Taylor changed out my old rainbird controller and installed two new rachio controllers. I have about 28 watering zones and he provided me with all the information on the new controller as well as pictures of each zone. I was very pleased with Taylors knowledge and professionalism and highly recommend him.

A year ago I had work done, well now that work leaked and Valleyscape Irrigation refused to come back and fix it. They said that it is one year warranty and it was now 14 months. I said the previous pipes lasted 35 years and you wont stand by your work of 14 months ago.

Had an inefficient irrigation/drip water system that needed professional help! The system had way too much water pressure going to the different zones and was actually blowing the drip lines off the hub. Taylor installed a water pressure regulator valve and a new shut-off valve to insure long life and function of the entire system in our large yard. He replaced 2 defective valves and all the sprinkler heads for the grass area with MY Rotator Spray Nozzles making it more efficient watering! Timer reset with instructions on how to properly use - very pleased with service - Thank you!!

This company quoted me $2,400-$2,800 for a job that another company is doing for $150. He also tried to sell lighting (which was never an interest or expressed by me), and then said they have financing to help with cost. When I asked how to get the cost down, he said by not replacing a valve. I m pretty sure a valve isn t worth $2,400!!

We moved in to a house with a lot of irrigation and sprinkler systems that werent working. I called ValleyScape to have them come out and take a look at it. They quickly assessed it and gave me some options on getting it working again. They probably arent the cheapest option out there but they were able to get the work done in a timely manner, the employees were great, and everything was working the way I expected it to at the end. Part of the reason they arent the cheapest option is that they prefer to replace older items rather than attempt to fix them or hope that they still work when everything gets turned on. In our case everything was fairly old, and lot of it was either completely broken or in questionable condition, so I was fine with this approach. If you are looking for a low cost repair or someone to do a very small job this may not be the company for you though.

Irrigation was a very simple easy fix Michael cut out the part that not useful and put a cap on it. Thats all thanks .

They say they sever the Riverside area and do sprinkle repairs. I live in riverside and needed repairs for sprinklers that are leaking. Yet they won t come out to do the job. Only if the job is big. Don t waste your time if you need sprinkler repairs.

My second time hiring ValleyScape. I needed to repair buried triple in-line 1 sprinkler valves that were leaking. The crew was at my house within the hour and got to work immediately even though it was late in the day. They returned right on time the next morning after sending a text that they were on the way. The repair was completed in 2 1/2 hours. I really liked that they had me visually inspect their work before they buried the valves again. Take aways: Very timely. Professional from start to finish. I had them install a shutoff valve at my sprinkler solenoids and lost pressure to a section of my sprinklers. Irrigation consult to work on reducing a HUGE water bill for our property

Replaced 2 irrigation valves. Cost $450. I noticed another valve beside the ones fixed was leaking. I went to Temecula Valley Pipe and supply. Bought an anti-siphon valve $23.92, pvc pipe 1 and 3/4 for $4.70, and fittings for $1.20. It only took me 35 minutes to replace. Valley scape does a great job but the pricing seems high.

Francisco, my service technician, was amazing. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and went out of his way to provide exceptional service.

Taylor is genuine, professional and exceptional! I m newer to Southern California, and learning the ropes of having a sprinkler system, has been a bit challenging, let alone repair items. Francisco and Scott were very prompt and professional. I had more interaction with Francisco but Scott was great too! Their work interaction made this whole process feel comfortable and not robotic like other servicemen. They showed me what they were doing every step of the way. We hired ValleyScape to do our landscape lighting in our front yard. They are highly professional, timely, knowledgeable, and fantastic customer service. The lighting is impressive!!! It changes the whole look of the house and the front yard when lit up.

First contact with Mimi to set the appt was painless and responsive. The Technician, Julian, was friendly, knowledgable, and workmanlike. Very impressed with the entire experience and hope I dont need their services again any time soon, but if I do they will be my go-to. Would recommend.

Shut off water when the WE CARE Plumbing rep couldnt. Reassured me everything would be taken care of in a timely manner so Julian did just that he cut and capped the leaking and other sprinkler valves I do not use with respect for me and property. Should I need them again DEFINITELY going with them and recommending them to others. I just Googled them but they should be in Temecula weekly or something. Thank you guys.

The repair man Michael came on time and quickly performed the trouble shoot and offered me options which made the most sense and alowed me to chose the fix I desired. He repaired the problem in an efficient mannor and was on his way quickly. He was cordial professional and repectful. And his fix seems to have fixed my problem. Used this company after my backyard flooded because valves finally failed (they were old) causing my sprinklers to stay on all night. The irrigation control valve also was not working due to age (could not even turn it off) causing sprinklers to leak badly with all the water and pressure in them after manually closing every sprinkler.....ended up turning off the water to entire property. I originally contacted someone else that was recommended, that person never showed up....I even contacted that person regarding where they are since it had been 2 hours after our appt. Their excuse was running a little late. So I cancelled them and called these guys based on recommendation by others. They got me in same day, they showed up on time. Julian and the other employee with him were both very professional. They listened, they found the problems and fixed them. They did a great job cleaning up their mess. I definitely recommend ValleyScape for irrigation issues. No problems at all with them.
