They have been managing my lawn fertilization for 3 years. They are the third company I have used. I don't normally leave reviews, but they are amazing.
Have used these guys for years...always reliable and do great (high quality) work. They helped me design a very complicated irrigation system and completely automated it for me using Hydrawise and a Hunter controller. I can create custom programs, spot water and turn it on, off or suspend watering altogether...all from my phone! Highly recommend.
Premier turf management installed my irrigation system. They did not come out to turn off my system at the end of last year, and the pipe burst on the outside of my house. I called them to come out and fix it and they took the pipe. I called them back this summer when it was time to turn my system back on and they told me my service was canceled. They refused to come and replace my pipe or even give me a quote to buy a new one. No one answered my phone calls and then they blocked my phone number. They are extremely unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
This is a real tough review to write... overall I think the mix of reviews here are pretty much right in that: A. This company does really good work B. Their communication is terrible I had them install my sprinkler system a couple of years ago and they did great work and it was a great price and every time I've had to have them come back they've taken care of me and usually haven't even charged, or at least didn't charge much. However, on the occasions that I have needed them to come out... it has been extremely hit or miss as to whether or not they'll actually show up. I'd say it usually takes maybe 2 emails and three calls to actually get a person onto the premises. Any promises they make to show up, they only show up maybe half of those, if that. Most of the time if they don't show, you'll get no notice and most likely never hear from them again until you reach back out. And unfortunately, as other reviewers have mentioned, you'll often feel like they're frustrated with you for constantly bothering them to do the thing they told you they would do. I try to do my ongoing sprinkler system maintenance with them... but because of their lack of communication it is starting to become a really nerve-wracking ordeal. This year they forgot to activate my system as part of their normal customer batch in the spring I had to call and get a special late trip. That's not as big of a deal, but for deactivation in the winter you have to have them come when they have the equipment rented. It's already the first freeze of the year and my system still hasn't been taken down, and because of their history of shoddy communication, I don't know if that means they've forgotten me again or if they're just running late this year. Either way, the amount of additional stress they're adding makes working with them, in my opinion, more trouble than it's worth. So I guess as a final matter of review, I would recommend this company if you need a good deal on a big project. But unfortunately I can't recommend an ongoing relationship unless something changes and they start taking their customer service more seriously. I think maybe they've just gotten too big and successful for their current staff size. but if they want to take their company to the next level, they're going to have to be willing to invest in more employees and better management and get to a point where they can handle their current customer load without constantly seeming overwhelmed.
Looking at the comments of Ryan & Jacob, I am right behind you both. I would never recommend a company like this. I too had to deal with multiple messages left with no response. But my main issue with this company is their lack of integrity. All I can say is, get everything in writing with these guys! Because if they make a promise to you in person, they forget the conversation when it comes time to being billed. "The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing"....that pretty much sums it up.
This company placed sod in our yard that died within two months. We watered it to their instruction. When asked about it they suggested we have them spray fungicide which seemed to kill the grass even more and then said there was nothing else they could do until fall and ignored further emails. Our yard looks worse than it ever did prior to their treatment.
Jonathan and crew did a very good job installing my sprinkler system and some other work. His recommendations proved to be beneficial and I feel he went above and beyond in what he had estimated. Would highly recommend. Thank you
I was referred to this company by a neighbor of mine. I had sod installed on April 10th 2019. They arrived at my house and gave me an estimate on what it would be to rework my irrigation system as I was getting concrete poured and new sod. I was told they could get me in approximately 6.5 weeks. Jonathon told me to contact him a few days before the concrete was to be poured and he would be there to make sure they did not mess anything up. I did just that with no response. I called him several time the morning May 1st until he finally answered, and asked if he was coming like he said to make sure nothing important was damaged. He acted as if I was inconveniencing him about something he said he would do to begin with. By the time he arrived, they had already pulled up two irrigation pipes/heads, as well as all the wiring that went with them. He ran a few pipes and left. He told me that it would be the first week of June before they could get my yard. That would put me at 8 weeks instead of 6.5. That’s was alright as I understand weather and other factors. Tom, who was fantastic, stopped in and sprayed my yard and tried to give me as many updates as he could. I reached out to Jonathon on June 5th, 13th, and 17th to see when the installation would begin or when he had me scheduled. Once again I received no response whatsoever. That was week 10. A month longer than he told me it would take, and no response from him to at least keep me in the loop. I do not recommend them for any of your irrigation needs. As I said before Tom who does the yard was fantastic. It’s too bad the rest of the company didn’t have the customer service that he did.

Good place to go
I wish there was an option to leave NO STARS, but there isnt. The person who runs this company has a serious problem. I hired them for just lawn service but I ran into problems I was having with some of the people that work for them. So instead of listening to what happened, they would rather call their customer a liar than question who works for them. In their mind, the customer is always wrong. Thats a GOOD OL BOY mentality which isnt going to last for this company. Taking my business elsewhere!

I have meet with the owners and they are very skilled in getting grass green. They said they are the science behind green grass. My yard needed some loving and these guys came in and within 2 seasons we were looking good again.
These guys installed irrigation for my home at a reasonable price. The best part is , now I dont have to drag hoses all over my yard-its automatic. Highly recommended! Ill be back for lighting in the fall!
