Just not a great sprinkler installation. The crew really tried to get things corrected, but there were weeks and weeks in between of waiting time to get things corrected. Unfortunately, my lawn is not getting watered properly and my sides slopes are still not getting watered properly communication was very minimal And response time in adequate I don’t like to post bad reviews, but this was really a bad job. I will have to make some repairs now on my own and try and get educated about sprinkler heads and the types of sprays they put out to actually irrigate places that are not getting, any water at all now?
Green Thumb Lawncare and Landscape are awesome! They did an amazing job replacing our front stairs to our home! It was done very professionally and in a very timely manner! It turned out beautiful!!
They were quick to get the new filters installed and completed. Put in some type of filtration system for my parents(elderly) said they would take care of it but will not respond now and no one can figure out how to take care of it. My parents have spent a lot of money trying to have people figure it out not to mention the amount of money they paid them to put in this system. It's been at least 2 years we have been trying to get them back to at least fix it. The elderly have been dismissed as not important enough in this case.
We've enjoyed working with Jason and his crew on a number of jobs. Everything from sorting out a half finished sprinkling/drip system and laying sod to planting 20+ trees and placing boulders according to our landscape plan. The fact that I keep going back up Green Thumb Lawn care is proof of my recommendation. Definitely recommended.
Jason and his team installed our landscape in for our new home. They were nice and professional, did fast and high quality work. Installed sprinkler and drip systems, sod, concrete, trim, trees and bushes. They were flexible as our thoughts and desires changed and have been super attentive even after they were done when we had questions. I’d recommend them ANY time! Reasonably priced, fast and efficient.
I have been using Jason and his crew for landscaping needs since 2014 personally and professionally. Always have treated us well and been easy to work with! I have recommended his team to a number of friends and other companies and they have also been very pleased! Easy choice, you wont be disappointed!
Green Thumb Lawncare & Landscape has been mowing my lawn for several years. They do a great job and my lawn looks amazing after every mowing. I have had them do several landscape jobs and the quality of work is always very high. I had them prep a concrete patio and basketball area. They went above and beyond to make sure the sprinklers were in the right place and adjusted to keep my lawn green during the entire construction project. They also finished off the project with fill dirt and sod. They completed the job super fast. They also made sure not to cut any corners and planned the project around my future plans. I would highly recommend their services.
Jason Tuft is a landscape professional with years of experience in residential and commercial landscaping. The other review with the wrong name should be disregarded as it does not apply. The company I work for uses Green Thumb on its properties. We require our vendors and subcontractors to be licensed and insured. We also require them to meet a higher standard of quality that meets commercial high end client needs. Green Thumb Lawn care and Landscape and Jason Tuft have that ability. You will not be disappointed with their work.
Called multiple times on multiple different days at different times of the day and it always just goes to voicemail. Were all busy these days so if I have to leave a voicemail to reach someone, Ill take my business elsewhere.

Our business complex changed to Green Thumb Lawncare and Landscape this year and the difference has been amazing. Would highly recommend.
They take care of my lawn at home and my business. They take care of cutting the grass each week and doing maintenance to it as well. But I really feel that they have shined in the landscaping projects that they have finished for me. My wife and I are always grateful for how well things are done each time they work on a project for me.
Green Thumb has turned our bare acre lot into a yard I m so proud of! To landscape design, tree care and which plants to use ...Jason knows it all. Highly recommend!

Green Thumb installed my sprinkler system and lawn as well as installed a fire pit with pavers. They have helped me with problems (my son running over a check valve) and helped me with small projects that I couldn t do myself. Their employees are courteous and do quality work
We highly recommend Jason and his crew. He has taken over our pasture irrigation needs, installed our lawn and drip systems, did landscaping, now mows, and even blows out our sprinklers in the fall. Greenthumb is always there when we need them.

Mr. Scott Snyder, I am sorry to inform you but your review is placed on the wrong business. You are referencing a business that goes by the name of Green Thumb Lawn Care NOT Green Thumb Lawncare & Landscape! Unfortunately, since the creation of Green Thumb Lawncare and Landscape (GTLC) there have been a few other startups that have used similar names and many of which no longer exist. The owner of Green Thumb Lawncare and Landscape is a Mr. Jason Tuft and he is a fantastic professional lawn care and landscaping provider. He has been in business servicing residential and commercial properties with maintenance. installation, and repair work with impeccable reviews since the turn of the century. He prides himself on running an honest and fair business. Scott, your negative review is hurting the wrong company. :)
I have seen the amazing work done by this company and it is mind blowing how great the finished product is.

Called to get an estimate which was supposed to be free. After I didnt want their service because the bid was too high they sent me and invoice for $50. Nickel and Diming customers! Wouldnt recommend.
It is with regret that I have to post a negative review for this landscape service, but the owner, Ron Bickel, has left me with no choice. I began using Green Thumb Lawncare in April of 2013. I am a busy professional with a very nice but small home and yard in the North End. I was looking for not just a mowing service, but a year-round yard and lawn maintenance program to include trimming, mowing, pruning, planting, mulching, spring and fall cleanups, snow removal, poop scooping, sprinkler maintenance, etc, etc. I provided Mr. Bickel with a written agreement and detailed list of the services requested and we signed a contract. I provided him a stable, year-round monthly payment and in turn he was to ensure that the home always looked great. To come to a payment agreement, I generously estimated the average number of hours per month over an entire year that should be required for the service, then paid him at his hourly rate for that service. In the winter months, he got paid significantly more than the true number of hours worked, but in the spring, summer, and especially fall this evened out. If particularly time consuming projects came up, we were to discuss them and I would make additional payments. Personally, I think it was more than fair arrangement and I paid him a total of well over $2400. We had a bit of a rough start, but after setting expectations better things improved somewhat. I am not a micromanager, and I allow the people I hire a great degree of latitude to get the job done, but I nonetheless expect it to get done. Over the last 6 months Green Thumbs service has progressively worsened and I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of professionalism that has been displayed. The supposedly full-service lawn care was nothing more than infrequent mowings, and poor ones at that. There were branches from a tree which I had to prune myself, that I left in the middle of my patio for them to haul away. They were not removed for two months. My wife and I had purchased two potted plants that needed to be transferred to our patio pots. We were leaving town on short notice and asked if they could plant them for us and we were told by the worker that he couldnt because he didnt know how. Despite repeated requests, weeds were not pulled and trimming was not completed. I have never seen so many weeds throughout my entire lawn as I have now. Over the last 2 months I have made repeated attempts to contact Mr. Bickel and he has not returned my messages. No one has shown up for over 3 weeks to mow. Regrettably, the way our arrangement worked, he essentially got paid in advance for the upcoming fall cleanup, which I will now have to hire out to someone else. In short, Green Thumb Lawncare is unprofessional and does a very poor job. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else for your lawn and garden needs.
