UPDATED to FIVE Stars after follow up with Riley. She too care of the discount, apologized for the confusion. I have interacted with Riley in the past when visiting and she has always been helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable about the plants. Thank you Riley!!! They are lucky to have you. Went last Saturday, gate open, truck there, two men on site. Went to office and it was locked. Called and left message that I would come back Monday and left my phone number. Ironically their voicemail said they are open Saturdays. They said they missed that. Underdtood. No call. Went back Monday to purchase as well as a few other plants. Forgot about the 40% discount they posted on their Facebook page. Called but they never answer which based on other reviews is not uncommon. Sent online message - no response. Posted comment on their Facebook page - no response. Perhaps this will get someone’s attention. Not great customer service.
Evergreen was such a pleasure to work with! They came to my house and looked at the yard to make recommendations. They were back the next week to install and gave us all the information we needed to take care of the plants. They also reworked our irrigation system to fully cover the yard. Very pleasant and helpful girls at the nursery too.
I absolutely love this nursery and always shop local. Riley and Kaci are the best and so knowledgeable about the plants. Would never go anywhere else to make my yard beautiful!!!
We visited last year and found a big selection of Agave, which is rare. That was about all we found that visit. We came back last Sat for Agaves and still had an amazing selection of them. I also found a greenhouse full of many types of cactus. So many gorgeous and rarely seen ones. Also had a lot bigger selection of flowers and fruit trees this time. The two ladies working outside were awesome! They answered all questions, friendly and very helpful. Prices were the best around! Thank you for having reasonable pricing. Will definitely be back on our next Myrtle visit! Took a bunch of new cactus babies 4 hours away to Charlotte. :)
I stop by here last year I was looking for some small plants to take back as memories of visiting the state park the place is big they have lots of different plants the staff is really friendly the prices are good and they know their stuff. I Will definitely stop by again once I visit sc
Evergreen Nursery was an amazing one stop plant shop! The team was right on hand to assist, offer advice and point you right towards the greenery you need! The land out is awesome and well done for viewing the plants. I purchased three trees - prices were extremely reasonable. I totally recommend you buy here, with Wade and his team. They also do commercial landscaping! They'll bring it to you, So they know their stuff.
The staff is top notch, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and always available for questions. There's a wonderful array of flowers, shrubs and trees to choose from.
Kristen was very helpful, and checked on me multiple times while I walked around. She suggested appropriate varieties for the locations I was interested in planting, and made sure I had all the information I needed! The grounds were very well stocked, and had many of the exact plants I was looking for! What a lovely nursery!

I highly recommend that no one hires this nursery or their irrigation company Blue Wave. I was put on their work calendar the last week of March for NC River Rock for my landscape beds, a lawn sprinkler system which included a drip system in the landscaping beds. On April 22nd I received a call asking me if I called 811 to mark my property of where utilities lines were. I advised them I did not & Preston promptly said this could delay my project. Why did I hire a landscaping company? Preston called me several more times (4) changing the date that work would begin. Work was suppose to begin April 25th, Preston got his crew there a day early. Great!!! It was a rushed & very sloppy job. The crew did not level out the landscape beds or put landscape fabric down before filling the beds with the rock. It took them from April 24th until May 6th to bring the scope of work up to an acceptable level. They still never leveled out the beds or put landscaping fabric down. They added another 3 yards of rock to complete the job. I still owed them the balance, which was 50% of their original quote. I received 9 calls from Wade (stated as the owner of the nursery) & Preston on May 8th demanding the balance be paid today. Sucks to wait for someone, right Evergreen Nursery? Again, I HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT hire this Nursey for any scope of your landscaping needs. They lack integrity & quality of workmanship.

The driver of Evergreen s truck and trailer almost caused an accident on Bypass 17 today. Horrible and aggressive driving habits are a direct reflection on the business. For this reason, I will never go to Evergreen again.

Purchased 2 sable palms/ installed with hurricane cuts . Was told that the trees would be warranted for 1 year. One sable never grew out of hurricane cut and died. contacted Evergreen. They would not warrantee tree.
Many of the positive reviews were posted 3 years ago and they must ve had a change in staff. I have been several times in the last 6 months. On 3 occasions we have gone on a Saturday afternoon well before the posted closing time and they were not open. Thankfully we were already in the area running errands and didn t make a special trip. When I called to inquire about not being open as posted they just said, well sometimes if we aren t busy we close . They do have a lot of plants well laid out and a good variety but on at least 4 occasions when I have been there no one was out in the yard to answer questions. You have to go back and forth to the office to ask questions. I recently bought 1 gallon liriope from them for $8. We happened to be going to Lowe s from there and the Liriope was also $8 per gallon but the plants were healthier and 2 x the size. The only reason I went to Evergreen today was because Lowe s is out of Liriope. There was one young lady who is very pleasant and tried to be helpful (but again no one out in the yard to help) on this occasion and on another outing there but her knowledge on basic plant information is limited. Today she had to ask another young lady who was back in the office for plant information and I had to yell out the name of the plant. Too many details for this review but she was clearly irritated I was asking a question. When she finally came out to the counter I asked her if she was the one giving information and again she was very unpleasant as if a paying customer was a bother to her and told me I had an attitude. This middle aged lady with much customer service experience will not be returning to this nursery to be berated by a 20 something year old with an attitude. I will take my money elsewhere.
Happy we had our choice of some newly delivered stock. Competitive pricing and more affordable now than PD on 544. Added bonus is the yellow lab!

Recently had a Palm tree delivered & installed. Excellent quality, Ken and hos team are very nice. Placed the Palm tree right where we wanted it. Very pleasant folks to work with - highly recommended - two suggestions : Call the day of(first thing), call when you are 30 minutes out - leave an after care document relative to Palm care, watering, etc. Otherwise well done! Bought a palmetto palm from Evergreen about two years ago. It has flourished in our wet subdivision due to the expertise of the Evergreen personnel. Highly recommended.
Great selection, the staff really trys to educate you on the item you bought (palms are a mystery to me). Plan to go back for more (sadly their parking sucks though)...

I have visited twice to arrange a major landscaping project. I was promised calls and site visits. Nothing ever happened. I will spend my money elsewhere.
The staff was very friendly. I was overwhelmed of how many Zz plants they had considering Ive been searching for this specific plant and I was able to pick out the perfect one. I dont remember her name but she gave me good tips on how to help make my decision better. Thank you. Hope to come back again next time when Im visiting the area.

I purchased three Sabel Palms to be delivered and installed in my back yard. This is the first time that I have used this company and I have to say that, at first, I was disappointed that they didnt meet their delivery date. However, after communicating with them, I was told that they would be out the next day to get the job done. About 10 days later, the crew arrived on time and installed the palm trees. The trees were installed on a slope without any bracing. One of the trees started exhibiting brown fronds about 6-7 months later. The condition got progressively worst despite proper feeding and watering. I am currently struggling to get them to correct the problem. Im concerned because Ive read some reviews about the lack of integrity of this business! I have plans to purchase extensive landscaping, but for now, I have two other companies in mind!

Evergreen Landscaping takes care of the office building where I work. We do not have to contact them for any for any reason. They show up on time and the grounds look beautiful. Wade is a pleasure to work with. Our FSA office always looks nice and welcoming.
Evergreen Landscaping and Nursery is the top company in Myrtle Beach in my book. Not only are they very responsive, but they also are very knowledgeable AND genuinely care about their customers. I recently bought two Sabal Palmetto Trees from Evergreen for my wife for Valentines Day. They had an impressive selection to choose from and Scott (Lanscaping Manager) was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the product. Scott worked with my schedule and delivered the trees on time (morning of Valentine s Day). Scott gave his professional opinion where he though the trees would look best installed as I had a general area as to where I wanted them planted but wasn t completely sure. Scott and his crew hand dug the holes with care to not damage any burried irrigation pipes and very meticulously positioned the trees to make sure they were perfectly vertical with no lean. Before leaving, Scott made sure I understood how to care for the trees so I could have the best looking palms in the neighborhood for years to come. Needless to say, my wife was very surprised and overjoyed when she got home and found her Valentine s Day gifts. The Sabals really do make a huge difference to our Landacaping. Wade (owner) really knows how to run a business. He and his employees care about their customers and they stand behind their products and services. I will definitely be using them for all my landscaping needs from here on out (mulch, flowers, bushes, etc).

Wonderful people to work with Have used them twice Once to plant a large palm tree and shrubs Quality of plants is outstanding Arrived at scheduled time left everything perfect. Second time was for 10yards of mulch to be delivered and spread-they did a fabulous job and left my yard perfect .

I have purchased palm trees and had them installed on two different Occasions and have been very happy with the service however when I had one small job of placing stone around some recently planted trees I was put on the back burner took two calls to find out that there is no date scheduled to complete was very disappointed in this
