I used Checks Property Maintenance for the 2021 season from spring clean up through fall clean up on a once a week basis. The service was excellent and the crew was always on time and efficient. Invoices were always sent at the end of the month so any issues could be addressed (there never were any). Payments were able to be made online which is simple and efficient. Highly recommend Aarons company.

After reading the reviews, we were very excited to use this young company. Aaron came out on a Saturday afternoon - very professional and knows his stuff. He even said he could get us scheduled at the end of next week! We told him one more company was coming out to give us an estimate later so we will let him know asap. He emailed us an estimate/proposal later that day. They are closed Sunday so we contacted him Monday via email to accept the offer/estimate. But, did not hear back from him. We figured he was busy mowing for his other customers. So we contacted him again on Tuesday and he told us he was no longer accepting customers. What???? You were just here, spent a whole lot of time with us, emailed us an estimate and now youre not accepting any more customers??? He never mentioned that there were few spots left. And, like I said, we received the estimate on Saturday afternoon, they are closed Sunday, and we accepted the estimate on Monday . . . How did you all of a sudden get booked up??? Something is not right. It is sad, because we were really looking forward to using this young company for years to come for all of our lawn care and snow plowing needs. We were even going to recommend him to our neighbors - but not now. Sad.

Very professional. Really good quality work. I hired him for full service snow/grass/mulch. I rather spend the money on an upcoming small company. I feel like smaller companys care about each customers business more.
