Ambriz Landscaping in Mundelein

Signed a contract back in March for our patio to be done this summer. We also signed up for lawn service as well. The lawn service comes randomly during the week. Pet peeve, but it can be dealt with as long as the lawn care is done. We have reached out several times regarding the start of the patio and have not really received much conversation and currently we are being ghosted. We were told it should be started with this week and it is Friday and never heard anything from the contact we have. We need to know when work is done so we can plan our lives and not have random people just show up....we do like surprises but not this kind of surprise....we know they use third parties for some things, but we are not in the loop of what is happening at all. No text message reply or return call backs. I don't think that's the type of company to do work with.
