This review is a day late but will not be a dollar short!!! My wife and I purchased a cabin in Murphy the summer of 2021 and intended to put it into the rental market and use it as often as possible for a vacation destination. One year later we decided to retire and make that cabin our permanent year round residence! The cabin is beautiful but the property left a lot to be desired! The front was mostly dirt and wild shrubs and the parking area was horribly slanted and was also mostly mud and stones. We made the command decision that in order for this to be our permanent residence we needed to make some significant upgrades! We were very fortunate to find Landscapes Complete! We made an appointment to meet with the owner of the company, Court, who immediately came out to discuss our needs and in a brief 30 minute discussion describing in as much detail as possible with what we would like to have completed, he put to work his outstanding expertise and imagination and beautifully created a landscape complete with a raised flagstone fire pit deck edged with large "egg rock" and accented with colorful pea gravel. He also included a wonderful rock drain along the front of our wood deck at the front of our cabin! The final touch, which was badly needed, he raised and leveled our driveway and created a border wall using beautiful large stones with a stone stairway leading to the back or our cabin. The final result certainly exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend Court and his company, Landscapes Complete for any of your landscape or excavation needs! They are a company that you can count on and trust to get the job done!

I got Cory through someone else’s suggestion. Wow how thankful I am of that recommendation. I was going to have a heavily wooded, full of brush area on a hill mulched. I am from South Louisiana and didn’t really know how to do it, but just wanted it cleaned. Cory came up showed me what mulching would do and I knew immediately I wanted more. Cory suggested bringing in his equipment clearing it of all brush, dead trees, and small trees. He said he would pile up and burn. Well I have a park setting almost for same dollar and maybe a hour or so quicker. Cory and Alex were very professional and gentleman. They also taught me a lot. As a result of the outstanding professionalism and can to attitude, we are engaged in a second major landscaping activity with Cort and the crew. The first, and introduction project, required extensive grading and filling to create a large level surface. Building a hillside patio with firepit. Large sandstone paths were created and filled with decorative gravel. New crushed roadways were laid down and compacted to create access and parking areas. Two outbuilding we taken down and removed. As the final "add-on" over 100 feet of 2 rail fencing was installed, Our second project, at a different site, has involved the repair and improvement of a UTV access trail to the lower level of the property as well as construction of rock faced terraces to create garden planting areas and a unique standalone stone lined pond supporting children statuary and fountain water. Totally enjoyed interacting with his outstanding creative ideas and final solutions we selected. I have already recommended Cort and will continue to do so without reservation. We had some weather issues (mud always wins) but always knew what the plan was via text and telcon.

We had a dirt bank wall that was eroding over time and needed a pretty substantial retaining wall. We had many people out to look at it, one company started and then quit because they couldn’t figure out a way to get it done. Cort came out, analyzed it, and recommended a combination Belgard block and boulder wall. It has solved the problem and looks aesthetically pleasing. Cort is motivated, professional, a real go-getter. He and his crew take on the tough jobs, he even put in a concrete driveway for us. I highly recommend him for any outdoor landscape jobs you might have. Top notch!!

Our driveway was sliding doen the mountain. Cort Carringer had some unique and effective solutions. He built a beautiful natural stone wall to stop the erosion. Cort and his crew were professional, personable and a pleasure to work with. We wholeheartedly recommend his company.

We had some issues with drainage and had Cort come out and take a look. He showed up at the scheduled time and gave a great suggestion to take care of the problem. His work is great and resolved the problem. We are very pleased with everything he has done and have already scheduled other work to be done.
