We had a great experience using Pritchett. Travis did all of our work including irrigation, hard scape, landscape, outdoor lighting and corrected all the drainage issues we had around our home. He did a beautiful job was very professional and always came back if I had any issues. One time the exterminating company pierced the sprinkler line by accident relocating a termite bait trap and Travis came within the hour to fix it. We have a new home in Longwood bluffs he has also taken care of our maintenance for the last 2 and a half years. I highly recommend him.

We purchased in a development off McDowell Shortcut they are the landscaping company used by the builder. We then used them to install an Irritation System on the property. We have issues and reached out for the irrigation but no response on when they will repair. We then reached out several times, thru the builder, due to poor drainage in both sides of the house due to the pitching and no swells for water to drain properly (this company did the initial grading for the property), he had his workers come to do one side of the house and they were supposed to return a few days later. That was almost 6 months ago, maybe even longer. So needless to saw last year we had stagnet muddy messes on the sides of the house. Purely disgusting. This company is not dependable, I would NOT recommend them for anything , no matter how desperate you may be.

Needed a tree cut up from Hurricane Ian, and he came out with his crew got it done and out the way in a day! Much appreciated!

I had pritchett do some lighting and irrigation work at my home and the work was top notch. Great guys. Very knowledgeable. Quick and efficient. I highly recommend them

I would have to disagree with one of the reviews posted about their lawn not coming in I too have nothing but issues with my lawn. It has nothing to do with what Pritchetts has done but it does fall solely on the builder SABAL Homes. Pritchett is paid by sabal and sabal could care less about what the lawn areas look like. Pritchetts has worked with me to get my lawn going and so far I have seen a slow improvement. Keep in mind that these lawns are sod and there is very little "prep work" for this type of lawn. In my opinion they have gone above and beyond to help remedy a bad situation with the builder. I recomend these guys and will continue to use them .

This landscaping service is absolutely awesome ! They are in and out in great time, edge, mow, blow leaves, touchup, weed control, etc. Been here 30 years, this is first one I would ever recommend.
