Our HOA reached out seeking a full landscaping contract for our Townhome community. Primms sent a representative onsite to preform a comprehensive walkthrough of the community. The representative was very nice and very professional. We are excited to be working with them during the 2025 year!

A little expensive ( what isn t) great work.

We were looking for an Irrigation Company to do our yard. Our neighbors had Primms Landscaping to do their yard and were very happy with them. We contacted Dalton Primm and set up an appointment to look at our yard for an irrigation system. We were also having water drainage issues in our backyard. They not only did an outstanding job on the irrigation system but took care of the water issue too. I would highly recommend Primm Landscaping.

I used Primm s Landscaping Company and I am exceptionally pleased. They exceeded my expectations. They created three new garden beds which they bordered with pavers and installed a wonderful patio of Tennessee flag stones. They were professional, courteous, listened to my plans and requests. I made a few changes mid project and they implemented them seamlessly. They took great measures to install everything to last with the gravel base. One of my concerns was my neighbor s yard. They respected the property lines and never crossed it. I thought my yard would be torn apart, but it wasn t! I could hardly tell from the yard that two weeks worth of equipment and materials as well as all the trips back and forth over it was performed. I am a bit picky and they did not disappoint. The management staff came by several times during the project to make sure everything was going well. I will surely use them again for any future projects.

Professional and on time - crew took care of downed tree.

They gave us a new Design for our front flower bed and took out old shrubs, bushes, and crepe myrtle trees that had been here for years. Our new design looks fabulous with the new edging they had put in for us. We will definitely use them for any future issues we have. Primm did a great job designing and replacing our shrubbery after a hard winter. They did a lot of extra work not included in their bid. I recommend Primm for any landscaping you may need.

Primms recently added plants to some bare spots and mulched my all of my flower beds and around all 9 trees I have. They hand weeded and edged everything! It looks wonderful!

Over the harsh winter I lost a great deal of my landscaping. I asked PRIMMS to replace all of the bushes I lost to the spring hard freeze. What they did was nothing short of miraculous. Primms recently installed an irrigation system for us and we couldnt be more pleased. They were responsive when we asked for a quote and the wait time for installation was reasonable. The price was about what we expected. When the crew got started, they worked diligently until the job was complete. They did a great job! They were originally supposed to come out on the 21st but they actually managed to come out on the 10th! They leveled my backyard and removed all the trees and bushes I had asked!

I reached out to Primms to inquire about having them take over from my prior landscaping company. I was greeted by Mattie and immediately felt a sense of professionalism. She explained that they would provide a quote after viewing my property from satellite images. (Pretty neat.) They provided a quote that included complete lawn care including weeding the flower beds that was very fair in price. They let me know they used a preferred provider for weed and mosquito control. I wanted to consolidate all the care under one company, so I agreed to use the service provider they recommended. Dalton gave me a strong sense of confidence in the service and I decided to trust his recommendation. When Primms arrived on the property, the lawn maintenance person walked the property with me and we discussed the needs. He spent time in gaining an understanding of my expectations and then took the time to do the job perfectly. (I use the work perfectly because there is no other way to describe his efforts.) Later the same day, the weed and pest control team shows up and we walk the property and he has a tech come out that explains all of the process and spends an extraordinary amount of time treating the lawn. (Ive used TruGreen in the past and there is NO comparison in the quality.) Primms has a customer for life and I would recommend their services to all of my friends and neighbors!

I ve used Primm for a couple of years now. The crew is on-time, quick and respectful. Anytime I have a question or a problem, the staff is quick to respond and resolve.

We had a patio, conversation area, water feature, sod, and some yard lights installed. We are extremely happy with the quality of the work and responsiveness of the Primm team. The only suggestion is to have the electrical installations figured out before all the pavers are installed so that the outlets can be more conveniently placed. Otherwise, we would highly recommend this company. Truly 5 stars!

We wanted to get a quote to get our landscaping done. The guy came out at scheduled time which was very professional. However he told us he would email us the quote the next day. After 2 days we called the office and we were told to wait for another day or so. It is been over 2 weeks now, there is still no email. I guess our job is not worth their time.

Did a great job! The work is beautiful and turned out better than we could have imagined. There was a delay due to a third party equipment issue but once it was resolved, everything was great. The crew paid a lot of attention to detail and went above and beyond by removing some Pavers that I wanted to save and taking care of some dirt that was sitting from another project. They left the area clean but still came back to ensure that all of our concrete was cleaned up more. The machine they used to bring dirt to the yard left tire grooves in the mud so they sodded and put straw down to repair the damage.

Primms came highly recommended by nearly all the neighbors in my new neighborhood. Primms provided a comprehensive CAD rendering of the proposed landscape plan, after consulting with a well known local botanist. It included a lighting plan and irrigation plan in addition to the landscape design. Very, very professional. They completed the work neatly and timely and have created a new oasis on our street. I cannot say enough good things about Dalton and the team at Primms Landscape. His team just completed an overhaul of my front and back yard landscaping which included: landscape design, new trees, mulch, irrigation, Curbing Edge and a flagstone path. Dalton and his crew just finished a project at our house. I had a landscape designer draw up a 3 year plan for our 38 acres. I had no idea who to call on to implement the plan. The designer recommended Dalton Primm. So, based on that recommendation alone, we hired Dalton. So glad we did! He and his crew did a great job. The plants are healthy, the beds look great, and they left the patio and yard cleaner then when they came. We plan on doing the second phase this fall. We will definitely use Primm Landscaping to do the install.
