and responsive via email. They quickly slot you into the schedule to ensure they get to you as fast as possible. As a whole they accomplished the job with mediocre quality and lack of care. They did respond promptly to fix the issues, but I had to replace almost all of the work that was paid to be completed. Update from the company reply: As noted on the review they reply quickly and aim to fix issues at hand. Even after their efforts to replace and resolve the issues, I had to replace all sprinkler heads, valves, sprinkler box, and leveling all grass from previous year work done. The company did come out to fix the issue of the sod dying due to water limitations from their sprinkler coverage, but at below the bar satisfaction as noted directly with the individual on site upon their work to resolve issue. The owner emailed me on 2/25/2024 after their initial follow up to ensure all of the work they did to replace their failed efforts. I promptly replied with my actions to fix the work that they completed, but never got a reply back. Again, quick to reach out after a poor review to try and satisfy the effort. However, at this point outside of them laying dirt and sod I had to do all of the work afterwards myself to replace their efforts. The goal would to get the work done correctly the first time, yet even after three revisits to have completed to the expectation and having enough customer frustration to have given up and taken on the work themselves to complete to satisfaction. Hope this review helps and provides guidance for future customers.
I decided to go with lawn ninja due to so many recommendations to use them. Reputation is pretty important to maintain a good business, and they clearly have that. KJ came out and I walked through what I was looking for, got the estimate the next day. KJ and his crew got to work on it a few days later. He took time to answer all my questions and concerns, and made sure that I was satisfied with every step of the install. He was very good with keeping in contact during the whole process. And now my yard looks great. Even made sure to come back and clean up the little bit of mess that was left from transporting all the rock and sod. I would highly recommend lawn ninja for any landscaping needs you have!
Brandon and the Lawn Ninja Team brought the A game to our builder backyard landscaping. We really just lacked insight about what to do and we met Brandon (4th bid) and we were sold with his ideas, willingness to help us see his vision and overall concern for our satisfaction. He went to nursery and helped us pick our plants/trees, no other bid said they would do that so we were able to get nursery expertise for our area and healthy plants. They started on Monday and finished Thur. We had hardscape (retaining wall), planting, sprinklers, added boulders and flagstone pathway. Beat other bids prices and we can't wait to share our yard with friends. Thanks Lawn Ninja Landscape! You are the best. 👍👍
I had a large tree limb fall onto the roof of a tall apartment building in a windstorm. It was a very complex job to remove the limbs safely. The company I normally use declined the job and recommended Lawn Ninja. Brandin and his team were able to get to the job quickly and did a fantastic job. They charged quite a bit less than some quotes I had received from tree companies. He even called on one of his contacts to bring in a huge crane to lift the limbs off in the safest manner possible. This was not part of the original quote, but Brandin made the investment to do that at no extra charge because he was committed to doing the work the right way and the safe way. I would highly recommend Lawn Ninja for tree work, and I would trust them with other landscaping needs as well.

I highly recommend Lawn Ninja Landscaping! Brandin and his team were fantastic from start to finish. I called five companies, Lawn Ninja gave a very reasonable and fair estimate and thats what the final payment was. They were punctual, professional and did everything as we had requested. We had sod installed along with rock and flowerbeds. Whenever you call, youll get someone who answers the phone or calls back within minutes. We were kept notified by text throughout the entire job. There was a one day delay from the original plan, the reason was that Brandin refused the first load of sod because it was left overs from a larger order. He informed me that he would pick up fresh sod the following day. Our sod is fantastic and thick. Now that is customer service. The crew were courteous and hard working. We are very pleased with the results. Thank you Lawn Ninja!

From start to finish, our experience with Lawn Ninja was exceptional! To say my yard was a mess, is an understatement. Brandin and his team came out, and cleared out our backyard (it was FULL of yard debris, tree branches and overgrown ivy). They cleaned it up and got my entire yard picture perfect ready to sell. They were professional, efficient and overall a great company to work with! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Brandon and his team did an amazing job clearing out the area we needed on the side of the house to put an RV pad. Great quality work, friendly, helpful. We have used many landscaping companies in the past, and after using Lawn Ninja Lanscaping, we will NEVER use another. Brandin and his employees do an amazing job and are very knowledgeable at all things Landscaping . We are extremely happy, and have the best landscaping in our neighborhood!! Brandin and his crew spent almost a solid week working late hours, til dark on more than a few days( and Sunday ) finishing my yard and making it look fantastic. He trimmed trees, brought in rock, fixed the sprinklers, laid the sod , and set the sprinklers so the entire back yard would be watered properly. They did a fantastic job. It looked great. He was always respectful and pleasant to talk to and work with when he was at my house, and he made everything go smoothly. I would absolutely use them again for another project if I needed to without hesitation. Thank you Brandin and team.
I hired them because they were one of the few landscape companies that would coordinate the landscaping with their concrete person. Ninja did the landscaping but the concrete person never showed. When problems arose as to the landscaping, Ninja would not correct without additional money.
Terrible business. Gave them a deposit . Didnt show up to do the work. When I called all Brandin had was a bunch of excuses why he couldnt come. I asked for my deposit $2500 back and he refused... No going to small claims... This guys will promise the world and deliver nothing
These guys are some of the hardest working guys I have ever seen start to finish these guys were very professional and did not cut any corners when completing my landscape project. There were many other companies I spoke with but this company stood out.

These guys are seriously amazing. I called them at 1:30 asking for a quote on sod. By 3:30 they were out measuring my yard and trimming up my extremely overgrown Willow tree. Came out when he said hed come and did a great job on my bushes that had been neglected for some time.
