Freedom Lawns Myrtle Beach in Myrtle Beach

I have to praise Mr. Wilburn Clark who has been caring for our lawn for last few years. Our lawn was almost all weeds and now it looks like plush carpet. Mr. Clark stopped by one day a couple of weeks ago because he noticed my lawn looked too dry. He helped me set my sprinkler to the correct setting to water and it looks gorgeous now! I appreciate that he cared enough about my lawn and the reputation of Freedom Lawns to stop and do the right thing. Freedom Lawns has a valued employee in Mr. Wilburn Clark! My husband and I couldn't be happier with the service.

Wesley came out to give me a quote. He sold me on their personal approach, on going training and cost Wilburn Clark, my area manager is great! So friendly, professional, accessible, knowledgeable, couldn’t ask for more Oh yes, the proof is in the puddin. My yard has never looked so good Thank you Clark!

Freedom Lawns was doing a good job and had everything looking good. My rep got moved and now they have a manager doing the route. Its not even close to what I had. The manager didnt ask where my property lines are and missed areas Weed patches started coming in. I showed them to him and he treated some but didnt get them all. He applied fertilizer carelessly and I have streaks in my lawn. I emailed and called but have had difficulty getting the owner out here. I am getting a quote from another company. They have really dropped the ball here. I have contacted them and am still waiting for a return communication. Not my idea of good business practice. According to Nick, the manager, the owner was out in the field and was too busy to speak with me. So Nick suggested that he come out since he was the tech that last serviced my lawn. I agreed but told him to be here before 11 as i had appointments. He never showed (it was Friday and now it's Monday). I called the office this morning and was told Nick was out doing service. The office person said he would contact him. Never heard from them. Another excellent example of poor business practices.

My service rep for Freedom Lawns is Xavier. I mentioned to him that I was having trouble with Oniongrass. He mentioned he had a product on his truck to handle it. He spent at least 20 minutes on my lawn. I would highly recommend this company and especially Xavier for their outstanding service!

I contacted 3 local lawn care services (1 was a national with a local office), only Freedom came out and inspected my lawn and analyzed the soil, the others just emailed a quote. We had our first service performed early this week and I couldn't be happier. Clark explained exactly what was going to happen; can't wait to see the lawn come back to life after previous owners neglected it.

I want to let you know how satisfied I am with Freedom Lawns. Clark is great and knowledgeable as to what my lawn needs. My lawn is looking so much better this year. I should have called Freedom Lawns sooner.

We have never been able to control the weed growth and insect problems encountered on our lawn. The continued services of Freedom Lawn have resolved those issues. Clark always shows up when expected and clearly demonstrates his expert level knowledge. We are glad to have Freedom Lawns respond to our needs.
