Josh is a friendly tech and does the job right checking our termite bait stations. We have high clay content which makes pulling the bait to check its condition extremely difficult. We previously used a national brand company which did a very poor job of checking the stations - usually skipping checking the bait if it was too hard to pull out of the ground. Josh is just the opposite. He ensures each station is properly checked and the bait is in good condition to continue using. Nov 2023 Review: Josh always does the job right whether the job is treating the lawn or servicing the termite stations. I know if Josh shows up, the job will always be done right. Thanks Josh... Dec 2024 Review: We added pest control services from Champion Pest and Lawn and they are now our full-service company for pest and weed control. We specifically ask for Josh for the termite bait stations and pest treatment services because we know he will give us top tier service every time. We would ask for Josh to do the weed treatment also but he unfortunately no longer performs that service. Thanks again Josh for the years of excellent service you have given us.

We had a particularly pesky and persistent racoon in our attic. Champion Pest and Lawn were more persistent than the racoon. They were able to remove the critter and seal up the entry point into our attic. The company did an excellent job from start to finish. The office folks were very helpful and professional. The wildlife technician, Josh, was amazing. He was super friendly, professional, and hard working. We were so pleased with the company from top to bottom, we signed up for lawn care with them.

My home has had moles, gophers for several years. Other previous services companies rendered and guaranteed their work, but the critters only returned; worse. They were under the slab foundation. Nothing seemed to work. Then, I called Champion. They sent Gary. ABSOLUTELY WITHOUT A DOUBT, he actually did something to rid me of these destructive creatures. Amazing. Absolutely recommend Champion. To summarize, the name Champion, lives up to the name.

We started using Champion about 6 months ago when we heard something in the attic. They were able to quickly come out to assess the situation and come up with a game plan. Josh at Champion is the man! Crystal clear communication excellent customer service and my lawn has never looked better!

I rented my house for a year and a half, only to move back home to find spiders, mice, ants and (yes you guessed it!) bed bugs! I was frantic to say the least! I called Champion and Brandon was at my property within 24 hours to thoroughly inspect and, unfortunately, confirm my worst fear although, luckily, I had spotted the problem pretty early on. Brandon recommended Champions 3 treatment remedy, talked me through exactly what they would do each time they came out, he even explained all of the chemical combinations they use to treat such a worrisome pest and answered my MANY questions with a smile (Im pretty sure he laughed at me once because I was so panicked :). The Champion team sent me a prep list, which was a lot to contend with but with a pest like this you have to take every step seriously and then their team got right to work and we had the 1st treatment within 72 hours of Brandons inspection and I saw positive results after the very first treatment. Thank goodness! Both technicians that Ive met so far have been friendly and knowledgeable and willing to answer my barrage of ongoing questions and concerns. So I have now changed ALL of my pest control needs to Champion from this point forward! Thank you so much for being patient with me during my crisis and for being so friendly and willing to explain every little detail to me so I can rest easier.

Champion does a great job of eliminating pests. Josh has been to our house quite a bit over several years and always makes sure that we are bug and mosquito free. They are a good price compared to others.

I was a little skeptical given my previous experiences with pest control companies. But I hired Champion to take care of my termites in my dining room window. They recommended the centricon? I believe that s the name and scheduled a follow up to come check the stations a couple months later. When they came back they had completely eliminated the issue as well as now I have ongoing protection on my home against termites. 10/10 recommend this company!

Champion is the easiest pest company Ive ever worked with (and Ive had a COUPLE) . Their techs are consistent knowledgeable and not afraid to get the 15lb possums your dogs have been barking at out of your crawlspace.

We ve had this company come out and spray our property quarterly for an almost two years now. They are a pleasure to work with and always are accommodating of our busy schedule. Awesome customer service. On time and the rep (Josh) answered all my questions about the chemicals they use. Really like that they sprayed our yard without the green dye that gets all over everything!!

Josh did an excellent job spraying our yard. As this was our first treatment and it is a winter pretreat I ll have to wait to see how the chemicals work. I noticed they didn t use the green dye. If I hadn t watch him apply it, I wouldn t have known it had been treated, but for the yard sign. But, I like not having the dye that tracks into the house. At the same time, it was clear that Josh made sure to overlap the spray. He was great at explaining what he was doing and why.

Weve used Champion Pest & Lawn for almost six months now. Ive been very impressed with their technicians and the service they provide. Our appointment was scheduled for 11:00 -1:00 today. My doorbell rang at straight up 11:00am!! Theyve always been on-time or even a few minutes early! A service that seems unheard of anymore. While Ive never written a review before, I feel the need to regarding Champion Pest Solutions and the excellent service they provide. Throughout the years, we have dealt with numerous pest control companies (large and small) trying to address the varied and numerous issues faced on our acreage in East Norman. None have ever come close to to the quality of service provided, the attention to detail shown and their professional and knowledgeable staff.... not to mention the results we seen! Hands down.. these guys are the very best and we couldn t be happier!

Today I got my initial service done by Shevell and he was absolutely amazing! He was so nice and walked me through everything. He asked me what my concerns were. If we had any mice since I live in new construction. He was super knowledgeable and my dog LOVED him haha. He gave me his card and said that if I need him to come out again for any concerns that I did not presently have to just give him a call. Most of all though is even though he was professional he was SUPER personable and did not make me feel like I was just another transaction. This is something that keeps me coming back as a customer and builds that loyalty. Highly recommend!

Got a roach removal service from Josh and Shevell, and the experience was wonderful. They were on time and finished the job in a timely manner asked us questions and answered all guestions I had. They were friendly and kind. 10/10 would recommend!

We had Josh out a few weeks ago for Roach control and Shevell today for a followup treatment. Both men explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it. They listened to all we had to say and even explained what next steps for us would be. The quality of service compared to other pest controls I have had in the past is outstanding! 11/10 i will recommend to everyone who asks. Also champion is easy on the customers pockets as well.

Amazing service.

This was our first time to use Champion Pest and Lawn. We were pleased with Shevell. He was very thorough and professional as well as personable. He not only sprayed, but put out granules to help with our ant problem. He cleaned off wasp nests and spider webs, too. He explained how the ants will take the granules back to the nest to the queen. We appreciate all his information and good work!

We had Mr. Shevell Taylor from Champion Pest & Lawn service our house, garage, and porches today. Hes been out the last two visits and is always thorough and courteous. I certainly recommend this business to others who are interested in a preventative pest control service.

I was a bit skeptical at first because they didnt leave any traps or plug the holes and left only bait stations, but on the 2 week follow up, there werent any more mice running around and none had died in the walls like Iwass worried about. The technician, Shevell Taylor, was very professional, very thorough and plugged all of the holes that we knew of (including the one behind the dryer). I would definitely recommend Champion Pest & Lawn if you have mice! So glad I dont any more. :)

Ive had Champion for just shy of a year now and Im super impressed with how they conduct themselves. Every service feels like Im the only customer they have. Shevell has been our tech an he goes over how the liquid works whats in it and what it effects. He goes over every surface inside and out and listens to any and all issues and adapts his strategy on the fly to deal with any and all pests you may have. Im super happy to have lucked into champion and will recommend them to anyone at anytime!

I have used them in the past and they recently help my buddy with some issues. They do amazing service and I would highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed

9-14-22: Exterminator arrived on time. Was very pleasant. Sprayed for mosquitos. Informed me of other potential unwanted critters to watch for. I paid him and he left. He was very nice. 9-27-22: Shevell arrived on time, did his job professionally and even added a little more mosquito spray when I mentioned that I had experienced some baby mosquitos after he sprayed for them a few weeks ago. Very polite and anxious to please. A keeper! 1-2-23: Gary arrived on time, was very pleasant, & performed his services efficiently. *****

I have received a strange phone call from Champion. I called back and finally was able to reach someone after being hung up on twice. They denied calling. This is the second time there has been phone issues.. Not professional.

EDIT: owner called me and was willing to do whatever he could to make it right. So I m changing my review for the courtesy and professionalism. Original complaint: Spray didn t work for more than a couple weeks. I have ant problems, I was told by the initial person who set up my appointment and the 1st person who sprayed, my problem would be taken care of. But it didn t even put a dent in the ants. 2nd people to come spray told me i would need to spend a lot more money to fix my problem. They either lied to me to get my money, or they don t really know what they are talking about. Maybe I m just the outlier since everyone seems to like these guys.

Update: Still with them 2 years later, still great, now have more people and still great service! Will continue with them as long as we live in Oklahoma! So glad Angies list reccomend them! Sam was awesome, and super friendly, they will be coming out to spray for us every other month. I highly recommend them!

Josh performed our service on this day and like all the times before he was very knowledgeable, kind and efficient. After I mentioned some hornets had started nesting in our backyard he was able to treat for them and to contact them if I noticed any more activity. I can always expect the best service from this company and every one I have ever interacted with only puts a better light on the company.
