Had this service for 8 seasons, this year it is my job to cut the grass. Not happy with all that weeds I am seeing. Called to tell them and was told they would respray for free. Back in June or my 3rd treatment, I had 11 burn patches, I called was told it was too soon to treat them. I asked if someone could come out and look at my lawn, the weeds and the burn spots, was told too soon to come out. All I wanted was for anyone to see my lawn. No one came out. Was told that Ryan would come out 1st or second week of August to put top soil and seed down. The day I was told that Ryan was coming out to put the seed and top soil down I had another treatment. No Ryan, told this to Donavan and he said that he had seed and top soil. I said to him that I am so done with naturescape, he said if I promise to come out and do your last 2 treatments and put the seed down would I reconsider staying with them I said yes. He said so what do you want me to do. I said I didnt care what he did, so he left without putting the seed down.

Customer experience with Naturescape was excellent. Appointments for lawn work were scheduled and kept. Very happy with service.

We have two properties that we have sprayed for Mosquitoes. 1st is a business and we pay for 19,000 sq ft of spray and the 2nd is our personal property and we pay for 10,000 sq ft sprayed. Naturscapes website states they offer a Guarantee for this service: The Naturescape® Guarantee Your Naturescape® specialist is committed to making you happy with our service and your lawn and landscape. If you are not completely satisfied with the results of our services or you have any questions or concerns, please call your area branch office and we will be happy to take care of them free of charge within 72 hours. I called on 7/29/24 to have our personal property resprayed and 8/1/24 to have our business resprayed as the mosquitoes were so bad we could not be outside. When no service has been provided by 8/5/24 I called again and was told that they would try to have someone come out by the following week. This is well beyond their 72 hour guarantee so I asked to be contacted by a manager. When I had heard nothing from the company I called again on 8/8/24 and again asked for a a manager to call me. I received a call late in the day on 8/8/24 from an Angie who promised she would be looking into this and provide a resolution and date of the respray service by 8/9/24. It is 8/12/24 and I have yet to hear back or have the service provided. Since this company has not stood up to the GUARANTEE that they offer I want a refund for this service at both properties.

We previously had TruGreen for our lawn service. Even though we were long term customers the price steadily went up while the appearance of our lawn went down. When I told them we were switching to a different company, they offered to meet that pricing which made me question their business approach and loyalty to long term customers. Switched to NatureScape, have better pricing/service and our lawn looks great again. I highly recommend them if you re looking for a new lawn service.

Good pricing and many different things to choose from. Lawn service is just ok and we still have weeds that I need to spot treat on my own. Treatments are also uneven and have had some burn spots due to leaving the machine in one location too long.

Naturescape sprayed my neighbors lawn on a very windy day. The spray blew into my yard on all of my pollinator garden plants and into my home for myself, my family and pets to breathe in. Aren t we past spraying toxic chemicals into our already imperiled environment?

For 5 years we tried to get our lawn heathy and looking good. It really didnt seem to be fruitful. we decided to try Naturescape. The difference was noticeable within a few months. We been loyal customers now since 2011 and receive many compliments on our very nice looking lawn. Additionally, if you have pets or small children, they are very good about calling in advance of lawn applications or working with your schedule if you may not want chemicals present during an event or a babysitting gig or whatever. I would recommend giving them a try. I dont think youll be disappointed.

Used them for 2022, renewing for 2023. They are always punctual and the lawn was mowed cleanly.

They never cut the grass short enough. And they ALWAYS miss big patches of grass. My yard looks terrible

This was my first experience with the lawn cutting. They (Aaron) did a excellent job especially trimming between the bushes and the edging. Cindy

First time in our lives, we hired a lawn service since my husband was having major surgery in August. Naturescape said that they would come out every 7-10 days to cut unless extremely dry, which it was not! It was contracted that they would call the morning of arrival, which they NEVER did. First cutting was Aug. 9. They did a decent job at that time. After my husbands surgery, HE had to call to inquire about another cutting as the lawn was very long! This was 3 weeks after the first cutting! A pleasant young man came out & explained to me that he stopped out twice & knocked on our door & we didnt answer. First of all, we have dogs who bark & they didnt Secondly, we have doorbell cameras on our phones & there is no indication of anyone from the company ever at our door!! At this appointment, the young man said that he went over our lawn 3x because of the length & when he was finished, I asked him why it was still so long & he replied that a person doesnt want to cut it too short. We are very disappointed as we thought that this would be a very reliable company, especially, when my husband is unable to do this task at this time. Going forward....our neighbor has offered to mow our lawn.....

I had my bed sheets hanging outside when Benjamin came to cut our lawn.I quickly tried to take them down.When he came around to do the trimming he saw the sheets gone and went back to get his machine to come and cut that area.Very considerate of him.

We have used NatureScape for lawn care since 2018 and very satisfied with their service especially the liquid lawn nutrients and weeds killer. Sometimes if there were heavy rain after the apply they will reapply for keeping the quantity of service. Strongly recommend.

My family has used Naturescape since I was a kid, so my husband and I used it for our home. Our lawn, along with my family s lawns have been progressively worsening over the past few years. I called several weeks ago to have someone come look at our lawn because it s loaded with weeds and crabgrass, along with bare and dead patches everywhere. I called 2 more times after that being promised someone would be out to look at our lawn later that week. Nothing. Finally I called to cancel after neighbors told us we should get a lawn service since they ve seen us weeding all spring. Not sure where the quality went, but our lawn looks horrible. We will find another service going forward. Our neighbors have beautiful yards.

Brian, New Berlin I hate to give a bad review but NatureScape has gone down hill. I have used this service for 16 years and I do not feel that they are living up to their printed slogan on the information sheet, 100% committed to Customer Satisfaction since 1986. or Satisfaction Completely Guaranteed . They came out to do our lawn on 3-11-2022 at which time our lawn was full of snow so there was no way they could do my full yard. As Spring has arrived, I had to call because my yard was full of dandelions, they said they would come and do an early application. They ever came. So I called a week or two later, they said they were sorry. I was told they would come last Thursday for sure. So.. Thursday came and I saw a NatureScape truck in my neighborhood, so I drove over to see if he was coming to my house but he said he just doing mosquito spraying. He did however take my information and said he would call to make sure they would come. I called NatureScape to see what time they would be here and was told about noon. I called NatureScape back at 2:30 and was told they wouldnt be there today because they were not in my area but they would come next week. Again they never came. So another call was made and was told they are not coming back. They said I only paid for 1 application however I paid $334.00 for the full year. Again they said Sorry but they would look into it. I asked to talk to a boss or supervisor but they could only say they were sorry that no one could talk to me that someone would call me back at their convenience, but this took days for a response from them. I am finally done with NatureScape bad service. They are lazy on the phone, managers dont call back for days and will not give back my full refund for the year. I give them a ZERO. I really feel they are not living up to their 100% Committed to Customer Satisfaction since 1986 or Satisfaction Completely Guaranteed promise written on their information sheet. It is hard to believe they would treat paying customers in this way. Save your money, call a better service.

Not satisfied! Weeds continue to come up. Not a good look at all.

Called numerous times regarding weeds and it took many weeks for them to come out to treat in early summer. Clover is now all over the yard and its been two weeks since calling. They appeared to care and stated they will be out day; actions speak louder than words. I will update this post as we progress through the rest of this year should service improve. Hoping not have to change service.

I had an infestation of weeds probably related to the dry conditions. I called Linda at the Muskego branch with my concerns. She addressed them immediately and within three days I had one of their professional applicators (Justin) out here taking care of the problem. Two weeks later he was back for my regularly scheduled application. Looks like problem solved. Polite, courteous and professional service, top to bottom. Thank you, Linda, Justin and NatureScape! We have used Naturescape for 13 years. Our lawn always looks lush and healthy despite having neighbors whose dandelions blow around. Naturescape is responsive when there is any issue, and takes measures to correct. We wouldn t keep them if the service lacked.

My grass was not looking good after being treated and I was intending on going with another company. It was brown and had way too many weeds considering I was using a Lawn weed control company! If the service provider(Christopher Cope) had not stopped what he was doing to come talk to me and explain why the lawn was not looking good, I would have canceled with Naturescape. He even came out a month later on another service call to check to see how my lawn was looking and to offer advise. I will stay with Naturescape and Hopefully the other technicians can learn from his caring work attitude.

We have used Naturescape for several years and our lawn looks great. Never have to worry that it will be done on time. will continue to use them. Did the Mosquito control for the first time this year and I have to say it seriously cut down on the mosquito takes and we really got to enjoy our backyard this year.

I paid for the 4 Mosquito application this past spring and no one would show up to spray. At the end of each month I had to contact Naturescape to ask if someone was coming out to spray. Only after I reached out, they would send someone out a few days later. Its now Sept and Ive only received 3 sprays this summer. They game me the following options: to have an Oct application, not do an Oct application and use the cost of the last spray towards next years applications, or take a refund of the last application. Im taking a refund as Ill be taking my business elsewhere next year.

Naturescape Muskego is by far the best option for weed control in the area. Their prices are the best and their service is top-notch. Plus, unlike other services (cough, TruGreen, cough) they wont spam you with constant calls trying to sell you on services you neither need nor want. I would highly recommend Naturescape!

As always they did a fantastic job! They are available to answer any questions and easy to get ahold of!

They charge you $66 to mow your lawn. They are also supposed to trim and make it look decent. Ive had to call twice now complaining about the fact that they miss doing the ditch on the property. And they also miss trimming certain areas of the yard. The first time when they sent the original guy everything was awesome. Since then theyve had three or four different people and everybody forgets to do something. An 8 year old with a push mower and a weed wacker could do a better job.

They work with you well when you need them. Great customer service especially the ladies in the office.

My first experience and it was not great. I have to tell the guy he needs to cut the grass from hill and he totally ignored, then he called his boss and then finished mowing, however there were spots where mowing was not done I showed him that grass is atleast 2 inches long from patio and he needs to cut it....

Staff is always on time. Staff is professional. Naturescape provides my lawn great weed control. I have also had no mosquitoes in my yard this year with their mosquito control. I will use them for my yard and landscaping needs again in 2022.

We are very happy with the service Naturescape has provided. We have used a couple of other providers in the past with results that were not good. Our lawn hasnt looked this good in years! We would recommend Naturescape to anyone who wants their lawn to look better.

They were recommended by may family. So I decided to go with them. Our lawn looked like a mud field, many bare spots. They came out and after the first treatment yard is looking really good. They are prompt and courteous. Definitely would recommend.

Mr.McCann did an outstanding job with our yard cleanup. McCann was very caring and professional. Mr.Connor did a great job with the aeration of our yard. I was pleasantly surprised. Both of these young men are hard working professionals.

We experienced some difficulties and dissatisfaction with our service last season and part of the current season. We contacted Naturescape several times by email and phone. They listened to our complaints and worked very diligently to successfully resolve our issues. For this reason, we will remain customers.

Have called for a supervisor to stop by to let me know that all the weeds still in my lawn after 2 years of service are acceptable. Still crickets. The workers are there and doing their jobs though. Just can t motivate the management to care. So, time to move on. You may have other experience, but mine is not good.

Last time I asked them to clean properly as I fall down twice because of icing, and he said: I am not professional, I don t know much to do it. And he just throw salt allover.... Today, we have lots of snow, and he didn t show up. Last year one guy broke our garage door, This year one guy broke Christmas lighting wires.... Very poor quality of work... Employees are not good....

Well I kept wondering about my first application and was told I had it on the 16th of April ..... That was the day I first called as I watched them do my application to the neighbors lawn on the opposite side of the road. Now they hit the neighbors lawn just days after they had their first application from WeedMan. Their lawn is not doing so good now either. I dumped TruGreen for this ??? I wish I hadnt prepaid for the season. I would have to say NOT a very good start. Unless something changes TruGreen will be getting a call. Still no application as of yet.

Concerned about this company fertilizing the day before it rained for 2 straight days. Called them to ask if they were concerned about this and promptly suggested they return to provide another application. Thats awesome customer service as our lawn looks great with no dandelions.

My husband and I bought our house 2 years ago and the lawn was pretty neglected. We signed up for service and the lawn is looking beautiful!

We had put in a new concrete driveway and had done lots of landscaping and Naturescape did a fantastic job treating our new grass around the driveway. We also got a treatment for grubs and our grass down by the lake looks better then it ever has.

I have a 3 family and our grass and yard was looking rough. I started having naturescape do our lawn applications and cut grass about 3 years ago. The lawn looks great and I never have to worry if the tenant is cutting the grass. They are professional, and very responsive to any concerns I have. Best decision ever to have them cut and care for the lawn.

The Quesadillas were subpar but the strudel was the best Ive had this side of the berlin wall.

Naturescape in Muskego has been a pleasure to work with so far. I work for an out of town client who needed some mowing done in the Muskego area. After calling numerous companies and receiving little to no help, Naturescape went and looked at my location and had a quote to me the same day. We got them on board and they were out mowing by the end of that same week. Communication with the branch has been amazing as well. They are always keeping me up to speed on schedule and any issues that might come up. Looking forward to continuing this relationship.

Last year we signed up for Naturescape and was satisfied with Naturescapes weed control applications and aeration services. So this year we set up mosquito control to come out and spray in June but have had nothing but mosquitos all over my yard. This past weekend everyone at an event i hosted in my yard was attacked by mosquitos. The application did nothing to control them. Regarding weed control, I paid for two properties, (one in Muskego and one in Milwaukee) to get crab grass/weed applications in both May and June and now both properties have fresh new crab grass and other weeds everywhere. Dandelions are gone, but fresh crab grass is everywhere. At this point i am looking at other options to get these weeds under control and will be considering cancelling my future applications for the year. 07/14/2020-Naturescape contacted me to resolve to my satisfaction.

Dont use. They came out, sprayed for weeds which did absolutely nothing. I called them and they came out again. This time they killed everything. I called them and sent out a guy that didnt know anything. He took a couple pictures, said yup, its dead. He called his boss who said I need to re-seed my lawn and aerate it. Great way to strum up more business. Make me spend more money. Never to be heard from again. Guess I should have just left the few weeds alone. This EXACT thing happened to a neighbor a year or two ago.

This was a repeat year of service for us, we did a mosquito spray, our first year, and ground/yard spray, third or fourth year. The mosquito spray only lasts about 3 weeks, they came and sprayed so early in the year, that we had to add an additional spray to the end of the year because the last time they came was August and we still had mosquitos in September. The ground/yard spray timing was spaced very unevenly and I had to call to remind them to come out and spray. The ground spray still left lots of weeds that should have died. We called to complain after the first spray, as nothing died, and they charged us as if it was our second spray instead of being satisfied with the first spray. We were very disappointed in this year.

Lawn looks great! Update: Just saw that at some point in my life I gave Naturescape five stars. In October of 2019 they destroyed my lawn by aerating it literally while it was raining. My yard became a mud pit and huge areas of grass were torn up and they refused to admit fault or fix it. Ive since discontinued service with them and advise everyone else I know to do the same.

Its the end of August, yet I still havent had my summer treatment. This is the third of five annual treatments and has been made to help keep your lawn strong through the summer. Ill definitely be looking for another provider next year.

I called them around the first week of May expressing interest in their services. Initially I was interested in aeration and advised them if things work out with us and will be interested in more services. I also told them I MUST be home when they do the aeration. I indicated weekdays after 5:30PM and weekends will work great. The person on the phone said no problem and that they will take great care of me. I called back on 5/11 to set up an appointment. They took my info and quoted the price that was on the flyer that was left earlier this year. She said $69, which is the same price on the flyer. Someone called me Monday evening and left a message telling me when they would be here. The message was unclear and could not be understood. I missed the call by a matter of minutes and called right back, but had to leave a message. They called back the next day and I returned their call during lunch. They said someone would be here after 5:30PM yesterday, 5/16/18. Well, no one showed up and no one even showed the respect to call to tell me they wont be here or whatever. I waited until after 8PM and then called them to advise Im looking for a company that shows respect to a new customer and communicates. I ended my message by saying that Im no longer interested in their services. They didnt even call me back to say they are sorry and to try to get my business. In closing, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. Unless you like it to have someone waste your time and not show up or even return a call after missing an appointment.

We absolutely love Naturescape! Our grass as never been so healthy. Our grass gets very green after they treat it. If we still have some weeds after they have no problem coming back out to get rid of them for us. I recommend them to anyone! Thank you!

Very disappointing. Paid back in December for mosquito service. Was told service would begin week of memorial. Had one treatment early June and nothing since. Mosquitoes have been out in force and they have not come back and no update even though I have contacted them several times!

Very disappointed with the service this summer. They called to say they would be out today to spray for mosquitoes and never showed. 72 hour guaranty apparently means nothing. Called about massive amounts of weeds also. Nothing! So disappointing

With a great price in my lawn looking for and tastic it was a slam dunk to go in nature scape

I paid them in April to spray my yard four times for mosquitos. June 14 they finally came and did it. July 20 they said they will becoming soon which I found is a week or two. August 2 they still haven t come to spray my yard. So I requested a refund because otherwise I m pretty sure I wouldn t get my fourth spray until end of November or early December. After requesting my money back I received a call from the district manager. He apologized for letting me and my yard fall through the cracks and get missed, gave my yard a free spray, and still calls me over a year later to ensure I m receiving quality service.
