You can't believe all the reviews you read. I looked up that woman and she almost always gives one star reviews. I have known Clay for over 20 years and his work has always been honest and excellent. He always calls if he is running late and his crew does exceptional work. We had him do some repairs to our system and it was fair and excellent. When we had our home in Richardson his landscaping ideas were great and did a beautiful job with the colors and arranging. When we got ready to sell we had some comments about how beautiful it was.

Clay was doing my lawn care. Clay's guys do a great job but Clay is rude an arrogant. We had a disagreement over a job and because he was having a bad day he called and yelled at me, told me he didn't care if I fired him and then hung up on me. He does not like to admit that he is wrong and is very condescending. When I asked him if he was going to apologize for the way he acted he told me "he forgave me." This is no way to treat a customer even if they are wrong and I was not.
