Red Tail Lawn Maintenance in Muskego

Absolutely the worst!!! Billed for work that was never completed. Over promises and way way under delivers. Had them for our apartments, trees and bushes trimmed, but never finished the work. Bushes left, half done. They were supposed to weed and never did. When brought up to them all they did was spray the weeds, but never pulled any. I brought this up to them several times. With promises that they would make it right, but never did. I’m very patient but I will never use them again. I wouldn’t suggest that you would either.

My advice? Ask for Jake. Best and brightest worker at the place.

Driver flipped us off while failing to merge on a one lane street, failed to signal as well.

Very poor service. I would give them a 1/2 star if I could. They do not bide with their contracts. Snow removal especially sucks. Snow was to be removed by 6 am, this is a business they were plowing, they finally show up at 11 am. The staff had to shovel the parking lot for the wheelchairs could make it in & out of the building to go for kidney dialysis, etc. Nome of the doors were shoveled by 6 am per there contract. The car stops are still in the grass from plow trucks. They said they were coming to move them a month ago. When they did decide to cut the grass, the sidewalks were left with grass all over them. No trimming of trees or bushes were done, per the contract. Needless to say they are not back this year or will they ever be back. Very poor communication. We let them go via e-mail & they replied with OK. I could say more but my fingers are getting sore.
