Carlos and the team of New Life Landscape did amazing work on our small project! They completed weed removal for us and then laid rock for us on our side yards. We so appreciate them and hope to be able to have them come back to do upgrades in the future!

I contacted New Life regarding the rebuild of a failed retaining wall. Seth listened to my concerns, understood the job requested, provided excellent ideas/consultation and a superb design. This is a quality company worthy of my business.

They did a very professional job. The French Drain works perfect and we love the new trees. We have just signed up for some more work. These guys are the real deal.

We have had New Life due 4 separate projects over the last 3.5 years. It started with a deepening of our Koi pond. They used wheelbarrels to haul 9 yards of dirt from the back yard. This was done to keep the wear on the side yard to a minimum. Next project was the replacement of a flagstone patio and retaining wall. We also had a new retaining wall constructed around the Koi pond. The entire crew is very professional and easy to have on your property. The 3rd project included replacement of all concrete curbing; retaining wall across the back landscaped area; and overall landscape renovation including landscape lighting in the front and back yards. The results were amazing. The most recent project was the installation of an outdoor kitchen. They take pride in what they do and it shows in the end result. We highly recommend New Life Landscape!

Carlos and crew designed and installed our landscaping, concrete work, garden area, and privacy fencing seven years ago. They did a phenomenal job and we continually receive complements on our landscaping. We had some sprinkler issues this year due to user error(learn from us- clean your irrigation filters!!!). Luis, Terry, and crew were so professional and kind. They also didn t just fix the sprinkler issue, but made sure everything was in top top shape. They fixed grass over growth that was causing misdirection of water. They also fixed a builder drip line issue that we had just been living with for years. We are so thankful to Carlos and crew!

Extremely pleased. They took care of a lot of details that I had not thought of. High quality work. Everyone that has seen the work comments on the quality and how the project has enhanced the yard. They are easy to work with. We were able to make changes along the way. That flexibility is important as you progress through the project and think about enhancements.

What a disappointment this company was. I really felt like I got scammed for $200.00. Carlos came to measure. There was talk about a design and a drone and a $200.00 deposit. He said he would send me pictures of the rock. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM and I lost my $200.00. I wouldnt trust this company. Very poor comunication.

We have worked with this company three times now and every time we were extremely satisfied. The first time they installed a fire pit and patio pavers. The other two times were for landscape, planting trees. They were easy to work with. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and showed pride in their work. We would absolutely recommend them to our friends and family.

New Life Landscaping is an example of the best of our local small businesses. Carlos and his team recently transformed my backyard into a beautiful, functional and private retreat and completely reworked my front and side yards. Each member of the team, Carlos, Luis and his crew, and Gina and Maria in the office, were professional and such a pleasure to work with. I was so pleased with the meticulous attention to detail, the degree of planning needed and the execution of each days work. I was always kept in the loop, my questions and any concerns were answered promptly. Their workmanship and communication style were exemplary. Luiss crew was well trained, worked efficiently as a team and left the job site pristine at each days end. I was apprehensive about taking on such a significant project, but could not be more pleased.

Even though it was a smaller job, they did excellent work, were efficient and listened to my concerns and desires. They offered suggestions to me. Their bid was professional and they followed up with a call afterwards.

Every aspect of doing business with New Life Landscape was a first class , top notch experience.I left an email for an estimate and they got back to me on the very next business day. They scheduled an appointment for an estimate on my first available day I was available. From the moment I met Carlos I could tell that he cared about our needs and what we wanted. Within a very short period of time they got back to me with an estimate and video walkthrough of what our landscape would look like. We liked what we saw and were very impressed with how responsive they were , so we scheduled a start time for the job. Before the job started I went with Carlos to the nursery to pick all of our trees and plants. This was especially nice because I was able to adjust a couple selections we had made and add couple more shrubs and trees that I liked. When Carlos and his crew showed up it was very obvious that this was a highly skilled and proficient group of people. There was about eight or so of them and they made quick work of the job and cleaned up everything afterward.We absolutely love our new landscape , the trees are beautiful and everything is starting to bloom now. We cant wait to see it all in full bloom. If you are looking for a great experience with any of your landscape or hardscaping needs , I would STRONGLY recommend that you call New Life Landscape. We love our new landscape design, landscape lighting, and the Belgard Anglia edging. We also love the new paver walkway to the front door, it looks fantastic and really enhances our house! The guys were great to work with. There were a couple of changes during the process and the guys were totally on board. Within five work days everything, including a new sprinkler system, was finished and looked great. It was a stress-free, fun experience. We are enjoying our new space every single day.

I give New Life a 5 star rating for their quality, professionalism, and responsiveness! Tyler (Ty) was my job foreman was great! He really knew his stuff and was able to troubleshoot the irrigation wiring problem that resulted from excavation! Through no fault of the crew, with any construction project destruction is required. What few problems did occur, were addressed immediately, even if it meant staying late to do so. My Patio and permeable paver walkway turned out rock solid and beautiful! The job took almost three weeks to complete. The crew showed up on time every day. I was very impressed with how the guys maintained their equipment, lubing moving parts frequently. The site was cleaned up with tools and equipment put away every day. This is a quality conscious company, who respects their customers and their property. When the job was completed there were a minor things that came up, which were addressed right away. The only areas they could improve are their schedule estimating and billing clarity. The initial estimated start date was June 28, the actual start date was four weeks later, July 26. The explanation was that customers ahead of my projects had made additions to their projects. With regards to the billing clarity: I very much appreciated the fact that a detailed statement was included with the invoices, but the statement was difficult to understand, and one of the invoices was extremely high. After a few hours of review, I located the discrepancies and asked that they be corrected. I quickly received a corrected version. Considering all factors, it was a very good experience working with New Life! I highly recommend them for their exceptional quality, professionalism, responsiveness, and follow through!

Carlos and crew did my yard exactly like I wanted. He takes you to the nursery to pick out plants and trees which is so fun! His plan with pavers, sod, rocks, plants, and trees looks wonderful. He also did sprinklers and a dry well drain! Carlos went above and beyond the plan! All of his guys are super nice too. I recommend New Life Landscape to everyone who wants their yard done beautifully and quickly!

I really dont know where to begin with Carlos and his crew! Sometimes you meet someone and just shake your head in awe -- Carlos has assembled that kind of team and runs that kind of business. Truly awe-inspiring. Save yourself a WHOLE LOT of time by just calling him, getting a bid, and going with it. :) You can COMPLETELY trust that he is not only fair, but that he will under promise and over deliver! These guys are second to NONE. We had an extensive project that incorporated both hardscape and softscape -- pavers, an outdoor kitchen, above ground spa, a burm, plants and trees, you name it....and at every single turn, the creativity and workmanship of both Carlos and his crew shined through. They took our ideas and created a space that we couldnt have dreamed up if we tried. Carloss guys are meticulous. Absolutely METICULOUS. They study and perfect each cut, talk each other through options as they go, offer ideas if they have a vision you may like more, and take ZERO shortcuts. We had rocks and clay under our concrete like you cant believe, and in places they dug three feet deep just to be sure we were going to have a truly solid base under our pavers. When they placed our boulders, they took the time to look at them from every angle, and would nudge them down to the last INCH to be sure they were great. I told them they were more concerned than I was!! :) WE ARE SO IN LOVE!! They truly work harder than any crew Ive seen...ever!! We finished about two weeks ago, and we already miss them!! We will enjoy our space even MORE for years to come because of the memories of the guys that created it. Theyre just outstanding through and through...there was not a single hiccup. We will NEVER go anywhere else. Not ever. You will love Carlos, his crew, their work, and the unbelievable change in your outdoor space. :)

We absolutely love working with Carlos and his crew!! They do amazing work and are so great to work with. They put in lots of trees, shrubs, and boulders. They did our sprinklers and drip line perfect. Our landscape was so beautiful it was the talk of the neighborhood and everyone who came over always complimented how beautiful it was. They also blow our sprinklers out in the fall for years now and do a great job with that as well. They are honest, kind, hard working and reasonably priced and do great work. They have done beautiful landscapes for many of my friends and families as well so they are highly recommend by many!!

New life landscape was way beyond our expectations. They were extremely responsive when we contacted them about doing a remodel in our backyard. They return phone calls and answered all questions. We were very aware that they were a very busy company but they never made us feel like we were not a top priority. Carlos s crew was stellar. They were not just workers they were artists and perfectionists at what they did. If we ever had a question Carlos was immediately on site. We found Carlos to be very creative and offered very unique and innovative ideas to make our patio stellar. He takes pride in his work. When they started our job they came every day until they were finished. Each day they came they seemed happy to be there and really enjoyed what they did. Came out and gave us a bid On pretty much a state of the art sprinkler system and then on a confirmation visit Carlos was a no-show and then everyone disappeared attempted to go to their officeWhich in turn did not exist not sure what happened through this process but it was very frustrating leaving Multiple messages and not one single return phone call had to choose another landscaper

He was always willing to take a call, text or email and responded right away even with his many projects going. Were 8 weeks out from completion and is still always willing to answer questions. We couldnt be happier with the end results.

Absolutely outstanding in every respect! Carlos, Mitch and crew were fantastic to work with. Everyone on their crew are professional and go out of their way to delight the customer. We had them do almost everything - sidewalk, paver walkways, fencing, sprinklers, landscape lighting, water feature, borders and tree planting (lots of trees). Carlos even accompanied us to the City of Meridian to learn what we needed to do for our fence lines. Weve worked with a number of contractors and landscapers and New Life Landscape is THE best weve ever worked with.

Carlos and his crew were amazing! We are in Foothills East and had fairly serious retention issues to address. Carlos walked us through what would happen and where issues might arise to deal with during the project. The communication was excellent, the work clearly well done and the creativity in designing steps and walls was much appreciated. I was worried about needing so much rock in the yard and Carlos did an excellent job of breaking up the lines and using different materials to create a beautiful frame in which to garden. We ended up with five levels to the yard, a lovely flagstone patios and gorgeous steps providing access to each level. Thank you New Life!!

New Life Landscape did the landscaping at a spec house I built, I told Carlos what the budget was and he did an amazing job. They found the perfect trees and shrubs to make the house look great. The crew was great to work with and having New Life Landscape do the job was the best decision I made.

Best landscaper in the area! We hired Carlos and his team to plant a privacy screen that consisted of many very large trees and several shrubs and plants. All of the trees and plants are just gorgeous, and the placement and work is one of an artist! They arrived on time, worked hard all day and they did an excellent job. We will use them again! Highly recommend!
