Had what I needed, but expensive, helpful staff
Link’s Lawn Equipment is my favorite place to buy our equipment. Brian and his staff are not only very helpful, but they are genuinely AMAZING people with a servants heart.
Brought in a log splitter for evaluation and to fix Kohler engine under warranty. Was told there is a $25 evaluation fee. A week later when i called to double check if its ready they could not tell anything yet. Next day they call and say it is fixed and want to charge me $125 with providing bunch of excuses as to why its not covered. Thank you for not providing me any information before proceeding with the repair and just charging me more without my authorization. Thats why i am giving 1 star. Work on setting better expectations and treat customers with respect and transparency! I must add here that when i came to pick up my machine, the owner was acting like a total DOUCHE, very rude and unprofessional. Disputing what you charged me without ever mentioning a word about it and reporting your business to BBB. Literally the worst customer experience ever.
First off I do not own or work for a landscaping company. I have bought several pieces of equipment here though. I have never had anything but a good experience. The people here are some of the best around by far. They know the equipment and won't sell you something you don't need. I have always been taken care of and treated with respect anytime I've been in there and it is frequent. I would highly recommend Links to anyone that needs any equipment period.
I’ve used Link’s for more than 10 years, I’m not sure on the time line, and I’m satisfied with their services. I used them before they moved to their current Mustang location. They are well stocked and if they don’t have a part, they will order it for you.
Went in today to find a mower and the family atmosphere and service was incredible. The gentleman that sold me my mower had great recommendations and help me disassemble the handle to get it into my midsize SUV. Used it as soon as I got home and it works like a dream!!!
Called and ask if they sharpen chainsaw chains, they said yes but may have to wait on the weekends if they are busy. No problem, I removed the chains drove up there 15 minutes later, 2 hours before they close, and they told me they can’t sharpen them because they don’t have anyone working in back. Don’t waste your time getting service on the weekends.
Fast service (and lots of help) from a friendly knowledgeable staff member. Purchased my 1st ever chain saw (Stihl). Spending time reading the manual now.

Been doing business with Links since 2017. Bought an Exmark zero turn and a Stihl chain saw from them. Had my mother-in-laws Toro worked on there also. I wouldnt go anywhere else for parts or service. Always friendly knowledgeable and helpful.
They are fantastic people who take great care of their customers, and their equipment.

Absolutely the best lawn mower equipment place in the metro. From sales, to service they excel at it. Have purchased lawn mower and weed eater from them. They always have great service and have even picked up my lawn mower for service when my trailer was down.
They are a good local family company.
Took 3 mins to help me last time was told there is NO free time to help me again.. Only spent $3,000+ last year here though
After getting the worst customer service at another equipment company I came to Links and was treated like I had been coming there for years. The guys really know their stuff and answered all my dumb questions. In and out in 20 maybe 30 minutes with a brand new ZTR mower. Best big mower purchase by far.
How long are you going to be closed on Saturdays? I had to buy a generic bar & chain at TSC because you were closed.

I went in to buy a new Toro zero turn mower. These guys are great. Austin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated the personal attention he gave me. The slight savings you might get at a big box store in no way makes up for the expertise and experience you get with these folks. The product selection far exceeds anything youll find at a corporate type store. Couldnt be happier with the people at Links and I love my new mower!!

I own a lawn maintenance company and I ve dealt with a lot of lawn equipment places. Links lawn equipment is by far the best place and people I ve ever worked with. They have the best customer service I ve ever seen and are very knowledgable on the equipment they sell and service. I won t buy from anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

Friendly and can always help me troubleshoot my lawnmower and get parts easily. Price may be slighter higher than buying online but you can walk out with it in hand in most cases.
This is a good honest fair and knowledgeable company. Top notch place. Everybody seems to be very knowledgeable in their field. place is clean and well stocked. Pricing is comparable to other places in the area and out of the area from what I found. And they stand behind there work. If you need something and they do not have it on hand they will get it for you asap. What more could you ask for. Maybe free coffee and donuts lol.
They arent professional, they use non factory parts,they just put stuff together with junk they have laying around the shop. I was given a price and when I showed up to pick up my product it was $35 more than I was originally told. I tried to save time by using a local shop. Ill never do that again.Ill drive to Tulsa before I let these yahoos touch anything that belongs to me again!!!!!!!!!!
