Beach Landscaping was phenomenal to work with. They are very responsive and punctual. Tyler worked with us on a design and was very accommodating to our needs. The crew was very professional and skilled. They laid plywood on my lawn to move the materials to ensure the lawn was not damaged. They cleaned up the job site at the end of each day. Matt, one of the owners of Beach Landscaping assisted me from beginning to end of my landscape project. His knowledge of plants, shrubs, and trees was extremely helpful in planning. This was a pretty extensive project requiring landscape repair from a pool renovation and also adding new plantings for the entire yard. Also included was irrigation and low voltage lighting. It was very nice to have all three of these services taken care with just one company. I will definitely use them for any future projects.

Matt and Carlee were a pleasure to work with. Both were very knowledgable about the plants that would work best in my yard. Beach Landscaping is the absolute best on all levels. From the moment you meet to plan, thru the building and final phase the entire team ensures all expectations are met. The masons are genius!! a skill that at this level is hard to find. The entire team were very pleasant, always a manager at site with owner stopping by at the start and end of day which gave me peace of mind; And patience with my design modifications. They got one star for their ability to fix the problems. I used their company to put the mulch . They did pretty good job in the front . That said , it is awful in the back. I called them couple times , talked to somebody with no farther actions. It is there simple and easy fix. If you do the job , do it right!!!! Funny thing I am trying to fill out the complaint with BBB , there is no company exist with this name . So I wonder if they are licensed . Well , I a sure I will look into it and call BBB and try figure it out, and then call who is responsible for issuing the license and report them. . Good luck !

I truly hate to post bad reviews but sadly we must. We contacted Beach Landscaping to come and give us a quote to trim our palm trees. They came out and we finally received a quote. Agreeing with the quote we tried to schedule an appointment. After several calls and a few weeks later we got an appointment ! Happy day. We were given an appointment two weeks out. ( August 26,2022) After waiting most of the day we called the office and inquired as to a time they would be coming ,we were told 3pm to 330. Sadly no one showed up for the appointment. We called and left a message to no avail As of this morning August 28, 2022 still no call..We can try to understand employee shortage , but to not communicate and not care is another issue. Everyone can give a business a great score, but to us when you stop caring about the customer we will no longer do business with that company. We have waited weeks to get our trees taken care of and to have a landscaping company that we can count on as permanent customers. This will not be our chosen company .

We use Beach for a regular lawn maintenance. We have also used them for landscape project work. For every project they have given a detailed estimate and a prompt scheduling. Their crews show up on time and work in a professional and efficient manner. They check up along to way from estimate to completion to make sure I am pleased with the work, and correct anything that might not be how I expected. Communication is exceptional. We continue to use Beach Landscaping services because they are a dependable, exceptional company

Matt & crew have always been there to help out. When my husband had trouble with the irrigation & where the water was pointing - his crew knew where to lay it & point it. We also wanted to get rid of the mulch & finish up the stone edging when my husband couldnt do it anymore... they finished the edging & also laid the stone in our beds. Looks great! They showed up to give us an estimate on the day and time they said they would be there, they showed up to do the project when they were supposed to be there. That s hard to find these days. Beach Landscaping did some overdue clean up and trimming for me. Additionally, they installed beautiful borders around my rock and mulch beds. Not only are the beautiful, but they are also functional. They will go a long way to hold in the mulch from washing away. The crew was polite and very efficient. They cleaned up after they were done. After a SUPER SUCCESSFUL replacement of sod in a very large area of our yard last year, my husband and I met with Matt and Mike today for a quote on residential landscaping upgrades and also for lawn treatment on trouble spots. We reached out to Beach Landscaping again this year because their entire process, their work product, and their team is so professional and they continue to inspire confidence in a job done right and in a timely manner.

Professional and truly the best in Myrtle Beach. Mike and his crew came to my house to remove all of the pine straw and replace it with black mulch and also installed a beautiful palm tree. They did a phenomenal job and we will definitely be using them for all of our lawn care needs in the future!

Company was delayed for several weeks (due to severe weather, no problem) and was backed up. Couldnt get them out there when weather cleared because they were so backed up and finally called another company to service my lawn. The new company came next day and did a fantastic job. Beach Landscaping showed up the very next day and serviced my freshly manicured lawn and sent me a bill. I let them know that they took several weeks to respond with no communication so finally hired a different company that was there the day prior and no service was needed and wasnt sure why they billed me. Later, when I asked them to come back again, the owner argued with me in very emotional texts stating that he believed his workers over me and would no longer service my lawn. I love supporting small businesses and had used this company for years and also referred this business as often as I could. Unfortunately with this small business comes with an owner with a chip on his shoulder and lack of professionalism.

Mark came out yesterday, by himself, and trimmed all the bushs around our home BETTER THAN WE HAVE EVER HAD IT DONE!! He was very professional, and made sure each bush was just right. My hat off to a true man of intrigued, a TRUE PROFESSIONAL!!

I truly have to say I feel bad for my landlord he gets screwed each month using this company!!! They do not show up but every once and a while,( monthly contract)sometimes not coming for over 6 weeks or more, summer time grass was calf high before they came to mow. Now only coming to blow leaves in front yard and leaving all the leaves on the side yard and back yard. I actually called to complain and was told because of dog waste which is from my neighbors dog( as we do not have one) they dont like to do work in it. Funny thing is there is not too much waste that my kids cant play back there!! Just lazy and do not have any pride in there work. Watched one worker pick up a sledg hammer that was left under my trampoline start walking off with it until i said excuse me that is mine and he dropped it. It was not in the way of him doing his work at all. Would never recommend !!!!
