We are so thankful to have found Mr. John! His attention to detail and knowledge base have been unmatched, to say the least!!

I hired John and Procuts to do my lawn service after I moved to Myrtle Beach. He does excellent work and follow up of my concerns. He has also done several other landscaping projects at my address, including removing a small tree, trimmimg flowering bushes and shrubs and fixing the irrigation system. He does excellent work and always will stop to talk to me and tell me what he is doing. Under his care, my lawn is starting to look great and will cotinue to improve. Unlike some of the big" name services where it's a different person each time, John is always the person who comes so he knows my lawn, problems etc. Highly recomend him

We have used Pro Cuts for several years and are very happy with their service. John is meticulous in his care for our landscape, and he is professional, courteous and responsive. In addition to maintaining our lawn, John has installed stone borders and created landscape beds. He also maintains our irrigation system and has installed exterior lighting. Everything has been done professionally and to our complete satisfaction. We highly recommend Pro Cuts for all your landscaping needs.

Had service with them for over 3 years and always paid our bills promptly. Without any warning they sent us a letter stating they will no longer be able to provide service to our property. Very bad business practice.

Provided new landscaping rocks, mulch around my house & planted new trees Also, tied in gutters to underground drain pipe to redirect water. I’m thoroughly pleased with the quality of work. I recommend Pro Cuts for your landscaping .

John, the owner never returns calls.This is as a reoccurring problem with him. If he is going to say it’s because he decided not to service my lawn, all well and good. But it’s very unprofessional to not let his customers know. I hired him several years ago, put up with his kids ruining my lawn as they didn’t know what they were doing, just mowing over the same spot, spinning wheels till there was nothing left but dirt in the corner. I hired an outside agent to kill the weeds as John was not equipped to do it properly, as now my back yard is all weeds, very little lawn is left. I gave John a year and half to correct this. So now he is running away from the problem. Very unprofessionally.

It started out well with these guys but it quickly fell apart. I would see them weekly at first, then they would show up every other week and lately, it been once a month. I have called and left messages (which they never return). I’m not one to write a bad review but these guys have let me down over and over again. Find someone else who actually wants to work.

So far..so VERY good - I have been using Pro Cuts Lawn Service ever since we moved into our house and couldn't be happier. His crew is reliable, friendly and really know their stuff. We recently had them mulch/pine straw the yard and they hit a home run with the job they did, I can't stop looking out my back window. Highly recommended!
