When first responders such as fire trucks and an ambulance are coming at you with their lights and sirens going, you pull over and stop. Not slow down, not almost stop, you actually stop. Hopefully they were only delayed getting to your loved ones home. Teach your employees they are Not more important than an actual first responder answering an emergency call!

My yard & lawn looks amazing. They've brought it back from more dirt and weeds to a lush green carpet. They are quick to send help when I have any issue, yard or snow removal.

I realize that this is the busiest time of the year for landscapers, and waited patiently for my yard to get started! I am so glad that I waited because once they started, they did not stop and we and the neighbors are extremely happy with the results! I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

I became frustrated with the response to my request for service, but I understand companies are short staffed and struggle also. They reached out to me today and said the owner of the company will be here tomorrow, Saturday, so I appreciate that they are doing their best to satisfy my needs and I will continue to do business with them

Landscaping project was scheduled,then rescheduled,over a month after the second rescheduled date I woke up to an enormous pile of river rock in my driveway unannounced,it sat there for 5 days prior to another unscheduled beginning of the landscaping project. My front yard was driven on with huge wheel ruts left behind,a little unfiltered dirt and a few handfuls of seed where the fix? Even tried to schedule leaf removal after this,no show. They might be able to put on lawn chemicals but otherwise I would not recommend them,all done.

Covid 19 is affecting everyone, keep our Muskegon businesses going. Scheduling and back ups caused some discomfort but the GM chuck is a no BS guy and is honest and straight forward. I did have some disappointments but understandable with the times. They are trying to please every customer and doing everything they can to meet the services needs. I am giving 5 stars to the customer service and honesty, the sprinkle valve placement did not end up where we wanted them but too late they are in the ground and green grass is the most important. I highly recommend but keep in mind patients and communications are needed during these times, they are busy and doing the best they can to please every customer.

When Tyler, the owner, came out and gave us a quote we were very excited about the plans and price we discussed. Unfortunately, that's where the excitement ended. The crew showed up 2.5 days after they were supposed to start and nobody bothered to call and tell us they would be late, we had to call to find out why they weren't there. We never got an actual design plan until the day they finally started the work and it was a rough hand drawn sketch, which the crew didn't actually follow. When they did come, most of them were obviously very inexperienced and spent a lot more time taking smoke breaks (and leaving their cigarette butts in our yard) than actually working. They promised our patio, back yard landscaping, hydroseeding, irrigation, and front yard landscaping would all be finished before our son's grad party in the summer of 2018. They finished the patio and did some of the landscaping but ran out of time and the rest of the crew was running behind on other jobs so the rest of the job had to wait until the week after the party. When everything was finally done there were a lot of rocks left behind under the hydroseed where the grass never grew and several plants died. The plants are all randomly thrown in and there is no actual design. We are so disappointed that a so-called professional company stands behind this as their quality work! We were told that the plants were all under a 1 yr warranty. I've been trying to get them to come out and replace the dead/dying plants for weeks and keep getting blown off. Chuck, the general manager, came out and looked at our concerns. He told me that we basically got more than our money's worth because he would have charged a lot more for what we got. He said he could have his design girl, Hannah, see if she could find a way to fix the design. He also said that the company will replace the plants that died, he said that's why they charge more for the plants in the first place. So we basically paid more on all plants on the chance that some might die and need to get replaced. Sadly, NOTHING has been done because Chuck will promise to call by a certain time or by a certain day and then I won't hear back for weeks until I finally call him again. I would highly recommend choosing another company if you want a professionally done landscaping job done in a timely manner.

They've provided 3 services for me They did a great job on a spring clean up a year ago so I contracted them for the nextcfall and spring clean up. They didn't do the fall clean up until after the first snow, and only cleaned up where the snow had melted. Only a partial job for which they charged full price. In the spring they missed raking leaves in 3 places, causing the grass to die under them. The also missed mowing a large section. I wasn't present for the last 2 services but was for the first so it seems they only do a quality job when supervised by the homeowner. They also charge a premium price. I recommend that you stay away from these guys.
