I was looking for the Michael Jordan in his Chicago Bulls era of lawn care. Safe to say, this company is not that!

Great staff, really good at communicating and I am really satisfied with their work!

Terrible employees! Your employees are rude and don t respect people s property! Despite numerous NoTrespassing/No Solicitation signs clearly posted at entrances to the neighborhood and at individual residences, they continue to trespass and bother people. When confronted and told to leave, they smartly respond that they don t care if the police are called.

Michael was great. Good no nonsence explanations.

Our technician, Chris, explained the process and services thoroughly. He was also very prompt and cleaned the driveway and sidewalks completely after fertilizing. Looking forward to a healthy lawn.

I used this company a couple of years ago over on Bronwyn Circle in North Myrtle Beach, after selling my home there kept receiving call after call after call from these people even when I told them to remove me from their call list. I had to get nasty with them in order for them to quit calling. I now live In a HOA neighborhood, And I am vice president on the board of this neighborhood. Yesterday I came home and noticed three people getting out of a burgundy minivan in front of my house but Parked in the cul-de-sac, so I pulled up beside of a young lady, which was one of three From this company, The other two were males. I rolled my window down and asked the lady what do you have going on there? because I noticed paperwork in her hand. She stated they were going to pass out some things for lawn service, at that point I said we don t allow soliciting in our neighborhood so you don t need to ring the doorbell of the people in our neighborhood. At that time A tall, black haired young guy stepped over beside of my truck and advise me that he was gonna do it anyway, and there was nothing I could do about it, his words was we re not breaking any laws. At that point, I advise him. I am the vice president of this community and these people do not want any soliciting, he stated how do you know, what these people want? I told him I go to all the meetings and they complain to us about being solicited and they do not want it. He stated we are going to do this anyway and if you feel you need to call the police go ahead I don t care , talk to him all the time about this stuff. At that point I did law enforcement came out and advise me that for some reason it seems to be this company that they get calls on for not respecting the Neighborhoos that don t want them there, He also stated he has not dealt with the three out there today, but he has had to deal with that company before. He did not know really how to handle solicitors and had to make a few calls. This company has found ways to get around technicalities, such as although you are in a HOA Unless you have a no trespassing sign visible in your yard or a no soliciting sign they are going to knock on your door or ring your doorbell, regardless of what their wishes of the neighborhood is. this concerns me as being a retired police officer and deputy sheriff, you feel you have no privacy, even in your HOA neighborhood, something that this company and my opinion should respect and not try to force himself on people, just like when I tried to get rid of them before they kept calling and calling and calling and calling. From my business point of view, and I have a very successful business before, this can do nothing but hurt them and give them a bad name in my opinion and feelings towardsthe matter. I told him we had four different law-enforcement officers who lived in our neighborhood who work swingshift and I need to respect that, his words was you have a good day, sir. This guy seem to me to be very disrespectful, very arrogant and write down ignorant. I notified everyone in the neighborhood to put no trespassing signs in their flowerbeds, as well as no soliciting signs by their doorbell and that point they can have these people arrested or take warrants out for trespassing if they enter their property again. I would advise everyone to do the same. It s a shame. It comes to us having to put no trespassing signs in our own yard to be protected under the laws when, in fact, the people entering your property, do not know you and know that the property don t belong to them, but because of people like this, who try to find technicalities in laws to own our property in anyway they can and disturb you not knowing your work hours or schedule, and have no respect for that at all will be someone I never deal with again and hope the same goes true for those who read this. Keep in mind today s world, every day on TV. We see someone posing as landscapers, electricians, cable workers or any other type of service providers to get you to open your door. So don t take that chance put up a sign.

Do not hire this company for any reason - the employees are rude to the point of obnoxious and they do not listen to instructions. This company is run poorly from the top down and any other choice would be better for these types of services. Not recommended

Chris, our technician, is fabulous! He explained the process thoroughly, was professional, very knowledgeable, and friendly! Were thrilled that hes our technician!

On my last visit in April, I asked the technician when my grass would start to look better, color wise and thickness. He said In July we will be putting the High Nitrogen fertilizer on and then it will really start popping. Today, I received a text... they are coming tomorrow to do weed, Insect & Grub control. I called Customer service ... clearly she was reading from her script ( repeating the same statement each time I questioned her about what was said on last visit. She added that the next fertilization wouldnt be until 8 more weeks. Sooo.. August ?? Makes no sense. I told her I would have to re-think if I am doing business with the right company. She had no response other than Ok, thank you UPDATE : I received a personal email from the GM at 9pm, addressing my concerns and reassuring me that my goals will be achieved. In todays digital world, personal communications are almost unheard of. Canned responses are common. I am hopeful that as my experience improves, I will be one of their 5 star reviewers.

I use them for my house and my business. Always very professional and they a very knowledgeable. Very pleased with my yards

DO NOT use their website for an estimate. Did that, didn t like the price. Now they call me 8-10 times a week for the past 2.5 weeks. Even after telling them I m not interested and to take me off their list they KEEP calling. Terrible.

Weed Man is a great value Satisfied customer 3 years now Jan 25th - Weed Man had a schedule treatment planned. Texted in advance - I really like that - also I had a couple of questions, quick to respond to my questions and concerns. Technician treating the lawn Was on time, I was home so he took the time to explain the treatment and how it works, if after 14 days weeds continue to persist they will retreat the lawn. Great customer service and excellent results from their service - lawn greens up every year - looks great 5 Stars

Was slow on the start up after numerous sales calls and even signed up online, but since we got it going the tech has been great. We will keep you posted on how the next visit turns out. And whether it helps my yard or makes it worse. Well as I was editing my review I received another quote from them. Now that makes no sense when they have already had me signed up. This lack of office management bothers me. The left hand dont know what the right hand is doing, come on guys get it together.

I wanted to cancel our service because the service was not helping our grass. I called twice to cancel and was told both times to call after our last service. So I did call back and canceled. I don t know if they were mad because we canceled but whatever they put on our grass for their last service has killed our grass in the front yard. I have pictures I will add. Also, we are having some concrete work done and the guy asks us what happened to our grass and he said he s dealt with WeedMan before and canceled because they did a terrible job on his grass. All of our neighbors grass is green. We will never use again.

Superb customer service from Lindsay K! I actually called to cancel my service before it even began only because I decided I wanted to try doing it myself first. However, after speaking with Lindsay, she convinced me to continue with Weed Man for at least the first year, without being overbearing or pushy. She was so knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and understanding! She dedicated the time necessary to hear my concerns, answer my questions, ask questions of me to make sure she understood where I was coming from, and to thoroughly explain the Weed Man process and philosophy. Weed Man is lucky to have Lindsay and so is anyone who happens to deal with her. If Lindsay is any indication of how this company operates, than my lawn and I are in for a real treat. We have TWICE hired and TWICE fired this company for weed control. We got conflicting answers regarding what they can do to control crab grass/dallisgrass, and they did not treat it effectively, so we terminated services. We made numerous inquiries for our refund, with no real answer other than its in process until I insisted the owner contact me after over six weeks waiting. He seemed shocked by our experience, and had no idea we had terminated services or were promised a refund, and it took two separate phone calls of him trying to convince me I had misheard his techs telling us to dig out our crab grass and me informing him I would absolutely not return as a customer for him to finally authorize the $374 refund we received eight weeks after terminating the service.

Today is my third attempt at requesting a service cancellation. The office personnel have received my complaints and cancellations in the past. However your company keeps showing up to my property, sticking a flyer in my yard, charging my account for service, and we have requested in person and over the phone to no longer be affiliated with your company and it s lack of customer service. I ve never even seen a difference in my yard from any type of service Weed Man offers. Your product doesn t work and your company is now trespassing by entering on to my property. Every attempt to call is the same thing. A sweet lady who wants to help but can t do anything, stating that there are no supervisors available during operation hours and all she can do is put me on a cancelation list. Same song and dance with an awful rhythm. If this reoccurring problem is not handled immediately, I am not reimbursed for (two faulty services), I am not called back within 48 hours, and this problem is not taken care of with professionalism, I will be forced to take legal actions.

I started with Weed Man several months ago and also got the service for my daughter and her husband. I couldn t be more pleased with the fertilizing, mosquito and ant control. We have both noticed an improvement in our yards and the mosquitos are kept at bay. No fire ant mounds either. Thank you for making it a better Summer. Now if you could only fix this heat wave we are having. Lol.

COMPANY IS A SCAM Paid ~$800 for a year of treatment with this company under the premise that I would see a noticeable difference in my lawn. 6 months later my yard looks the same after a few treatments . Called the company and was told it could take years to see a difference and it might be a soil issue. That s not what I was told when I signed up with this company. After 6 months service I was informed my refund would be 25% off what I paid; not 50% which is the current term of my contract. SCAM COMPANY with 0 results and 1,000,000 excuses.

Terrible service, would not recommend. I canceled service in 2023. I received a called December 1st from a Weed Man personnel asking if I would want to continue service. When I tried to explain what problems I had with Weed Man she hung up the phone. GREAT customer service!!!!!

They killed my lawn. Tried to help and then tried to charge for services they screwed up. Not taking ownership for there unprofessional service techs. Do not use this service for your lawn. Sales team sells the world. Then the techs ruin your yard. Multiple homes in my sub division have the same problem.

I am a recent customer of Weed Man. I spoke to a representative of theirs and if she is an example of the company it will be a great relationship. Her name is Jenna. She was by far the most pleasant and knowledgeable company representative I have ever spoken with. I had a request and she approved it without any let me see if we can do that. I also had an issue signing into the companies portal. Again she walked me through it herself. She is a great representative of your company.

Devon Clark is the best lawn technician we ve experienced from Weed Man! My mother is an older woman, who lives alone, and each time Devon comes to spray her yard for weeds, she cannot get over how caring and considerate he is. I happened to be at her home today when he came, and we had to get his first and last name because this young man deserves to be recognized for his hard work!

Dalton came out to give us a estimate. He was very professional. Explained every thing he would do. Dalton returned to fertilize and spray for weeds. He did a amazing job. It s been 2 weeks and my lawn is already looking better. I highly recommend Weed Man

Do not call these people. I called to inquire about their rates after seeing a half price advertisement on FB on spraying for mosquitos. The agent insisted on booking a time even though I was not prepared to engage their services. I told them that I wanted them to call me and confirm before taking ANY action. They wanted a credit card to put on file. They originally told me that the bill would be $35 for the first treatment. I told them that I was not going to give them a credit card until I made the decision to hire them. Again, I told them that they would need to call me and confirm prior to providing any service. Next thing I know I have an invoice hanging on my door knob. I called and explained the situation and explained the situation. I was told they would call me back after they looked into the situation. I never received a call. Next thing I know, less than a month from the first service call, I have yet ANOTHER invoice for 3x the amount of the 1st invoice. I live in the Myrtle Beach , SC area.

My lawn looked terrible at the start of the season. They evaluated my lawn and my lawn looks spectacular. It is now noticed by other homeowners.

Will not be renewing this service for next year. I have centipede grass like most in the south here. Requires little maintenance other than weed control and watering and a 15-0-15 application of fertilizer once a year per Clemson Universitys turfgrass department. After weed control applications, most of the weeds in my backyard are still there. What specifically caught my attention was a Tech guy from there calling me to apply Lime to my lawn. You may or may not know that Centipede grass very fond of Low PH or acidic soil, 5.5 -6.0. Lime will raise the PH of your soil up to 7.0 (neutral) or above which in reality can damage or kill Centipede grass. Since this company apparently is not aware of that I no longer have faith in their abilities or knowledge of southern turf grass. Getting old, gave them a try, but back to doing it myself I guess.

Yes wed met has been very fantastic with me so is Michael and Alton the two texts that have been out here frequently Gene has been wonderful out of phone I have no problem with the service unfortunately Mother Nature is overtaking my lawn so I need to do a reservation for spring time to get it back on a control once it takes placed I will certainly call Weed Man back again theyre very very professional and no problem theres or they did not cause any problem to my lawn Mother Nature unfortunately had my lunch or come to her but I will call Weed Man back again very professional Ill Stand thank you

I just wanted to comment that Harley #32347 out of the Myrtle Beach office does an excellent job with our lawn. He is professional, detailed ( he doesn t cut corners) and very polite. I just wanted to give a shout- out to this individual in times when we don t always recognize good work ethic.

I highly recommend Weed Man. My lawn was in very bad shapes with weeds. After the first treatment I noticed a drastic improvement. I have called several times about different services and have been treated in a professional yet friendly manner. I m looking forward to using Weed Man for more of my lawn care needs n the future.

We used weed man for about a 2 year period then we had to let them go as the lawn developed sod web worm and we lost about 85% of the lawn. We were the only people in the neighborhood that had a weed service and we were also the only yard that suffered a severe loss of grass. When questioned as to why we were the only residence that was severely attacked the response was we had a very healthy lawn so where would the sod webworms like to eat? I have since taken over my lawn care and our improvement thus far is modest but steady. I do not feel that weed man management did a good job nor was their response quick enough when called and told that the lawn was turning brown rapidly. Would not use them again.

I use Weed Man in NC for my home and they do great. I called MB to have same done to second home. The cost was double what im paying in NC

I have been using Weed Man for about a year now and I have noticed a great improvement in the quality of my lawn. My grass is green and looks healthy and there are virtually no weeds. My service man ( Mike I think) is very positive and up beat and a pleasure to work with. I have also had the pleasure of talking with the customer service people in the office and found them to be very cheerful, polite and professional. So far my experience with Myrtle Beach Weed Man has been nothing short of great and I expect it to continue in the future. I am not very happy right now. My lawn is dead and dirt. I have some green which are weeds. They claim my lawn was weeds and they killed them. If that were the case, why is the only green on my lawn weeds? They were out today and said they wanted 90 dollars for moll crickets. My husband is a retired exterminator and we do not have them. I am not sure what our next step is but I am disappointed at this point.

We have used WeedMan in Myrtle Beach for about 5 years. They are great and do good work on the yard. If I need them to come back for any reason they are happy to help and do what is needed to get my yard looking good. Jonathan was great when I have had to call also

Horrible company! Firstly they don t kill the weeds! Secondly, their follow up is horrible! Thirdly, they only want to sell you something and not perform the job they were hired to do!

1st time servicing our house they claimed they were here at the exact same time as my lawncare service was.... as per their written invoice on my door... I was here the whole time...seen my lawncare company working but never seen the Weedman on site nor did mr 4 cameras around our house... Not 1 camera picked this company up doing their job.... Also my lawncare company confirmed for me that during the time they were working on our property they seen the trucks come into our neighborhood but they never serviced our lawn.. It also states right on their invoice NOT to cut grass for 24 hrs after treatment of your lawn....So I ask....hmm how could you be servicing my lawn at the exact time my people are cutting it??? Or even after??? I even watched as the Mgr suggested to see if any weeds were dying...check my pics out...not so much....never happened.... Seriously.... would recommend anyone to stay away from this company....total scam....

New lawn only a couple months old, it was really struggling. After mowing several times. Lots of water Weed Man came out, put down their Dry Granular Slow Release Fertilizer and after a few weeks, the lawn is looking much better. Thanks again!

Once you sign up for service, theyll never let you stop, the bills will just keep coming no matter how many times you call them and tell them to stop. They be spraying me to collections.
